Just ask for the strawberry and blue raspberry syrups to be mixed. It is so good! Quenches your thirst and so satisfying! It is a little pricy. The medium coolata is $4.99 plus tax. I always come in the morning before work to get my coffee and every day some young adults are in the drive through with attitude. They NEVER say good morning, thank you or have a good day. I get it is early, but honestly NO ONE is forcing them to work there. Be nice, we all have bad days. Also they never give you ketchup. I very day I have to ask two or three times for ketchup and they give attitude like if they are making the customer a favor!!! I'm done with this location. As others have said, none of the employees ever say hello, good morning, or thank you. If you order any type of food they make you pull into a parking spot to wait for 20 minutes. I switched to ordering through the app and I'm still going inside to wait just as long. Everything is always either undercooked or burnt. They never give any napkins and my biggest pet peeve (out of all of this) is that the cups are always sloppy, with coffee spilling out over the sides to get all over me and my car. I really don't want to complain during this pandemic. However, the past two orders from DD have been frustrating. Last week's order was not from this location. Today, I ordered a Medium macchiato from this location and can't stand not saying something. I paid full price for my coffee and just can't enjoy it . When I opened up the lid to transfer my coffee to another cup, I'm just shocked to see how little it was. I know DD and SB always fill a little less to make the foam but cmon.. seriously ?! I'm not a Dunkin coffee drinker, but I'll swing by this locale if I'm pressed for time. In that case I'll usually get a hot chocolate. Today I decided to treat myself to a bagel with cream cheese and donut, too. Somehow my single bagel order became a double: count me surprised when I opened the bag! gahhh. To add to the disappointment, it (the one I ate) wasn't even actually toasted: just warmed up. I hate me an untoasted bagel. I pawned the other off on a student. Staff is speedy and usually friendly - one girl is moreso than others, so I dig her. Speed is good, but so is accuracy. Decided to go to the drive thru and asked about their hours and if they had any munchkins and I also inquired why they were closed. They said no to the munchkins but didn't say what they still had left. Was disappointed with lack of donuts but understood it was almost closing time. Now what they could of and should have done asked if I would be interested in any donuts and what they had left. Also maybe discount them instead of possibly disposing of them. I am so disappointed in my last visit and I want someone to hear about the complete lack of professionalism that was displayed today at this location. My son and I always visit this location. It's our thing. I get an iced coffee, he gets a donut. Today we went inside, ordered, and on my way home I realized that there was an OLD receipt inside my coffee. Photos will be provided. I noticed it floating at the bottom of my cup. I was slightly concerned, but honestly not that upset. Stuff happens. But I wanted to call the store and let the manager on duty know so that it didn't happen again. When I called this location, the woman on the phone put me on hold, I could hear her speaking to the manager who told her to tell me she's "with a customer" and so the same woman who put me on hold told me she was the manager. Then when I called her out on lying to me, saying "this is the same woman I spoke to just five seconds ago, yes?" I asked for the manager's name (It sounded like Rashvee). Then I asked if the woman could take my name and number so that Rashvee could call me back at her earliest convenience. I gave her my name and number asked if she had something to write with or if I could give her a second but she told me she did. I could tell she wasn't even writing it down or listening to me!!!! So then I said "could you please repeat my number so that I know you have that right?" she hung up on me!!!! I will not be doing business with this location again. I would honestly overlook the receipt incident but I can't overlook the complete lack of professionalism at this location. Please see that someone can address this issue -- especially because it seems like a manager can't even be bothered to speak to a customer! read more

This store refused to take a $50 bill. That has hugely inconvenient for me. Worse, I am pretty sure that is illegal.

The manager of this Dunkin is losing lots of money! We started going to the one on North and Addison Rd even though this one is practically in our back yard!! The food is the same but the staff in the morning is absolutely the rudest two individual we have ever encountered. They actually holler at the customers. An example.. ordered a small frozen coffee, got a medium. When questioned the response is what does it matter to you. Orders are wrong all the time. This has to be the worst place on the weekends. I come her early in the morning Monday through Friday and the girls who work are correct, fast, and efficient. They are an awesome crew. However, when we get to the weekends the two guys that work are like confused at how to do there job. I had go back 3 times to get 1 order right. What a waste of time. This location is so close to my home that I would go to it very frequently. Today I purchased their energy drink and after having about three-quarters of the drink it was still full of ice. Upon returning to my drink about 20 minutes later the ice had melted and I found a delightful paper or plastic substance in the bottom of the drink. Unfortunately I was not surprised as this was the second time this has happened and after reading another review and has happened to other customers as well. Moving forward I will drive a mile down the road to the other Dunkin Donuts for my drink. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts is very new, only a few months old, at North Ave and Grace in Lombard. It has a convenient drivethru to get in and out fast on the way to work. You would think they would try to shine to get customers to come back....right? Not this place. I went 3 times and 3 times I was disappointed (and actually appalled the last time)...and will never go back. The first time, I went in with a coupon and got a free breakfast sandwich with a coffee and I got way too much cream and sugar in the coffee and the sandwich was just OK. The second time I went through at night on the way home to get a hot chocolate and the guy was slow and never even thanked me for coming. He looked like he hated being there. And the last time (and the very last time literally) I stopped on the way to work with a work friend and we ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches called the Tailgater. OMG! They were disgusting. It's not like they got one wrong ant the other was better! They were equally disgusting! The bun was rock hard on both! They were COLD! And just ugly to look at. Nothing appetizing at all about it. I took a small bite and was disgusted. The hash browns were soggy and cold, too! I just can't go back. Such a shame.
