This restaurant is in my neighborhood so 8 come here frequently. It is always busy and always has a lot of people inside and in the drive-thru. The staff work fast and efficiently. My orders are always right and prepared quickly. Sometimes they run out of products, but that is expected with the amount of business they do daily. I have not had that happen to me often. My favorite are the breakfast sandwiches and the iced coffees. This location participates in community activities like Veterans Day. They had city commissioners onsite giving away coffee. That was a great day. The inside is kept tidy most of the time. There are times where I have gone inside and seen straw paper, coffee stirrers, napkins, and/or coffee stains on the tables and/or countertops. It's expected though......they sell lots of coffee to lots of people. I feel they do a good job of keeping it clean in relation to how busy they are everyday. My apple pie tasted like bacon, the frosted doughnut barely had any frosting on it to the point where you could see the doughnut through the thin layer, my coffee was watery, they didn't put anything in it that I asked for, they charged $.50 for a cup of ice and they tried to charge me over $1 for a cup of water. I visited Dunkin today and the guy in the window had on Meta Glasses. The glasses with the camera to record and take pictures. I know because I also own a pair. I felt VERY UNCOMFORTABLE after realizing it and he probably took a picture of my card and everyone else's today. I immediately called my bank and cancelled my card. I am a longtime patron of this location and never once have I returned the coffee or a drink today I ordered a medium decaf iced coffee with cream and two pasta butter pecan and I ordered 10 munchkins she gave me the coffees because I did order too I also order a large iced caramel macchiato I proceeded to drink the decaf coffee as I was driving out of the parking lot took four sips of the coffee and the coffee was gone before I could even get down the street so I turned around and said hey as you guys can see the cup is full of ice so I took four sips and the coffee was gone. This is never happened before. Can you please remake my coffee immediately the young Muslim guy in there started saying you can buy another coffee, but we won't give you one so I'm just asking you to remake it because I didn't pay for a cup of ice, which is what you actually provided me And he kept being rude and the black girl there she was nice and sweet. She kept telling him be quiet I'll handle this. He kept talking she said move. I said I got this. He kept going on. She told him to be quiet once again so the girl said hold on ma'am let me call my manager. She called her manager on her cell phone, she talk to him and then handed me her cell phone to talk to him myself so I advised the manager that the cup was full of ice therefore, no coffee was in there. His response to me was if you want it less ice you should've asked for it. I said I never asked for anything but it comes to ice. I just asked for iced coffee and I advised him I'm a long-term patron of this location and I've never retired a drink. I was surprised I took four steps and it was gone because it's full of ice and I said all I'm asking is that you guys give me another cup of coffee and he said no and I said so you need to tell me I'm a long-term customer And you're telling me it's gonna cost you too much to make me another three dollar and 60 some cup of coffee, he says ma'am if you didn't drink it all we would've made it for you. Wow... just wow! This is my third time at this location and it's ALWAYS the same rudeness! Woman at the drive thru doesn't say a word! She barely looks at you! She hands the food quickly and walks away?!? At first I thought she may have just been having one of THOSE days but she did it again the second time and I vowed not to come back. They use to have this sweet friendly black female that was working there, i no longer see her so after i stop seeing her the service became very slow. Read other reviews & really let's use some common sense. Any place that makes your food fresh, to order, and hasn't been sitting under a beat lamp is going to take some time. Speed also depends on how much you order. The food has always been delicious & hot, unless it's ice coffee. The staff has been very friendly & courteous. The only reason for a 4 star review is there is a gentleman there that usually works 3rd shift that might have a hard time understanding you & vice versa. My fiancé and I came here this morning around 9:30 for a decaf ice coffee, frozen coffee, and the two bacon egg croissant plus three order of hash browns . She tells us are total is $26. I work at a Dunkin and this was incorrect I know taxes are different but this was WAY OFF . we get to the window and my fiancé ask the lady to repeat our order and she did , we made her fix a couple of things cause whomever took our order added extra stuff . We pay and I look at the recipe and she charged us for two bacon egg on bagels and not croissants and my fiancé went back in to get a refund and the young lady said we can give you two donuts, we don't eat donuts so for them to not wanna give us a refund was just very disrespectful. My sister and I decided to get a late snack and being as this was down the street why not go to DD, right ? Wrong. We ordered a cappuccino, a caramel macchiato, and 3 chocolate covered donuts with sprinkles. What we received was a colossal disappointment. The donuts were so dry near the point of crumbling, practically stale, almost inedible, and you could barely taste the chocolate. Instead of the drinks we actually ordered we received two lattes with sweetener. When we got home to indulge on our well earned snack, we were less than pleased. I called back to bring attention to our problem and the cashier who answered the phone insisted that the 2 lattes we received was a cappuccino and a macchiato. I told him a mistake was made and that's not we received. He continued to argue with me to the point where I was forced to hang up. All in all I was very upset with the service I received and extremely disappointed with the things we've ordered. Not a whole lot to be said about Dunkin Donuts. The service is fast! Friendly staff! I mostly come for the coffee, always hot and fresh! Occasionally, I would partake of a donut...or 2...what the hell, or 3, and they have always tasted fresh. Never stale. Once or twice, I let my eyes order a breakfast sandwich, which always looks better than they actually taste. But I think that's with ALL Dunkin Donuts, not anything limited to this location. DD sandwiches tend to taste bland, and hot out the microwave, complete with rubbery bread. Again, that's the case with ALL Dunkin Donuts. Kinda hard getting into the parking lot at this location, and they oddly have a walkway to the door that crosses the path of exiting patrons in the drive-thru. I found that to be...you know...DANGEROUS! So watch where you're going when leaving the inside. This location also offers free WiFi. Overall, a nice addition to the neighborhood. read more

I wish I could give them a zero. This establishment has over charged me twice in the same week. My ticket went from $8 to $20 due to the cashier not knowing how to ring up purchases correctly. Well that was the first time. Me thinking it was an honest mistake. Well moving forward, not considering the first incident, visited again. Only to have the same exact thing happened to me again. This time I pulled out receipts from other locations showing the cashier she has over charged me again. She looks at the receipts and compare prices. The manager comes up...and with attitude correct the mistake. No longer will I visit an establishment who is willing to treat their customers like this. I'm just sharing my experience here.
