I used the app to order 10 minutes ahead before I got there and when I got I waited 25 minutes before it was even ready! I don't blame the workers, I blame management since they were swamped and there was only two people working behind the counter (even though they could have moved a little bit faster). The whole point of ordering ahead is so that I can grab it and go, not wait 30 minutes for a damn macchiato. October 11th- Didn't feel safe inside during COVID. Drive thru line was a mile long and not moving, so decided to go in. Quickly learned the long line outside wasn't because of outsized demand, but lack of leadership inside. There were 4 customers in line ahead of me....but that line took more than 20 minutes. 33 minutes until I got my order. Meanwhile, the single table inside is right next to the line where a large woman was not wearing a mask and coughing. Staff did nothing. 5 or 6 people working....no visible leadership. The counter cashier was handling money, then getting donuts and making complex drinks...no wonder it was so slow. She didn't wash her hands between touching register and touching her finger into the whipped cream on some ladies giant ice coffee thing. No training, no energy or enthusiasm...and definitely no leadership. I'd tell you who these folks were, except none of them were wearing name tags. No process, no standards, no enthusiasm, no name tags, no hand washing, no urgency, NO LEADERSHIP. read more

This is quite possibly the worst Dunkin' Donuts that I've ever been to in my life! As a long-time fan of the chain, I was super excited when they finally opened this location near my work. But after multiple poor experiences, I'll likely never return again. On several of my visits (all prior to 8am), they had already run out of much of their donut and bagel inventory. I can understand this happening on a rare occasion, but multiple times in a row? Unacceptable! I've also walked into an empty store and had to wait several minutes to get a cup of coffee because they didn't have a fresh pot brewed, despite the fact that several employees were just standing around. And speaking of employees, the training offered at this particular location must be absolutely terrible because the people working there never seem to know what they're doing! On my most recent visit, I watched while at least 6 people came and left before ever ordering their food because the service was so slow. I also watched as three customers had to come back to the counter because their order had been screwed up. I like Dunkin' Donuts but this location isn't run very well. I was really excited when one finally opened near us but I've encountered issues every time I've been there. Today they were out of about a third of their donuts, they weren't busy and it wasn't even 9am yet. Of course they doubled up on varieties that don't sell as well. This is usually the case, it's as if they're surprised people are buying donuts. Other times I've had to wait for other orders to be filled before they poured regular coffee for me, first come first serve isn't a thing here I guess. The one time I dined in the tables were all filthy. I'm never sure how you can screw up running a chain location since everything is dictated to you from corporate, but whoever runs this location figured out a way. read more

Been to this location about 4 times since moving to the area. I never go at the same time but I always order the same thing, Medium iced cappuccino with caramel. My favorite go to drink with them. Staff are always polite, quick to get orders turned around. The ONLY reason I'm reviewing better is due to the quality of drink. Terrible. Only negative review I've ever given but they forced it out of me. They are often out of the most common donuts. One time, in defense of them being out of anything maple iced, the girl tol me the entire US was out of maple. They don't separate iced items with waxed paper, don't use a sleeve on hot coffee, and never include napkins. I don't know how they stay open. read more

I love their iced lattes. I've debated whether or not I should complain about their "portions", though. I ordered a Medium iced latte today with light ice and the cup I got was just about only filled up half way. The lady asked me if I wanted more milk to make it more full, but was sorry because they only do it in portions. I'm not paying 4.34 for 1/3 of my cup to be filled with ice. I go for the coffee. I didn't feel it was necessary to complain to the lady but I do feel someone should be changing something about this. Despise this location. I've been here three times and received bad service each time. First time, I used the drive thru. No one answered to take my order after several minutes. I drove up to the window thinking maybe the speaker was broken. Saw the worker, he saw me, but he didn't come over to take my order. I then knocked for service. He was inside doing nothing! History of Slow service to the point that you question whether to stay or leave. Generally takes 3 minutes from the time you make it to the counter for someone to greet you and take order, then they will usually go to the drive thru window and take order, come back and prepare my order. Not just me, I've heard from others that they receive same type of service. I called and left msg for manager with feedback and was told I would receive a call back. Today was the second time in a month I have been to this store. The first time I went was a week day and I waited 45 minutes for a cup of coffee and they got the order wrong. The employees did not offer any explanation or for the delay and there were 4 people working. Today I was served the worst looking hash browns I have ever seen. The old fashioned donut was dry and old and had no flavor. They were dripping in grease and mushy. When I asked about getting new ones they said they had to make some and offered no apology. The line was out the door and again I had to go ask where my regular hot coffee was. I ended up going to Lamars donuts around the corner and will not ever go back to this store. read more

I have visited this location a couple times now, the most recent visit being this morning. The shop looked clean, but the decor is rather cheap looking and not very inviting to stay and meet for coffee. The service was prompt and on point, a definite star for that. I ordered a donut and a breakfast sandwich. The donut was decent but Lamars makes their donuts fresh on site every morning and Dunkin does not even come close enough to that quality to compare. I would even rate Quik Trip donuts slightly better. The breakfast sandwich was a pre cooked and nuked version but better then McDonald's, although Dunkin lacks for a side dish to accompany. In fact, looking at the menu online, not even half the items online are available at this location and that's a shame because some of those missing items look great. I did not order a fancy coffee drink because on a previous visit, I had ordered a pumpkin spice latte and it was so bad that it wasn't fit for consumption, tasted like cough syrup. The Dunkin brand coffee is delicious and I often purchase it at the grocery for making at home, but have noticed that the grocery store has a much better selection than the Dunkin store which is odd. The main thing I wish for the Dunkin is that they add a coffee bar with a selection of creamers. There is a small area with sweetener options but the staff has to add the creamer. A coffee shop with no coffee bar is disappointing especially when there is plenty of space to put one. So I'm happy to have a Dunkin in town but would like to be able to say they have the best something, and I have not found that something unfortunately. read more

This was the worst experience I've ever had. I've never even been into a Dunkin' Donuts before and I can say I might never go back. Without even trying any of their food, I walked past the drive through from my car to get the door and no one was ordering.
