Wanted to get a quick dessert for a birthday and wanted to go somewhere local. Found this place and came here. It s a small shop but she has a decent amount of stuff in the shop! Mostly cookies and clusters. You can mix and match as long as they're the same price. Which I did. I didn't end up getting to try the clusters but I did get to eat the chocolate chip cookies and holy moly were they fireeee. They were so amazing and buttery and soft and melt in your mouth delicious. They were a little greasy but I can look past that. It's probably why it tastes so good. lol would definitely come back here for desserts and gifts in the future!!! And the price is super reasonable for homemade, I believe!!! read more

After chowing down on some fab BBQ (thank you Jousting Pigs) I wanted something sweet. I was hoping for a cookie or brownies. We arrived about 30 minutes before they closed on a Saturday. Apparently, lots of people know about this little bakery. There wasn't many cookies left but we lucked into 3 peanut butter chocolate chips cookies and one dipped chocolate chip cookie. The guy working was the son of the owner and said they didn't make as many items on Saturdays as they're closed on Sundays and didn't want to serve anything not freshly baked. I appreciate that! Our cookies were so good. They were soft yet chewy and all the flavors were there i.e. the chocolate peanut butter was a chocolate cookie with chocolate chips with the peanut butter taste equal to the chocolate. On Friday this little, local shop sells cinnamon rolls and they are SO good. They have a deal where you buy 3 get the 4th free. That isn't a hard decision to make. I got 4 and they were still warm in the box when I left the store. The cinnamon rolls are really good. I have been going to Classy Chocolate for years. Their chocolate chip cookies are amazing and literally a meal replacement. They are moist and dense, even a little crunchy around the edges. They have quite a few different cookie options as well as chocolate covered strawberries, grapes, pretzels and more. The store is small so you'll have to enjoy your treats elsewhere. They have great little containers if you get more than a few cookies or if you are giving as a gift. The presentation is good and people immediately know you put nice thought into this gift or special treat. The cinnamon rolls offered on Friday are delicious. I have gotten my son a cookie from here for many special occasions over the years like the first day of school, birthday, when he's feeling down, etc. Now we are getting his girlfriend treats from there as well. Wanted to order 2 cheesecakes and chocolates for tomorrow afternoon- That would give them 24 HOURS to prepare !!! They told me it takes 48 hours to make cheesecake!! What a disappointment this place is to Liberty. There product is old and moldy due to the poor turnover. There prices are way out of site. I recently went in on a Friday for one of there "famous" cinnamon rolls and it was horrible! It was cold and hard as a rock. It tasted a little freezer burnt too. I asked for a cup of there "Seattle's Best Coffee" and a cock roach came out from underneath the coffee maker. The lady (blond) who waited on me said they don't sell much coffee and directed me to the crepe place around the corner if I still wanted one.
