I went inside for a breakfast meal and the lady working up from was quite unpleasant . she had a high screaching voice and was yelling at the other girl in the kitchen . It was pretty bad but the worse part is she burped in my face !!! then she apologized but I just didn't say anything . I really should have told her that she was disgusting and left . I have been going to this location about once or twice a week for a year, in connection with my job. Over the last two or three months I've seen a great decline in not only the level of service, but also the morale and atmosphere of the store. It started with listening to the owner yelling at employees in front of customers. Listening to derogatory talks about customers, seeing six people working, yet waiting at the front for 10 to 15 minutes before anybody even makes it to the register. Receiving product that tastes like chemicals, which comes from cost cutting exercises and reusing cooking sheets. Receiving product that was frozen in the middle. And this last time they had Donuts in the case that I wanted, and was told that I couldn't have because they had expired the hour previously. I said but they're there and I see them and I want them. She looked at me and Shrugged. I canceled my order. It was kind of the Last Straw. I spoke with my client and we will no longer be going there. I have managed similar places before. Rarely have I seen this level of unprofessionalism from owners and management. It is no surprise that they cannot keep good people. There are a few crew that are sparkling and wonderful, but most look downtrodden and have no motivation to do a good job. When you want to talk about customer service that starts with the owner and management. They are responsible for cultivating that kind of environment. If they do so through fear and yelling, it will never end well. If I could give this place zero Stars I would. Over the last 2 months there has not been a good experience. read more

Me and my friend went to dunkin to be greeted by an employee who was clearly new, we understood that so cut him some slack. He barely said two words to us and told my friend the wrong price. Then came the waiting game, we waited about 15 minutes for our TWO bagels. While we waited we were left listening to the employees yell at each other and complain about the customers in the drive-thru. When we finally got our food we were extremely dissatisfied, my bagel with butter had about two tablespoons of butter directly in the middle of my bagel and dripping through the hole. My friend ordered a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese, she was given an everything bagel with the thinnest layer of cream cheese on one half. If I could give this place a zero I would, but that's not possible therefore I give you a one. read more

This used to be my go-to Dunkin because it is conveniently located to my house. I came here the other day and ordered my usual- an extra large hot coffee with cream and Splenda. The cashier was literally talking bad about us for "inconveniencing them and being 'fucking weird' for ordering Splenda in my drink and not sugar." I am hypoglycemic and cannot consume sugar without my blood sugar levels going crazy. I'm disgusted at your new employees and will be giving my money to a different location/franchise. People just don't understand customer service. Happy customers come back. Make a customer feel appreciated and they will continue to support your business. What happened to me today is a small thing but a good example of where Managers need better training. I use the mobil app for a reason. I'm in a hurry. I place my order for a coffee and pumpkin muffin. I go in and only my coffee is there. There's many workers walking around. After a few mins I ask for my muffin. Manager says Sorry, we're out. Ok, I guess I'll take blueberry (I don't really care for any other flavor but I've already paid for it) but can you put butter on it, I don't have butter on pumpkin. Yes but you need to go through the line and pay .30. I'm already running late because I had to wait instead of grabbing my order and running back out the door. The order is paid for so I didn't bring my purse or phone in with me. You'd think for the inconvenience they just give me a pat of butter. So I sit here with a muffin I didn't really want feeling annoyed. read more

Rude and unprofessional shift leader. Some teenager with bunch of tattoos and attitude that claims she's a shift leader refused to remake my coffee that was wrongly made. She kept ignoring me and I finally asked for my money back she said "I can't give you your money back." I said "forget it" and she responded "yeah fu*k it." So that pissed me off and I said "now I really want my money back" and started to yell at me asking to leave "her store" or she would call the cops. There was a cop sitting outside the store and I went to talk with him about that "thing" attitude and that she refused to give my money back. The cop said "oh there's nothing I can do." I was like WOW! This isn't the first bad experience at this store either. My wife told me that one time she went there with my 5 years old to get coffee and an employee spill hot coffee on his hand and said the "F" word in front of my kid. My wife was horrified. They staff has a history of swearing and being rude. I really think that the owner hires people off Craigslist to work there. The crazy tattooed teenager who claims to be a "shift leader" looks like she on crack or something. STAY ALWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! read more

Wow..... Slow.... Extremely. Confused.... Immensely. The drive-through experience took more than 15 minutes this is ridiculous! And after waiting more than 7minutes between ordering and the window they had to ask what my order was. And still my coffee tastes burnt. I go into this dunkin daily. I find the staff entertaining. I don't usually have to wait long for my coffee, enjoy talking and joking with the staff and my coffee is made correctly. Which, believe me, is a relief considering most other employees at other locations somehow manage to screw it up. No complaints on my end. read more

Just waited 33 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches inside, employees are clearly slow, mentally and physically. Horrible service, don't even bother with the drive thru, prepare to wait in line out into the busy street. Quality cooked food and properly mixed coffees? Don't expect it, in fact 9 out of 10 times the food is overcooked and the coffee is old. Everyone at the facility needs to be fired and a new more caring team needs to be brought in. I personally go to Dunkin' Donuts for the iced coffee, chocolate chip muffins, and everything bagels. I sometimes go there and they have NEVER had any in stock and given me the wrong order twice. Otherwise, very friendly, clean, and fairly fast. read more

I have witnessed this several times. I should not be waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes. The most recent time I went, this morning, the woman at the window didn't even say ONE WORD to me.
