Nice spot for a quick treat!! Staff are nice and usually very quick. However, they really need to get better at preparing the food because recently, they have been absolutely horrible at it. This was how I was given my avocado toast last week. Whoever spread the paste on the literal BLACK bread has some learning to do. This isn't the first time this has occurred either.

Walking in here @ 5:30 am. I was expecting a fresh donut- These donuts are FAR from fresh. I did NOT order the heart donuts. I ordered the powdered and chocolate iced regular cream filled donuts. Went to take them in and exchange them and the manager said that's all she has got. Ok. These are NOT fresh and you just opened!! Again, was told that's ALL she has got. Got a full refund. I will NOT be back in here- I'm not paying for stale donuts!

The gyoza was good, can't tell if they were frozen or fresh. The chicken/shrimp was good. Too much fried rice, but the veggies were good. I tried the lobster. Only downside. Lobster overcooked but otherwise the sides were good. (I should've known better! My bad.) all in all, not bad.

First we had to drive around to figure out how to get into the restaurant parking lot. I went with my mom. Mom said, "They have a drive through I don't know if that's good or bad. I said, "That's bad, we're not here for fast food." We ended up going in a side door only to finally get up to the front to find out that there's a menu board and you have to tell them numbers of items like A2 or B5 in order to order your food. Mom ordered the teriyaki chicken and then said, "And I want fried rice." As in, she wanted fried rice and not white rice with the teriyaki chicken. Well all Mom got was fried rice. She ordered, by number, and they messed it up. I got shrimp with broccoli which was the right thing. Management did, after she asked where her chicken was, give her the chicken, but the experience was not worth the hassle. It was not worth the price either. I will not go back.

Parlor Donuts - Farragut, TN Review (from a former Evansville Local)…read more As someone who lived near the flagship Parlor Donuts in Evansville, IN, I was excited to check out the Farragut location while visiting East Tennessee--and I'm happy to say it lives up to the high expectations! From the moment I walked in, I could tell they kept the same warm, welcoming vibe I'm used to back home. The interior has that familiar cozy-modern charm, and the staff were just as friendly and knowledgeable as I've come to expect from Parlor. The donuts? Absolutely spot-on. The layered dough is just as buttery and crisp on the outside with that soft, flaky center--exactly what makes Parlor's donuts stand out. I tried the French Toast and Campfire (two of my go-to favorites in Evansville), and they tasted just as fresh and indulgent as they do at the original location. You'd never guess this wasn't the flagship--it's that consistent. Coffee was strong and smooth, and they had the same solid variety of espresso options and milk alternatives I love. Even the seasonal flavors and creative donut specials felt like a fun extension of the brand, not just a copy-paste. If you're a fan of Parlor like I am, you'll feel right at home at the Farragut location. And if you're new to Parlor? This is a great place to fall in love with their donuts.
