I should've taken pictures of the ginormous cinnamon rolls they had. Seriously the size of a large cake! These donuts were top tier, they make the list of top 5 best donuts I've ever had. My wife's only remark was she wished their apple fritter was just a little bit more apple infused. Otherwise, it was a knock out. The donuts are thick and fluffy like a true donut should be. We enjoyed the cinnamon roll latte, a sweet and delectable latte. It was my first time going and I will not go back. When we went there was no cars. I wanted to try their fall donuts and she said we are out, so now I'm trying to figure out what type of donuts they have. So we ended up getting three donuts in a bag, the wind blew and knocked it in the trashcan. So now I'm back at square one and then I hear another employee come by and say "hey we have a line" ( there was only two cars behind us) So now I feel rushed and on top of it I have to figure out what other donuts I want. These things are HUGE, and delicious! The cinnamon rolls are the size of a dinner plate, and the fritters are perfect. This place is a decadent way to become fat and broke if you aren't careful. Pace yourself! The service is great! The ladies working the counter are friendly and fast. The ambience is fun, with humorous phrases and jokes scattered about. I'm in love with this place. The donuts and the bagels are off the charts. The customer service is excellent as well. Our visit was impromptu so we didn't look at the closing hours and ended up walking in after closing. Everyone was super friendly and we weren't treated like a burden. Instead the owner took care of us and provided us with info about the place and food. He also gave us two free donuts! The bagels are shipped in from the Bronx . Stopped in cause of the cute name and I'm glad I did! I've never been here or any of their other locations before but I will definitely be back when I'm in the area. I was greeted by a very friendly man (I think he was the owner not sure though) asked if I've ever been there before and I told him I had not, he guided me to all the good flavors and even gave me a glazed doughnut on the house to try! They have a drive-thru if you don't feel like getting out of your car which is nice. If you do decided to go in they have plenty of seating inside and outside. If you're not a big coffee drinker they have plenty of other options coke and hot! Like I said, will definitely be back because of the amazing doughnuts and super friendly staff! read more

I went a little bit late so the selection was limited. I had gotten a cake base strawberry donut and the triple chocolate one. I found them to be sweet, but the donuts were soft and airy for a cake donut. I found it to be moist and easy to eat compare to other cake donuts that tend to be slightly dry. Donuts here are okay. They are quite sweet. Which in my opinion, lowers the quality of the donut if it's too overwhelmingly sweet. Although, they were very soft and moist for cake based donuts. Came here in our way back to NY with my boyfriend as we were in the area. The DONUTS HERE ARE SUPERB! . I tried the chocolate donut and glazed. Both were delicious. We also had a sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel. We took it to go and when I opened the foil to my sandwich, I was greeting by a beautiful RAINBOW BAGEL . It definitely put a smells on my face. I went on a Saturday around 10-11am and let's just say I wish I had listened to the fellow yelp reviewers. They aren't lying! So I went through the drive thru and I was excited to order a box of donuts . They were sold out of most and only things left were blueberry donuts and 2 cinnamon rolls. I was told by the lady that I could order ahead through Facebook messenger or call in the day before. I got an iced caramel coffee to wash it down with and the coffee was ok not too caffeinated. I wouldn't go back for iced coffee personally but would wake up early to order a dozen donuts with a variety of flavors and also for my roommates of course . I love love love this little family owned joint! The bagels are my fav , but I can't dismiss the donuts at all. I always tell them to surprise me and I'm never disappointed. There was one morning that they were busy, and I was going to pull out of the drive thru because I didn't want to be late for work. The owner or maybe manager, a really nice man, came out and asked if I was alright. I told him I just needed to go to work that I was running late and couldn't wait in line that day . He took my order right on the spot and rushed my coffee out to me personally and took my payment then and there . Beaver's Dough-Joe is a great family owned donut shop in the Karns area of Knoxville. They have creative flavors, as well as classics. The inside is cozy and clean. Everyone behind the counter was friendly. My only complaint is that we showed up only 40 minutes after opening on a Saturday and most of their flavors were gone already. It was very slim pickings. We did try their Maple in both cake and flour, sour cream old fashioned and a strawberry cake one. And my son had a cake one with sprinkles on it. Beaver's Dough Joe café is located in the perfect shopping center. They open their doors every morning at 6:00 am with fresh baked doughnuts and coffee. The school bus loaded with students, ride passes Beaver's Dough Joe each morning. My son, who rides the bus, says each morning he could smell fresh baked doughnuts coming from Beaver's Dough Joe. The first time he visited Beaver's Dough Joe, he was so happy to eat the best made from scratch doughnuts ever.
