So I went back and tried again. The drive thru. Different people same result orders are not correct. They are extremely slow and quite honest must hire people and it's trial by fire. This place needs a serious training program for their staff from how to greet you through the entire process. Also you might try and teach them how to count when a person hands them cash. They are clueless and I do understand most of us never pay by cash any longer it still does occur. If I could give you a "0" I would very sad. read more

Orders are consistently wrong. The last time I placed a mobile order, I realized an item was missing half way home. Instead of driving back, I reached out to customer service to get a refund on the single item. When this location first opened the service was excellent. I was a regular and the staff was always extremely friendly. After about a year a new management group took over and the service took a dip. The people were still nice, but the store manager was overwhelmed with computer glitches that caused mobile ordering to fail, call outs that caused him to work shifts, and an inability to manage quality control. By that point I'd say out of 7 days a week, my order would be correct only 4 or 5 times a week (and I ordered the same thing everyday). As the year wore on the store manager seemed more and more unhappy. About 6 months ago a even new management team took over and everything plummeted. Food quality is terrible. It is a coin flip if an order will be accurate and the staff seems oblivious that there are people in the store. It got to the point that my order was wrong 5 days in a row and I decided to stop going in (I never complained because it didn't really seem like it would change much). Went in today and it was TERRIBLE. Burnt donuts, stale coffee, messy tables, what should be an easy win for this area of town has completely disintegrated. Very sad. read more

I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and a half sweet half unsweet iced tea. The bagel wasn't even toasted and was hardly even smeared with cream cheese. It was super disappointing. My ice tea would've put a diabetic into a coma. They forgot to add the half unsweet part, but they should be ashamed of how much sugar they're putting in their actual "sweet tea" . First time I downgraded a store to 1 star. I almost never give one stars. Ordered curbside and waited outside. Went inside and order was sitting on counter with like 50 workers socializing behind the counter. Asked if this was my order and they said they didn't know. A lot of potential for this location but they fail to produce consistent service. Location is very accessible which is a plus! I almost always order using the app. Recently, the app has only offered a limited menu, probably due to staffing issues. I refuse to wait in line or sit in the drive through. When this happens, I get coffee from Chick-fil-a next door. Update: The same day I posted this, I visited this location at 5:55pm to order with a coupon. I walked in and began ordering at the screen. An employee behind the counter called out and told me that I needed to leave because they were closed. I left, checked the door for business hours... a 9pm closing time was listed. Normally when we arrive that close to close and there is none in hand,employees will just tell us "they're out". But they asked if we could wait. Horrible service and takes forever. Only been three times in the short time it's been open and already had all these horrible experiences. Today I waited in drive through for 40 minutes...trapped. The line could have have been more than nine cars when we got in. Only ordered a small coffee. Another time they forgot the bacon... on a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. it's in the name y'all. I started working in the area a few months ago and started using this location. Everything has been fine until today about two hours ago. I got my regular iced coffee and was drinking it normally when I felt something in my mouth. Thinking it may be a piece from my sandwich I spit it out to look. It was an actual BOOGER. Terrible location. I live nearby and their delivery driver comes in every night at 2:30-3:30 am With his radio blaring. He makes a huge racket wakes up neighborhood. My neighbors and I have filed police reports. We are asking town to limit them with no deliveries from dusk to dawn. Just a really low class operation. read more

Always good for a quick breakfast sandwich or coffee. I like an English Muffin/bacon/egg extra egg and they get it correct each time.

The first time we went, my daughter ordered a bubble tea. They waited until after we ordered and paid, to say there's no straws or spoons.. Pretty much "Here's your tea... good luck figuring out how to drink it". Today I go in, to get 3 x 10-packs of Munchkins for my kids to take to school. After paying, they pass me 1 x 25 ct box. I look at my receipt... surely enough charged for 3 x 10 packs, which is $2 more expensive. I told them this was ridiculous. They couldn't seem to understand it was for 3 separate people, and it wasn't any different than selling me 3 small sodas, and putting them in one large cup. One thing is to not ever have any supplies (common right now), it's another thing to not make customers aware prior to purchase, then charge them for something they didn't get. I complained, and they kept saying I got 30 donut holes.. true.. but I paid for packaging, for them to be separate. I should have been charged for a 25 ct and 5 ct, if they were going to shove it all in one box. I made a mobile order. Went inside and got my drink and the order tracker screen said my order was still in process, so I waited for my order of donuts. Then the tracker screen said my order was complete but there wasn't any box of donuts out. So I asked for help. They grabbed my ticket off the counter, put my donut order together then left it on the counter, head down, not saying a word. I still said thank you! And she still ignored me. I thought she didn't hear me so I repeated thank you! to her again, a bit louder and she just ignored me, head down. Never again. We're really happy this location is here. And that they have a drive through. And I know all businesses are struggling to find employees. Generally, I'd say 4-5 stars. Today, 1 star experience. Today we placed an online order and went to the drive through for pickup. We were asked to wait to the side. I assumed that meant someone would bring it out. I guess not. After 10 min and watching 20 cars go by we went in. The order still wasn't ready, and it was incorrect when it was. 4 trips in to get the order correct. I'll never "pull around to the side" again after this experience. I would second the other review that more than 4 donuts shouldn't just be thrown in a bag on top of one another. read more

Worst Dunkin I've ever been too and that says a lot. I don't complain much but this location I waited in the drive thru for over 50 minutes for an online order. Part of the order was two frozen hot chocolates. After finally getting to the window the worker proceeds to hand me two drinks that were completely melted. I proceed to ask her aren't those supposed to be frozen and she says yes but they melted. I'm like that's unacceptable you need to make new drinks. They did but I shouldn't have had to ask for that. I have been going to the Market Street location for the past 15 years never had a problem with my order. Today I decide to go to the new location off Battlefield Parkway. I place an online order with no problem. I get in the drive thru line with about 4 or 5 cars in front of me takes about 5 - 8 minutes to get the ordering system, I tell the guy I placed an online order, he gets my name and says, we have it, drive up to the window. I drive to the pick up window and the guy starts to hand me a coffee, I said no coffee on my order, then he tries to hand me a iced beverage, again no liquids on my order. I kept telling him I placed the order online. He finally hands me a bag. It appears to be correct when I glance at the ticket. I get home and they charged me for an apple fritter I did not get. I went at 7:30am. I had to go back around 2:30 the same afternoon and was told by the manager on duty you should have gotten two bags. Okay, well he only gave me one. How is this my responsibility to get two bags. She then says, no problem I will give you an apple fritter. No, you already charged my for it, now you are delivering what you were supposed to deliver the first time I came through. No apologies, just no big deal.
