Slow service. Mistakes on orders. The new self ordering screen doesn't help to expedite people through. Just not a good experience.

While on route to Annapolis, we stopped by this Dunkin in Purcellville. There wasn't any wait in the drive through, at prime coffee hour, at noon. I got a cold brew with sweet foam. It came in a very large cup which I didn't ask for. It did come in handy for our two hour car ride. This coffee was very tasty. It was sweet and foamy, and perfectly cool on this hot day. While I haven't been inside this Dunkin, I think it would have a bit of seating inside. They were very quick at delivering the correct item, which is the most important. read more

Usually service here is decent enough. But today was way different. I ordered five donuts. And instead of putting them in a square box like they normally do. They just threw all five donuts into a small bag using nothing to separate the donuts. When I said something the person at the drive threw pretending to not understand English. And just gave me this creepy smile. read more

Inside, this DD only has a kiosk to self-order (no person at a counter to give your order to, although they will help you if you're stuck). I'm a pretty tech savvy person and struggled enough that I just walked out and didn't get anything. I can't imagine how older not tech savvy people manage. Feels like a mistake not to have the option to give your order to a person. I think you can do so in the drive through but not inside. read more

Someone needs to teach the crew how to make a pot of coffee. Grabbed a cup for the drive home and it was lukewarm dishwater. One sip and it was trash. read more

Asia yesterday was a sweetheart. Great customer service. When I came to the counter she greeted me with a beautiful smile. I asked her that I wanted a medium cold brew with cream, sweetener and the cold brew foam. When she gave it to me I taste test it first. And there wasn't enough sweetener. So I asked Asia if I could get a little more sweetener. She said sure with a smile. She made the cold brew again with cream, sweetener and the cold brew foam. I taste test again. It was delicious and she is the bomb. You guys should definitely give her a promotion or a raise. I do love it when a Dunkin employee listens to a customer and has great customer service. read more

One star because during covid times the staff person was unmasked at the drive through pick up window. (And frankly I felt they gave me a look because I *was* masked.) But also I ordered the cold brew with froth and got an iced cold brew. Which was still good but not what I expected. Munchkin assortment was perfect- only one powdered. I never remember to order assorted but no powdered. With so many great donut options why are non-filled powdered still a thing? read more

Went there this morning around 11 serve was sub par to say the least. Girl didn't know what bagels they had or didn't we asked for toasted bagels and a drink one bagel might have been toasted the other wasn't. Both were like day old. 1/5 stars I came in and they were short staff and from the look of it they didn't clean at all. I bought a donut and a drink and they forgot about my donut till I asked them about it again they're were about empty of everything. It took around ten minutes for my drink to come after I had to choose 4 options because they were out of it. The one worker kept saying bad words and I was very impressed with there unprofessional. Came around 5am thinking I'd nab some fresh donuts. Didn't really taste fresh or special, in fact some grocery store donuts are better. The hash browns are some of the worst I've ever had, I would head to McDonald's instead for these. Also the drinks were really watery, I was hoping they'd be good but you really can't compare to Starbucks. Oh well read more

Always disappointing! If you are lucky enough to come on a day in which they actually have inventory of doughnuts and drinks, you are ignored and put off by the staff. There was never a warm greeting, but they recently installed kiosks at the counter so they can truly ignore you completely and make you search a computer for the item you want. Once you order through the required kiosk, you are told they are out of the item you have now already paid for. We were going every week but will be finding a new spot, and recommend you do too. read more

One day I went thru the drive thru and they messed up my order it wasn't a big deal. The next morning the lady recognizes me at the drive thru and realizes that she messed up my order the day before. Make my order perfect and gave a couple donuts on the house. read more

This place is almost as bad as the taco bell that used to be on hirst dr. #iykyk I have lived near by for 3 years and LOVE dunkin donuts. Yet, for some reason this location has literally never gotten my order right. Not once in 3 years. I would be there nearly everyday if they could get my dang order right. read more

The hash browns, to die for. The refreshers on the other hand, not worth it. We also got the stuffed plain bagel minis and I would try them, but I wouldn't eat them again. They had a weird smell and the taste was off. read more

What a horrible experience That I wanted to give 0 star if positive. The store hours is 5am-8pm and I came at 7:45pm to get one donut for my 5 years old son and they have their door locked. Lights were turned off and someone was mopping the floor opens the door to tell us that they are closed already. I told them that my son just wanted one donut and the girl with the long blond hair behind the Register shout out "nope! Can't.." very rude and poor customer service. The point is that the store should not be putting a false info about their business hours! where is the manager????? read more

I hate to be THAT person but I ordered a dozen doughnuts and juice and an iced coffee for me and the kids for Valentine's Day today and they gave my DoorDash guy my coffee and that was it. I talked to my driver and he waited for 30 minutes for my order on top of not getting everything. Not going here anymore would rather spend my money somewhere where they'll at least finish the order read more

Three stars may be a little generous. This Dunkin donut in particular has really gone down hill, a little in the last 18 months or so. You can often go in there and they are completely out of food items, this has happened several times. If you order a hot drink and the coffee is not ready, they will pour you whatever is ready as if you don't know the difference... Really stupid. The final straw with us was went there this morning and they've put in the new technology (kiosk) and no one behind the counter will even so much as recognize you as being there. When I attempted to ask if someone would wait on us, I was completely ignored by several of the workers behind the counter also, they are forcing all customers to pay with some form of credit card. I.e. electronic payment. There was no option if you wanted to pay in cash. And this way of doing business, at least in our experience is slowing these places down. For what these businesses are charging for their product I can say at least this one is not worth it. I will be going elsewhere. It's sad that they've let their customer service Go down so bad because we would go there no less than three times a week... Not anymore. read more

This is what I received this morning after going to Dunkin doughnuts. I usually hit Dunkin' Donuts 2 to 3 times a week and I get the same thing. This morning I got my caramel latte with three extra pumps of caramel and when I tasted it it was nasty. I took it back and the cashier stated that was the one that she didn't put any caramel in but she put something else in it. I got home and I opened my usual egg and cheese on a croissant and this is what I received. If you are cooking it and you realize that it's burnt you should throw it away and cook another one obviously this did not happen in my case. I guess the cook thought I would not notice that it was burnt. I tried calling Dunkin' Donuts several times throughout the day with no answer. If their phone system is broke they need to fix it so if there is something wrong we as customers should be able to contact them without going to the store. read more

EVERYTIME I come here there is always an issue and now because they are understaffed, they wouldn't let me pick more than two varieties of donuts in my orders in the drive through. They have no people skills and there donuts always seem stale. No thanks, time for new management! read more

Unfortunately, we never have a positive experience here. There is always a wait... even if there isn't a line. And somehow, they hear what you order, charge you for it, print it on the receipt and then something completely comes out. Not really sure what's going on at this place. read more

Such a great experience here just now. Never write reviews, but just had to today. Sweet girl behind counter. I left my wallet at home and didnt realize it until I had already waited in line and went to pay. My total was only a few bucks, but still it was an inconvenience. Girl taking my order pulled out her own wallet and payed for my coffee. I was so touched and it meant a lot. Will definitely return soon. read more
