This location provides standard service and food. I've always had satisfactory service and had not had an issue with any orders. The storefront is fairly clean, and the staff polite. They almost always have a number of customers in the shop along with a handful of consumers walking in and out for mobile orders. Depending on who the barista is, the drinks can be a little bit too sweet for my taste. They have pretty good chocolate-frosted donuts, especially fresh ones in the mornings. Overall, still standard quality for a fast-food coffee shop, I think. read more

I've given this location multiple chances and every time they screw up my order! EVERY SINGLE TIME. I even went INSIDE and you still screw my order up! I won't be going to dunkin anymore. Who doesn't love donuts? I love donuts but I don't like Dunkin' them into my coffee. I like to sip my coffee after taking a bite because it compliments the donuts flavor. This is because I take my coffee dark and without sugar so the sweetness of the donuts is lessened by the earthy bitterness of their blend of coffee. Enough donut and coffee philosophy and onto this Dunkin' location. This store is big and has ample seating. I come here in the morning so the donuts are stocked and you can get any variety with little worry of them not having your choice of sweets. This location gets 3 stars because the store is a bit worn down and could be refreshed. The staff give you a quick generic smile before it disappears when they take your order. The donuts aren't as fresh as they are at other locations and that remains a mystery to me. It's take a little longer than it should to complete the drink order. Often times I have to show my receipt when I'm handed an incomplete order to remind them of my missing items. I've witnessed the staff handle food without gloves and potentially cross contaminating. With this being said, I return here in hopes that these things improve to better the experience. My last few visits, I've noticed the staff wearing gloves and properly handling food items but the drink orders are still with delay. read more

This is our go to donut shop for Leesburg. It's a great family tradition to get weekend donuts. We used to live in a town in northern california that had a donut shop that was older than dirt and we used to go with the kids early on a weekend morning. I'd rather have a local, non franchise shop but lacking one this is where we go. There is a struggling one in Lansdowne that we've tried but is too far a drive from south leesburg. There is Sweetz but that's not donuts and Duck which is over the top and too far also. We've been here more times that I can count and we always have a good experience. The donuts are consistent and fresh. This ain't Starbucks but the service has been good and fast even with long lines. Parking is OK and better since Starbuck's moved across the street. We don't have Dunkin's in California and brings back good memories from when I grew up in New Jersey and New York. read more

The food was delicious and my coffee was just the right level of sweet-but-not-too-sweet. The store and restroom was very clean. I'm a fan of DD's coffee....while waiting for a prescription to be filled this morning I sat in between a Dunkin Donuts and a Starbucks and of course I chose the DD! I swear their coffee is the hotest around and it never tastes burnt. I don't need all the frills either...cream and sugar is good enough, but if I did need that little something extra they do Lattes (regular and skim) and they have a couple of flavorings, so all good. In addition to the coffee they do have breakfast sandwiches that are hot and offer bagels toasted and in several varieties. They also have muffins, regular and low-fat, and get this...they have fresh donuts! LOL!! Most of the units these days are combined with Baskin Robbins ice cream...so all I can say is BONUS. She wore her mask, she wore gloves but there was a manager behind her with his mask worn incorrectly (not covering his nose), and for some reason he was sticking his fingers in all of the buckets of ice cream. Even when the employee had our cup of ice cream ready, this man felt the need to touch that too. Then he was bothered when we asked for a new one because he was touching it without gloves. Quite often, they do not get the order right or they miss items. We used to order from them daily; however, I got tired of wasting my money and either not getting what I ordered or it not being correct. Recently, I ordered an iced coffee with caramel swirl and sweet and low. Even the ticket placed on the drink had what the order was. The hot coffee is drinkable but bland, just a notch above what would be deplored as watery. As for cold, the McDonald's iced coffee (which is only $1 right now) is actually more flavorful. This was actually surprising, since I have brewed DD beans at home. Assuming the retail locations use the same beans, I can only surmise that they aren't following the ratio recommended on the packaging, and I hereby humbly request all DD locations to brew their coffee stronger. But it is what it is. For a Dunkin' Donuts, this location is as good as any other, located in an easily accessible suburban strip mall. For Canadian visitors, the best comparison would be to Tim Horton's, but you'll find the latter chain far superior. Besides the ORIGINAL GLAZED, Dunkin's donuts are downright bad. read more

Sadly, the cream filled donuts barely have any cream in them. I mean, I think there's less than a tablespoon of cream in what's supposed to be filled. The last two times I've gotten donuts from here, they've been stale. They were slightly better today, but I mean, they're supposed to be made fresh multiple times a day. Ridiculous. I'm not a regular Dunkin' Donuts coffee customer but I wanted to give it a try. I walk in, the line is long... one guy is working the register while 4 others are sort of standing around. Once they are ready to take my order the following happens. I say " One regular small coffee, please". Lady goes, "hot or cold". I say "regular hot coffee"... she rolls her eyes and under her breath says " i said hot or cold". OK I move down the line... they put the sugar and cream in the coffee already. This location does not even deserve the 1 star. I'm just bummed that this is the only DD in the area unless you drive another 20 minutes. It's never not an argument leaving this location. They get the order wrong and they don't like replacing it. You do the survey on the receipt to get the free donut and they argue with you because you followed the rules on the receipt and doesn't want you to have the .99 donut. They get our coffee order wrong wether it's the creamer used, decaf or it's cold coffee. I could write a book about this location. The customer service it miserable here. Donuts are hit or miss. They might have them or might not. I came in at 9am, Thursday- no one was in line. I waited about 3 minutes before I was acknowledged. I first asked for the special featured donut ( mind you it is only the 21st of the month not the end of the month yet) and was to,d despite sign all over the store they were not doing them anymore. So, I ordered a sprinkled and cake. I then asked for a cruller. The guy looked at me weird and asked what? I said a French cruller. The woman then goes we don't do those. Since when? Dunkin has always had crullers. That is a donut that has never gone out of style. This Dunkin really needs to be wiped from the map. What can I say about Dunkin' Donuts. Well it's one of the few places us fat people and skinny people can come together and be happy. Why, because we all come together and share our love for fatty donuts, fatty breakfast sandwiches, and coffee. Can't we all just get along? I know its bad, but while in the parking lot I see large people walking away with a box of a dozen donuts with their faces shoved in there. I see kids that bring tears to my eyes. I ordered a milkshake - and they proceeded to use fat free milk (what?!?) and put way too much milk in the blender. I guess they weren't worried about measuring it out - even though I was the only customer in line! So youre making people's coffee wrong on the assumption that you don't think the customers know what they want?? I just left there after trying to explain what a cappuccino was to one of the workers. I don't frequent the place so I noted the line, but what do you expect on Free Donut Day. I ordered a Blueberry Cobbler and yummmm... scrum-delish. So much, that I had to go back that evening for a 1/2 dozen donuts for my family (they were out of the Blueberry Cobblers, but I also like other kinds. Yum. Sinful, but yum.) I went back today for breakfast with my son at 800am on a Friday. The line was LONGER than it was on FREE DONUT DAY (line was out the door)! Huh. Who woulda thunk it? We had time, so we waited. Other people saw the line and went elsewhere. We got our donuts (I scored another Blueberry Cobbler), AND ate them within 10 minutes. The line moved, so no complaints here. When we left, the line was still out the door. Anyway... I'm glad we have one here in Leesburg. (But, Dear Krispy Kreme, I think DD needs some competition. Besides, no one touches your glazed donuts. This Dunkin' Donuts has gone down hill tremendously. You constantly have to repeat your order (at least 5 times) and end up still getting an incorrect order. One time I went I asked for a toasted plain bagel with extra bacon and cheese, I paid, then they proceeded to tell me they were out of plain bagels...the next time I went I asked for a half a dozen of donuts, two toasted plain bagels w extra bacon and cheese, and two large vanilla iced coffees.. 1. I had to repeat the order MULTIPLE TIMES. 2. I came home and had two plain bagels NOT TOASTED, NO CHEESE, AND NO EXTRA BACON (that I paid for). This location of Dunkin' Donuts is pretty much every fat kid's dream. Why? Because you can go in there and get your doughnut and coffee fix AND get some ice cream while you're at it. It's a combination between a Dunkin and a Baskin Robbin's. I hope no one takes that suggestion seriously, but you never know these days. Maybe 'America Runs on Dunkin with a Scoop of Ice Cream'. But that's probably fine, I'm not judging. I've been coming here for years. My mom is hooked on their coffee, and even though their is one within walking distance to my house, she will still insist upon driving to the Leesburg location sometimes..."because it tastes better". Okay, mom...sure. At this point, they know her by name and they already know what she's going to order when she walks in there, haha. This location is clean, well-stocked, has nice employees, etc. My only gripe is that sometimes the dougnuts seem overcooked, as they do in the Broadland's location as well.
