The drinks are fine, nothing amazing or spectacular, hot lattes are hot, there are a number of flavored syrups and a few seasonal / specialty drinks. Prices are fair. But Libar, the shift manager at Paris Baguette, turned it into one of the kindest customer service experiences I've had. Despite already being in full shutdown mode, Libar and her team welcomed me warmly, restarted everything for a sandwich and cappuccino, and treated me with genuine kindness after a very stressful visit next door at the emergency vet. Even more remarkable, when I tried to leave a tip for going so far above and beyond, Libar graciously refused with, "I love my job." That kind of compassion can't be trained--it's who she is. Libar (and clearly her team) turned a rough night around, and Paris Baguette is lucky to have her.

The sample was strained so I didn't think the drink was going to have guava seeds inside of it. While drinking it the seeds were impossible to ignore as they were hard and small.
