This Starbucks I'm assuming has been here for a while. Plenty of seating available. I ordered the caramel brûlée which was very smooth and tasted great. However my coffee came out prior to my cake pop. I know they go in order but a cake pop doesn't have to be heated and should come out right away. read more

This is one of the smaller Starbucks I've been in. There's literally 4 chairs and two tables inside. Not a good place to work since there's really nowhere to plug in. For a small Starbucks it's very crowded and unfortunately the baristas seem to be overwhelmed and unable to keep up. They are at least accurate. My order was spot on. The wait can be long though. Between 10-15 minutes average. There's a constant flow of customers so I would think it's a good opportunity to either expand this location or add another to alleviate the crowds and wait times. read more

I hate to leave this review but honestly this Starbucks needs some work. Out of the last 6 times I came here, 3 of those times they were closed. No hot water. Or Sorry we closed early. Etc. While I totally understand the no hot water, the other 2 times they simply closed early. I get labor shortages but if that's the case they need to change their hours completely not just arbitrarily day by day. Okay, back to the review. Inside is small and the pick up area and trash/condiment area is tight. The 3 times I've been here my order was made incorrectly. The first 2 times the cashier hit the wrong button and the last time the barista simply forgot. While all 3 times, they were quickly and easily corrected there was already a wait, as it seems that they only have one barista who makes all the drinks while the other employees fill bakery and clean up. While those tasks are important, it's irritating to be waiting for a drink while one barista is working on making beverages and the others are doing tasks that can be done in between customers. I routinely wait 10-15 minutes for one drink here. She also is making mobile orders in between store orders. It's within walking distance of me but I only come here if the One Loudoun location is closed. read more

Perfectly for a Starbucks that does not have a drive through. It is in a large strip plaza and you'll be parking a short hop from the front of the store. My breakfast sandwich was heated properly and ready before my coffee, but it worked out in the end. The fixings are in a corner and it's crowded. read more

This is a Starbucks in the corner with lots of options around and it is close to the outlets. It's not a bad -lace at all. Not the newest or cleanliness, but if you come here just to get their signature menu items, then it will have served its purpose. It did with us as we were craving Starbucks coffee at the time so we drove out here for this one when we were in the area. There isn't anything particularly noteworthy as for the service because we were in and out of this location in a fairly short amount of time. As long as I do not get food poisoning here, I am find and I have no gripes with this place. Parking is plentiful as it shares with the strip mall as a whole. As for immediate parking, it's a bit more limited since it is in the corner. read more

Other than that they've never messed up an order, just a pretty standard Starbucks nothing special. Tiny? Yes. It has indoor seating and outdoor, but neither have great atmosphere. What really makes this location is the staff. With three other Starbucks in town, all of the others are more convenient for me to hit, but I go to this one now every time. The staff is head and shoulders above all the locations in town, and it is that which keeps me going back there. Their drinks are slightly inconsistent, but I forgive them. :D read more

The Blonde coffee is excellent. Smooth and sweet with Vanilla Soy Milk. perfect meal paired with an egg white, turkey bacon melt sandwich...a better alternative to a 1,200 calorie blueberry scone (yum). Staff is good and fast. No long lines but i must say that the outside seating area is disgusting. There are cigarette buds all over. The chairs are broken, tables often on the floor...never cleaned up or washed. I suggest that you start powerwashing that area asap. Whenever I visit Virginia I am always scouting for Starbucks. Over my recent trip I went to this location a handful of times and received excellent and speedy service. The store was clean upon every visit and the drinks we ordered tasted great. My go to drink was an iced vanilla latte. read more

Thank you so much. Let me walk you through my experience. As I walked through the door I was greeted. Dashawn asked me how I was and how my night was going so far. This was cool. You could tell he wasn't just playing it off but was actually nice. My drink was done in about minute. As I sit here writing this review the employees are being super friendly and joking around with the other customers. What a great environment. Just now I was asked by a different person how I was doing. When I'm back In Leesburg and want Starbucks this will now be my first choice. read more

This Starbucks is always very clean and cozy, however, the baristas always seem to mess up my drinks! One time I ordered my typical chai and was given a coffee with chai syrup (gross??). When I told the barista I do not drink coffee (hate the taste of it) and had specifically ordered a chai tea, he just took my drink and remade it without even an apology. Love, love, love the baristas at this Starbucks. I come in every morning and they actually look happy to be there. I especially love the interaction going on with them behind the counter/bar. They are joking and having a good time, while still working hard, especially two of my favorites Annie and Dawn. The only reason I give this a 4 and not a 5 star is because I notice when I come in later the drinks aren't always made right. I always ask for "no foam" because otherwise it looks like they don't hold back the foam and the hot drinks will taste like cappuccinos, ie. very foamy. But the afternoon crew is great too...some have been there awhile like Nate who is also very friendly. read more
