I placed an order thru the app for pick up. My drink and snack were ready as soon as I walked thru the door. I was slightly concerned when I walked in and saw people all throughout the business. But I had a great experience with pick up and the taste of my beverage. I would recommend this Starbucks location.

This is one of the smaller Starbucks I've been in. There's literally 4 chairs and two tables inside. Not a good place to work since there's really nowhere to plug in. For a small Starbucks it's very crowded and unfortunately the baristas seem to be overwhelmed and unable to keep up. They are at least accurate. My order was spot on. The wait can be long though. Between 10-15 minutes average. There's a constant flow of customers so I would think it's a good opportunity to either expand this location or add another to alleviate the crowds and wait times.

I hate to leave this review but honestly this Starbucks needs some work. Out of the last 6 times I came here, 3 of those times they were closed. No hot water. Or Sorry we closed early. Etc. While I totally understand the no hot water, the other 2 times they simply closed early. I get labor shortages but if that's the case they need to change their hours completely not just arbitrarily day by day. Okay, back to the review. Inside is small and the pick up area and trash/condiment area is tight. The 3 times I've been here my order was made incorrectly. The first 2 times the cashier hit the wrong button and the last time the barista simply forgot. While all 3 times, they were quickly and easily corrected there was already a wait, as it seems that they only have one barista who makes all the drinks while the other employees fill bakery and clean up. While those tasks are important, it's irritating to be waiting for a drink while one barista is working on making beverages and the others are doing tasks that can be done in between customers. I routinely wait 10-15 minutes for one drink here. She also is making mobile orders in between store orders. It's within walking distance of me but I only come here if the One Loudoun location is closed.

Perfectly for a Starbucks that does not have a drive through. It is in a large strip plaza and you'll be parking a short hop from the front of the store. My breakfast sandwich was heated properly and ready before my coffee, but it worked out in the end. The fixings are in a corner and it's crowded.

For the 2nd time they have run out of Matcha. I only come here once a month, so I can imaging they are out often.

From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels genuinely welcoming -- warm lighting, a relaxed vibe, and staff who actually seem happy to be there. The coffee is exceptional. My go-to is their latte, which is consistently smooth and perfectly balanced -- never bitter, never over-roasted. It's clear they take real care in sourcing and preparation. The espresso has great depth and the milk is steamed just right every single time. The space itself is cozy but not cramped, making it ideal whether you're catching up with a friend or settling in with your laptop for a few hours. The pastries are a lovely bonus -- fresh and worth every bite. Leesburg has no shortage of coffee options, but Second Nature stands apart. It feels like a neighborhood gem that actually cares about its community and its craft. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality cup and a genuinely good experience.

The location is convenient and I appreciated the small but efficient parking lot they had. The shop almost looks like an Airbnb by a beach or someone's house. Would love to visit again.

My friend's first cocktail, a similar drink, was also great. She also ordered an Old Fashioned that was just okay - but the specialty cocktails stood out. We both got the burger. It took 10 mins for anyone to come see us. I had to get up to ask for someone to get our orders. To boot, the person who was supposed to assist us, was in the back hall by the restrooms texting and hanging out. I assume no one told her that we were there. The cider I ordered was warm, so I had to ask for a cup of ice at the bar. My husband's burger was meant to be medium well and it was raw. Lastly, it's extremely loud in that room. The chairs are metal, and when drug against the flooring, they make an awful sound! They really need a form of rubber on the legs. Very hard for grandma, who has hearing aids. Poor thing was so uncomfortable. The room next to us, with a door leading to the window to the kitchen, was so incredibly annoying. They were pounding the entire time we were seated, and it was LOUD! We all just sat completely silent. This was an incredibly disappointing visit and we will not come back.

They also had an osmanthus flower drink and a signature drink with grapes that was very tasty as well. The hands on part was my favorite. They walked us through how to properly whisk our own matcha and let us practice the technique ourselves. On top of that, we got to sample a variety of their teas throughout the class. The owner clearly knows their craft. Their in-store matcha has actually won awards, and you can taste the quality difference. The space itself is beautifully curated too, with a whole shelf of adorable teaware and gifts to buy afterward. Such a fun, educational experience for a group. Highly recommend if you want to actually learn about matcha rather than just drink it!!!

Matcha Lab Experience…read more After having been to Seven TeaHouse several times, we wanted to try one of their tasting experiences - the Matcha Lab! Our host, Cody, was incredible and super knowledgeable about all things tea. He guided us through everything from the origins of matcha to how to make it ourselves at home. It was especially helpful to watch him make the drinks and see the proper technique for whisking matcha and what temperature water we should be using when making our own, etc. For the tasting itself, he made us 4 different matcha drinks - all of which were soo good!! It changed my perception on what good matcha drinks can taste like and I think has increased my standards (for better or for worse lol). If you love matcha, interested in learning more about it and want to try some different matcha drinks not offered anywhere else, I highly highly recommend the Matcha Lab.
