I wish I could give this establishment a Zero. My husband is in a nursing home. He really wanted a jelly roll. So I stopped at Dunkin on 177th Torrence to buy him one and a cup of coffee . When I got to the nursing home and my husband took the donut out the bag, it dropped like a brick on his plate. I was so upset, so I called the store . I was told the donut sat out since that morning and that was why it was hard. I made my purchase about 3:30pm. So if you want fresh donuts in the afternoon don't go there, they are selling us donuts that they know are not fresh and are extremely hard. The price is not reduced. Sadly I want to be understanding considering the volume they are enduring during this pandemic. However, my order was very simple. I ordered an everything bagel with plain cream cheese frosting. I ordered via the app and waited in the long drive up to pick up my order. Was handed my bag and drove off. Luckily I checked my bag before hoping on the expressway. There was no cream cheese. I checked the receipt to make sure it wasn't my error and that I did select cream cheese and the receipt proved I did. I called them to make them aware I was turning around and what was wrong. I was told they had no more of those bagels and to check my bag because it was on the side. I had done that and checked again to reassure him there was none. I was then told oh we do have some and do you want a fresh one or to bring you out a cream cheese. It may seem simple but I was driving and having to put cream cheese on was not an option nor what I ordered. They did remake the item and bring it out to me. It is what it is. I love Dunkin', but this is definitely not one of their finer locations. It is a combination Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robbins. The product is pretty much the same as it is at any other DD location, when they have it. I've found more than once now that this particular occasion doesn't have the donuts or promotions that are being advertised on the television commercials. I don't know if the owner is opting out of these promotions or if they're running out or what, but I rarely get my first order, and usually have to go to a backup plan. The service is horrible. And because it's horrible, it's usually a cluster-jam in the parking lot, with a million cars in the drive-thru, more cars in the parking lot, and people trying to walk around these cars in a very small spot. The workers can be nice, but it's dependent on who works there. Sometimes they're snippy and rude, and it definitely makes me not want to return. Also, if you get cream or flavor or sugar added to your coffee (as most people do), you'll want to specifically ask them to mix it for you if you order from the drive-thru. Otherwise, they don't even bother. For donuts, it's okay. For coffee, you're better off going to the McDonald's down the block. read more

*** Visited here on 12/28/18, Friday morn around 10:30a. SERVICE AND STAFF ARE HORRIBLE!!! I ordered thru the drive-thru, stating VERY CLEARLY to the order taker that I had a REFILL CUP (which entitles one to half the price). After getting to the window to pay, she states the regular price of a Large coffee. I say, Oh, I did say that I had a REFILL CUP when I placed my order. She then decides to inform me that *** "THIS STORE DOES NOT HONOR REFILL CUPS". I say, listen, I told you that I had a REFILL CUP upon placing my order! She was RUDE and UNAPOLOGETIC! This is the 2nd time visiting here, and the 1st time was the same RUDENESS. Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse. How can you go to different DD's with the same order and have the taste be so different I was thinking maybe it's not the workers but the upper management. Quality control is a must. That being said I've had one of the worst cups of coffee from this place I wanted to like it but it was awful I'm sorry for this bad review but I take my coffee serious. Dunkin Donuts coffee is leaps and bounds above the other chain (maybe that's just my preference). I had what I thought was a simple order...... extra large coffee with a turbo shot cream no sugar and 2 pumps of Carmel. The coffee tastes old the smell of the cream was kinda not so fresh I am so disappointed and this is in no way a slight to the worker on duty (sorry). Hands-down, one of the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to! A couple of weeks ago I went there looking for donuts and they were sold out, they didn't even have coffee to sell me, I ended up buying a Diet Coke. When I complained about it on my client review on the receipt, the store manager called me and gave me a coupon for a dozen free donuts. Horrible employees, horrible attitudes, they take forever with a simple order. When you come in no one greets you. When you stand by the register, they walk past and act as though they don't see you. Stopped at this location around midnight one day. My sister and I had a taste for something sweet. We decided to order the new donut cookies and cream ice cream sandwich and 2 scoops of cookies and cream as well. The young woman who took our order was not extremely rude but I believe she used the wrong choice of words which made the experience unprofessional. As we were in the process of ordering those things she asked if we could give her one second so she could make sure that they had enough ice cream left to fulfill our order. Once she came back, I asked for the two scoops of cookies and cream and she goes on to say "WE DONT HAVE ENOUGH FOR ALL THAT, AND WE ACTUALLY DONT HAVE ENOUGH TO MAKE THE DONUT ICECREAM SANDWICH EITHER" A part of me wanted to respond and say "WELL HELL WHAT DO YOU HAVE ENOUGH FOR THEN?!", and pull off, but I held my composure and said ok nevermind and took my ass to the one in Munster.
