On Easter. All I wanted was a good cup of coffee. I went to the drive thru and ordered. The cashier seemed nice. The drive thru moved fast. I payed for the coffee and checked it. It looked like watered down coffee. Light brown!! I went inside to get it corrected and the cashier was not helpful. She asked what was wrong with the coffee. I replied something is wrong with it. She made more coffee and added it to the old bad coffee to give to me. I already received attitude so I just left so they wouldn't change my mood. A cup of coffee and money down the drain!!! ‍ read more

I give this place no stars I ask for a frozen chocolate with no whip cream I got the opposite I ask for donut holes and got a dozen donuts my avocado toast was mashed to the box and that store is very crowded with employees all playing and not paying attention the mf in there is by far the worst read more

Horrible customer service through the drive through she was rude and not helpful at all do not recommend this place

Zero Stars should be an option! This Dunkin' on Torrance is straight-up beyond unacceptable. I spend my hard-earned money here and they treat it like it's nothing. Orders are constantly wrong, bagels are never properly toasted, food comes out backed up and sloppy, and the service is slow every single time. even the employees look, young and dirty. The place is a mess behind the counter -- confused, careless, and completely unprofessional. Nobody seems trained, nobody checks anything, and nobody gives a damn about customers standing there waiting. It feels chaotic, dysfunctional, and disrespectful to your face. Other customers are openly complaining while walking out, which tells you everything you need to know. This location should honestly be shut down and rebuilt into something that actually functions -- tear it down and put a Starbucks here instead. Do not waste your time or money at this location. A complete disgrace to our community they come instead of shop and feed us trash. I could tell by the looks of the staff someone is stealing and absolute nepotism. I wish I had read the reviews before I was wasted my money. SHUT IT DOWN NOW!!!!!!!! SHUT IT DOWN NOW!!!!!!!! SHUT IT DOWN NOW!!!!!!!! read more

THE WORST EXPERIENCE! Your employee needs anger management!!! Started my morning happy, invited a baby cousin to dunkin and we were greated by screams from 2 employees (a big white woman with a cut eyebrow & a white older hispanic woman) We walked in with our scooters turned off & parked against the wall. The store was completely empty but we wanted to avoid a safety hazard. We waited a long time to place our orders because the employees were gossiping & I didn't mind because once again the store and drive thru was empty. Then two employees started screaming about the scooter. It bothered me because they could have just asked me nicely, but anyways I was quick to follow their instructions of placing them near a window. As I was walking to do that someone kept repeating the instructions in Spanish as if I don't understand??? Idk but these ladies were so quick to react, they were both like ready to fight us, They literally forced us out and told us to leave. Like WHAT! They were so quick to react and we were cooperating soooooo dramatic. They were screaming that they were going to call the police if we didn't take them outside. Seriously? Screaming? Give me a break, It's not even 10AM I wanted to leave because I feel like I was respectful the whole time and I shouldn't tolerate such childish behavior. BUT my baby cousin wanted Iceed Coffee and I wasn't going to let rude people ruin our morning. They made me and the 12 year old kid walk the drive thru where CARS go to place their orders because that is "much safer" than turned off scooters. The white hispanic lady that kept obnoxiously yelling to take the scooters outside nonstop in Spanish was in the drive thru with her arms crossed, staring at us with a nasty face and attitude. Once again I'm just ignoring this rude passive aggressive behavior. The young hispanic girl who took our order was very nice, knowledgeable, polite. She took our order fast and greated us at the window with a smile, and coffee.. peacefully, drama free!!!! I believe that she should train all of your other employees on how to treat customers. As I was waiting for my coffee the The fat white woman with a cut up eyebrow then decided to come out the drive through window to apologize and said "I wasn't trying to be mean by the way" as she's smiling? So I can tell that she wants to continue raging, so I stay quiet because I don't want to continue to feed her drama. I am here for coffee not drama. And then she said laughing "Dont take it to heart!!" So she's not really apologizing? She's come out the drive thru window to continue gaslighting me, the customer who just wants coffee. Respectfully, you are an unhappy middle aged working at Dunkin, I could never take anything you say to heart. Feel sorry to know that you are cramping up other people's morning too. Take a chill pill read more

Dunkin' - Caramel iced coffee with whip cream. - Donuts Near Me - Calumet City, Illinois

This Dunkin' Donuts has the worst customer service!! The young workers in this place need to take a class on how to treat the customers and how to fix coffee. They are not pleasant and they need to learn to greet people with a smile and say thank you. This place is unprofessional and so are the manager's. Not a friendly place!! read more

Ordered an Oreo cappuccino blast. Got an original. Told the boy at the window and he directed to an older woman to tell her. She told the man doing the frozen drinks to just take the lid off and add Oreos. Received the same original drink with just Oreos at the top. Definitely the worst service!! Will not be returning here due to their lack of service. We pay for our stuff, the least they can do is their job right. read more

They've taken laziness to a whole new level. 2:40pm 3-26-21 2 workers behind counter, I was only person in store, one car in drive thru. They are not taking any food orders because they are short handed. One car in the drive thru and me at the counter and she is too busy to hand me a bagel. Why are they even open? read more

Some mornings I have zero will power and I suddenly find my car lined up in the drive thru at this Dunkin Donuts. I swear it is beyond my control. I don't go for the donuts. I go for the coffee and the blueberry muffin. Sweet, sweet blueberry muffin. I stick to cream and sugar in my coffee and it is always delicious. I am glad I don't see how much they add as I am sure it is more than I would allow myself to do. I have tried the flavor syrups, but I don't really understand how they work as you still need to add sugar. The drive thru here moves at light speed. They hand me my coffee, wish me a good morning and I am typically in and out in under 3 minutes. This is part of the reason that it is so appealing in the morning. read more

Try getting the orders correct! I ordered a turkey, egg, & cheese croissant, and I was given an english muffin! The english muffin was the 2nd mistake, because they originally tried to give me a coffee that I never ordered. I knew that I should have checked my bag, but I didn't, so now I'm at my destination with food that I don't want. To top it all off, I called to let them know I would be returning for a refund, and a magic jack voicemail came on twice, instead of a person answering. I had stopped coming here because they employ mostly children with BAD ATTITUDES, but since it's close to my home, I decided to give them another try; I regret that I ever gave them another chance. read more

I ordered bacon and cheese on a plain bagel. First off it was not hot at all and they put like 3 strips of bacon. How did I just order and it's not hot. Then I asked for a blueberry muffin warmed with butter on the side. I reach into my bag the muffin is not warm and I see no butter packets. I asked them to warm it. The muffin was luke warm not even warm enough to melt the butter. SAME with the hot chocolate I ordered. I'm never going to this location again!!! This Dunkin' Donut is my area store but let's just say...I'd rather travel outside the area for a better Dunkin'! As a true coffee and donut lover this place is terrible. They sell stale donuts. Customer service can be rude depending on who's working. I bought 2 jelly donuts. Got the home to find that they were STALE. read more

Here's the deal with this particular Dunkin the actual hot or cold coffee is made Great! if you specify how you want it they usually get it right during the morning shifts.. Anything beyond that as far as breakfast food or donuts either your order may be incorrect or the food can be stale. for the most part they've had a lot of managers and shift managers at this location in the last 7 years and what I've noticed is when the managers and shift leaders are on point there usually at the Top of there game but then the owner has tendency to move the Awesome people to a different location that's not doing as well and at that point they mess up this location! The person taken the Order at the drive up needs to take there time & repeat the order back to you automatically so there's No Mistakes and that doesn't usually happen because this Dunkin has a Great Volume of Customers. The Afternoon & Evening shifts need to improve there customer service & stop providing old coffee in the evening time just because the demand is down. read more
