Zero Stars should be an option! This Dunkin' on Torrance is straight-up beyond unacceptable. I spend my hard-earned money here and they treat it like it's nothing. Orders are constantly wrong, bagels are never properly toasted, food comes out backed up and sloppy, and the service is slow every single time. even the employees look, young and dirty. The place is a mess behind the counter -- confused, careless, and completely unprofessional. Nobody seems trained, nobody checks anything, and nobody gives a damn about customers standing there waiting. It feels chaotic, dysfunctional, and disrespectful to your face. Other customers are openly complaining while walking out, which tells you everything you need to know. This location should honestly be shut down and rebuilt into something that actually functions -- tear it down and put a Starbucks here instead. Do not waste your time or money at this location. Hey is is pumpkin season at dunkin. Been waiting all year. The doughnut was ok was a little disappointed. Ordered a Carmel latee coffee asked for the cold version it was tasty they put wayyyyyyyy tooo much Ice in the cup and it was more watery than I would like. I went the next day and ordered a pumpkin muffin was disappointed. Didn't taste the same and the muffin was dry. And the frosting on top was nasty. They dragon fruit was nasty too. THE WORST EXPERIENCE! Your employee needs anger management!!! Started my morning happy, invited a baby cousin to dunkin and we were greated by screams from 2 employees (a big white woman with a cut eyebrow & a white older hispanic woman) We walked in with our scooters turned off & parked against the wall. The store was completely empty but we wanted to avoid a safety hazard. We waited a long time to place our orders because the employees were gossiping & I didn't mind because once again the store and drive thru was empty. Then two employees started screaming about the scooter. It bothered me because they could have just asked me nicely, but anyways I was quick to follow their instructions of placing them near a window. As I was walking to do that someone kept repeating the instructions in Spanish as if I don't understand??? Idk but these ladies were so quick to react, they were both like ready to fight us, They literally forced us out and told us to leave. Like WHAT! They were so quick to react and we were cooperating soooooo dramatic. They were screaming that they were going to call the police if we didn't take them outside. Seriously? Screaming? Give me a break, It's not even 10AM I wanted to leave because I feel like I was respectful the whole time and I shouldn't tolerate such childish behavior. BUT my baby cousin wanted Iceed Coffee and I wasn't going to let rude people ruin our morning. They made me and the 12 year old kid walk the drive thru where CARS go to place their orders because that is "much safer" than turned off scooters. Some mornings I have zero will power and I suddenly find my car lined up in the drive thru at this Dunkin Donuts. I swear it is beyond my control. I don't go for the donuts. I go for the coffee and the blueberry muffin. Sweet, sweet blueberry muffin. I stick to cream and sugar in my coffee and it is always delicious. I am glad I don't see how much they add as I am sure it is more than I would allow myself to do. I have tried the flavor syrups, but I don't really understand how they work as you still need to add sugar. The drive thru here moves at light speed. They hand me my coffee, wish me a good morning and I am typically in and out in under 3 minutes. This is part of the reason that it is so appealing in the morning. read more

The english muffin was the 2nd mistake, because they originally tried to give me a coffee that I never ordered. I knew that I should have checked my bag, but I didn't, so now I'm at my destination with food that I don't want. To top it all off, I called to let them know I would be returning for a refund, and a magic jack voicemail came on twice, instead of a person answering. I ordered bacon and cheese on a plain bagel. First off it was not hot at all and they put like 3 strips of bacon. How did I just order and it's not hot. Then I asked for a blueberry muffin warmed with butter on the side. I reach into my bag the muffin is not warm and I see no butter packets. I asked them to warm it. Here's the deal with this particular Dunkin the actual hot or cold coffee is made Great! if you specify how you want it they usually get it right during the morning shifts.. Anything beyond that as far as breakfast food or donuts either your order may be incorrect or the food can be stale. for the most part they've had a lot of managers and shift managers at this location in the last 7 years and what I've noticed is when the managers and shift leaders are on point there usually at the Top of there game but then the owner has tendency to move the Awesome people to a different location that's not doing as well and at that point they mess up this location! The person taken the Order at the drive up needs to take there time & repeat the order back to you automatically so there's No Mistakes and that doesn't usually happen because this Dunkin has a Great Volume of Customers.
