Walked and noticed immediately how dirty it was. The customer side of the ice cream bar looks like it has never been wiped, glass was gross. And the same person taking cash is making drinks without hand washing or gloves ..... and it's 10:48 am on a weekday. Our last breakfast before we left Florida an my host family and the vacation was actually over :(( However, it was a great experience and on the way to the airport, we stopped and got some donuts and latte. Boston Cream of course, my favorite ones (filled with custard) and also one with some pumpkin spice pie whatever. Both pretty good and so where the lattes. 2 bananas for the plane and thanks to a coupon, one donut was for free. Paid like 11 bucks and so for it, which is okay! CARD SKIMMING @ Dunkin on 98 north (5614 US Hwy 98 N, Lakeland, FL 33809), just thought I would let everyone know to stay away from this place or watch them carefully. I picked up my grandkids this morning and about 8:30am we went through the drive though, the cashier disappeared with my card which I though was odd but since the kids were with me I didn't dwell on it. At 4pm I received a notification from my bank that someone at a 7-11 in Orlando tried to get $200 from my account, good thing my credit union is on the ball and killed the card before any money was taken. Why is it so hard to get an order right? Another week, another breakfast ruined. It's not enough just to count the packages and donuts, now you have to open each package to make sure the server got it right...all while sitting in a drive through. First time here since I was traveling back home from Lakeland and decided to stop for coffee so Dunkin Donuts was the pick for me. The service was kinda slow due to my order was messed up but they were busy inside and in the drive thru. The lady cashier apologized for how slow the service was and offered a free item but I denied due to not needing anything. I went there twice visiting a friend in the area and the 1st time I ordered a tomato avocado breakfast it was over cooked in the microwave couldn't eat it. Took it back and the sandwich still couldn't be ate it smelled like someone sat on it and served it to there customers. Very nasty food in this location. read more

A woman named Crystal at this location took our order through the drive thru, and we were slightly hesitant because we had never been to dunkin. When we took longer than a minute to finish the order she snapped at us for "being childish and immature" and threatened to refuse to serve is if we didn't "act like adults." My cousin was driving and ordering, and isn't from the area, so she was nervous and laughs when she's nervous. Crystal took this as disrespect, and snapped at us much too quickly. They never seem to get your order right even after double checking with them ( before pulling off) or asking them nicely to do to make your item a current way. If you ask them to toast your bagel they won't if it has just been made within the last couple of hours ( they do this to speed up the drive thru I guess?) The management there could careless. Standing next in line. Waiting patiently when a Hispanic clerk asked a lady behind me if she could help her. As fast as she could she went around me. I wasn't about to be treated like this and and loudly said hay. I went passed her. The clerk never apologies for her assuming I wasn't with the man in front of me.
