This place is literally a weird situation. I stopped going, but every once in a while, my wife wants to try a new drink. I stopped going through the drive-thru because they can't seem to get the drinks correct. I go in the store, I show them exactly what I want on the app, and they still get it wrong. I ordered a drink, showed them exactly what I wanted, noticed the foam wasn't on there, I asked them about it. The girl who took my order was about to apologize for her error, but I guess the manager came and tried to tell me I was wrong next time to request it because it's a .60 cent charge and they are doing me a courtesy. I'm showing her the picture like your worker messed up, and she is still trying to make it seem like I'm wrong, saying I added it on there. There is a drink that already comes with it on it. I'm like, no shit, Sherlock. It's a custom drink that I am ordering and literally showed the person that took my order what I wanted. I don't care if it is .60 extra. It's an add-on that I put on my drink for you to make. It's an error on y'all's part. Just make my drink correct. I don't care about the price. The older Black lady is really nice. Every time I walk in there, she always speaks and is the only one who gets the drinks correct and is always on point. The manager, I'm assuming, idk if she is Spanish or what, but she has to work on her people skills. And to the pregnant worker who messed up the order, mistakes happen. Today is 1/1/2026 and I'm on a little road trip with my family so we decided to stop for drinks. Well, when we pulled up to the drive thru speaker the worker was "okay " with asking what we'd like. Then when we proceeded to place our order we were told that they "don't sell the cookie crumble latte or holiday flavors anymore "(?). So we proceeded with regular flavors instead. Then at the window we wanted to add on a PupCup and got "We don't sell those anymore."(?) What on earth is going on with this location and the services they're offering? We have been to this location a number of different times and for awhile it seemed as if they were good but had a tough day or something but then it's been bad day every time we go? The workers always have an attitude, and it just doesn't seem your service is welcomed. Even for the small accommodations for a drink, they catch the worst attitude. and don't even worry about placing an online order you will wait an additional 15 minutes after placing or scheduling your order. This location needs renovation as soon as possible. Hopefully they get workers who are grateful to have the job because the workers in there are always mundane and slow and it seems there is no urgency within this business or policy guidelines in place for bad service and in accurate orders. Also I hate to say it however the AA's that work there give themselves a bad reputation. You want to be paid on time and have more hours then make the job you applied for YOUR BUSINESS. If you cannot accomplish food service and lack communication and emotional intelligence then where are you going to go in life? seriously.. at this point I think younger college students could run circles around this staff..yall even need Strict Starbucks protocols to rebrand this location before moving a whole new staff in. read more

Not sure why this Dunkin's rating is so low.. everytime I go, I have the best experience. The staff is super sweet and helpful. The wait is never to bad, even on busy mornings. I get my usual, iced chai latte with oat milk & cold foam brew. Their app, is super easy to earn points on so I usually get a side of hash browns, which are always delish! They could give you a little more though. I usually go through the drive through and it's clean with no trash around. I always look forward to getting a quick bite from this location! read more

Stopped through the drive through for a quick iced coffee and pastry for my ride. This location is off of Lake Murray Blvd. There was only one car ahead of us so I thought it would be a quick trip. We'll needless to say 15 mins later they still handed me a croissant stuffer that was frozen in the middle. I now had to go inside for it to be remade. The lady handed me the stuffer... no apologies or acknowledgment of their error or a thank you! Sadly to say 2 bites in the bacon and chicken were once again COLD. I'm going to have to say that this place is ! I love Dunkin' but this one should he closed by corporate before it tarnishes DD's good name! I had a hard time believing that this place could have such low reviews, but the 1 1/2 stars is generous. We waited a half hour in the drive-through, only to find out they didn't have half of their normal selections. This was 8 am, so it's not like we strolled in before closing. They messed up our order and they were pretty apathetic about it. The donuts didn't have much filling. If you're only going to have five types, at least make them correctly! It's not rocket science. Zero stars! I watched 11 customers be serviced in the Charlotte Airport in 15 minutes. I pulled into Lake Murray Blvd's Dunk's and there was one car ahead of me waited 22 minutes. I asked for a glazed doughnut and a chocolate glazed doughnut. She could decipher how many doughnuts I wanted and what kind so she calls me to the window. Once I show her the picture of each, she walks away shaking her head. She proceeds to ring me in but I let the lady know my order was complete because she called me forward without finishing my order. She huffed and puffed and finally completing my order. 22 minutes later, mission complete. I will NEVER go there again and will gladly pay the extra money at Starbucks so I can my coffee in a reasonable time. read more

Should of read the reviews but we were on the road and just wanted some coffee and bagels. Wait in the long, barely moving drive through line for probably like 15 min. Get to the order window just to be told their "system" is down and can't take orders unless I order online. So already having so much time invested we order online. 2 coffees 2 bagels. Go pick it up at the window... no sesame bagels... no plain bagels. They give me a refund for the bagels. My coffee was fine, my girlfriend ordered some other blend, it tasted super burnt and wasn't even hot. Should of kept driving to the next one. read more

Just had an awesome experience here. Cashier was very considerate and saved us money, recommending we purchase one dozen donuts (doughnuts?) instead of the 7 we were going to buy. A plethora of choices. The double chocolate donut (doughnut?) melts in your mouth. After having a full stomach from our Indian restaurant lunch we all still devoured our donuts (doughnuts?). Wow, this place really hires some wonderful people. This morning (Thanksgiving) we went to pick up some doughnuts for our small crew. On Holidays I will always be overly friendly, give very large tips etc.... First of all, we drove up and the doors were locked, no big deal, but the motioning from the young female employee was very aggressive and actually a bit insulting. So we drive through the pull up line, having to wait for several cars in front of us. We get up to order when I say, "good morning, I'm going to need a dozen doughnuts" before I can continue, the young female employee speaks up and says "Yeah, well ima need a raise, all y'all orderin doughnuts on Thanksgiving an I gotta stay here and work on Thanksgiving" Now, I know working on a holiday stinks, that's why I tip usually as much as my order, but this attitude took me out of my generous mood. We left the drive thru and bought breakfast elsewhere. These kids with their entitled attitudes aren't good enough employees to even deserve the minimum wage they are paid. read more

LONG LONG LONG LONG LONG LONG waits at the Lake Murray Blvd store because the owner will not hire enough employees. The intercom system must have been purchased in the early 1950's as the audio CANNOT BE UNDERSTOOD BY THE EMPLOYEE OR THE CUSTOMER! I went to the front door to perhaps place my order directly, unfortunately it was locked. After wasting 45 minutes at the Lake Murray store I went to the store on Broad River Road because by this point I was determined to get a damned donut! I arrived at the store on Broad River Road and the drive thru line wrapped around the building, I went to the front door which was unlocked and open. My heart surged with joy as I walked in. I went and looked at the display filled with delicious donuts, with the last 6 of the Bavarian crème (my favorite). Unfortunately I was then informed that the lobby was not open and though the front door was unlocked I was not supposed to be inside the store and would need to join the massing hoard that was encircling the building........................I went home without donuts. Usually this location is ok. Today we went through the drive through as we usually do on thursdays. I ordered two mochas - one with OAT MILK because I can't digest DAIRY! The receipt said oat, the label said oat, what I got was HOURS WORTH OF STOMACH CRAMPS! It was NOT oat it was regular cream/milk. I didn't notice until it was too late - so I wasted my $ and my day. Anyone who is lactose intolerant knows the pain that follows after eating dairy or in my case specifically milk/creamer/ice cream. This is a fairly disorganized Dunkin' Donuts. Nothing TASTES bad, so that's why it gets 2 stars. We've been there several times and have also had wildly different experiences each time. One time, the lady at the register kept ringing up extra items and didn't remove them until I pointed out that I hadn't ordered it. She seemed pretty frazzled and had no knowledge of food items. I asked if there was butter on a sandwich and she told me "I'd have to ask them" and pointed towards the kitchen without looking away from the screen. A different time, the barrista staff out a full ungloved palm on top of an iced latte to shake it up. Not the most appetizing way to start out a drink. I'll keep coming here because it's the closest Dunkin to me, but it's pretty hit or miss. I think they have a high level of turnover and have a lot of new staff a lot of the time. read more

I went to the dunking donuts on Lake Murray Blvd. on a Sunday morning.01/20/22 I don't know who the lady was at the drive in but she was very rude and act as if I was interrupting her day. They were obviously out of the donuts that I wanted but the woman was upset that I didn't understand the type of donuts that were available. She clearly did not like her job. This took place at 11: 45 am. Fearing that further conversation with this young lady would lead to a confrontation. I promptly took my business to another establishment. So this Dunkin has been opened a while, and the fanfire / hype has died down. We have gone from a nice 5 star coffee shop all the way down to a 1 star "don't go here" place. It is now nothing but a huge disappointment. The staff are the most unmotivated people in what seems like the entire east coast. The drive-thru is a disaster. The in-store experience is a cluster. They are constantly out of donuts or a coffee item. Just this morning, the "team lead" didn't know how to work the latte machine and had a horrible attitude...sighing as more people came in the door and the drive-thru got busy. She just started telling the other workers to tell people the machine was broken, rather than taking 5 minutes to troubleshoot it. Although I love Dunkin, this location needs a major employee morale boost. It might even take a visit from a corporate performance improvement team to turn this sinking ship around. The lines are so slow, and they always act as though I am bothering them when trying to give them business. Purchased 6 donuts and they were placed in bag stacked and the frosting was on everything. The donuts were at least a day old. I purchased these on a Sunday and the quality should be much higher as it's most likely a busy day for them. There is a lack of ownership responsibility there. I will contact corporate. Sadly, I would not recommend spending your money at this Dunkin Donuts. Unfortunately there are not many options in this area to purchase donuts. In the line of work I do, I often purchase donuts to bring to meetings or events. The customer service is horrible here, and if you can look past that issue, the product is about the same. Do NOT ever utilize the drive thru, because it is guaranteed you will not leave with what you ordered, unless you take the time to open the box to verify. The first two times I purchased donuts through the drive thru, I got the correct amount of donuts, but not even close to the types I had ordered. This was extremely frustrating, because both times I had to repeat to the person taking my order, over and over what my order was. Please understand, the order was very simple....2 powered sugar donuts, 2 chocolate frosted donuts and 2 plain donuts. When I opened the box the first time, I found 3 customer filled donuts and 3 donuts with sprinkles. The second visit was almost exactly the same. Reluctantly a month later when running short on time, I tried the drive thru again. I ordered a dozen plain donuts, two jelly filled donuts (specifically to take home for my daughter after work) and a regular coffee. I failed to take the time to open the box before pulling away, and when I arrived at my meeting I found a dozen jelly filled donuts and two plain donuts. Also, when I took a sip of the "regular" coffee I ordered, it was a vanilla flavored coffee. Thankfully my customers had a good sense of humor and/or were being polite and obliged the jelly filled donuts. However, moments after they started eating them, the customers started to comment that the "jelly filled donuts" had no jelly filling. It was clear that there was a spot in the donut to fill them, and a red mark where it looked liked they had been filled, but absolutely no filling. I contacted the management later that day, and told them my frustrations. They offered an apology and said they would mail me a coupon for a dozen free donuts. I have never received the coupon. My daughter came to town last weekend, and she stopped to pick up donuts on her way to our house. (Unfortunately I had no idea, or I would have told her not to). When she got to my house, the first thing out of her mouth was; "I will never go to that Dunkin Donuts again!" She complained that she had to repeat her order several times, and when she went to pay they never greeted her, only told her the amount she owed, and never said thank you etc after handing her the box of donuts and an iced coffee, when she ordered a regular coffee. I do not normally Yelp, but I felt it necessary, since trying to make the management aware of the issue has not changed the service. Well despite the horrible reviews I decided to give this place a try. Ordered one coffee. The cashier had issues with the register and had to have someone come help, for ordering one coffee. The coffee was then handed over and it was white, either the coffee is so weak the cream just overwhelms it or they put in way too much cream. I asked if they could fix it. I took another sip and threw it away. It was absolutely disgusting. Also note that the prices of the coffee and other items are about 10-20% higher than most other Dunkins, like it's inside an airport or something.
