The food product is basic, a tiny bit expensive for everyday ingredients but normal overall, fresh and healthy. It's like exactly what you would make at home except you have to pay and wait for Someone to make it for you. So if you are that busy--this is a good spot for you. Overall, I think this company does a great job with what they are offering. My only reason for less than 5 stars is the staffing. That response was completely inappropriate and unnecessary, especially when we were respectful and simply asked for our food to be remade. Mistakes happen--that's understandable. What is not acceptable is making customers feel mocked or disrespected for bringing a legitimate food-quality issue to an employee's attention. Summer's attitude came across as extremely unprofessional and showed a lack of basic customer service. I hope management addresses this because customers should be treated with respect, especially when they are being polite about an issue with their food.
