When we received it, the wrap was ice cold and had some type of greenish sauce smeared on the outside. We politely asked the employee, "Summer", if it could be remade. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she made a rude, sarcastic comment out loud, saying, "I'll just pour sauce all over the entire thing." That response was completely inappropriate and unnecessary, especially when we were respectful and simply asked for our food to be remade. Mistakes happen--that's understandable. What is not acceptable is making customers feel mocked or disrespected for bringing a legitimate food-quality issue to an employee's attention. Summer's attitude came across as extremely unprofessional and showed a lack of basic customer service. I hope management addresses this because customers should be treated with respect, especially when they are being polite about an issue with their food. Very poor experience and definitely not the kind of service I expected!
