I recently had a HORRIFIC experience working for Clean Juice, specifically with the owner, ANNA…read moreYAU. She attempted to underpay me for two days of work based on her personal emotions, which is unprofessional and ILLEGAL. Compensation for labor is a legal right, regardless of an employer's feelings. To make matters worse, Anna asked me via text if I thought I "deserved" to be paid for the two days I worked. When I returned her uniform the next day, she attempted to give me $45 in cash which left me rightfully upset, especially by the lack of compassion or understanding in the way she was treating me. As if this is something I deserved? I left in tears without accepting the underpayment. Thankfully, my partner, who overheard the situation, went to the location and was able to reconcile and get the full pay I was owed. Regardless of personal frustrations or issues, it's an employer's responsibility to ensure employees are properly compensated. If you're not ready to deal with employees you should not be a business owner. This was a despicable experience, and I would not recommend working for this business. However, I hope this does not reflect the views of Clean Juice as a franchise, because I plan to contact them for clarification :) (PROOF OF MESSAGES BELOW)

Very disappointed with the customer service we received here. We came in yesterday and ordered a…read moreturkey and cheddar wrap. When we received it, the wrap was ice cold and had some type of greenish sauce smeared on the outside. We politely asked the employee, "Summer", if it could be remade. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she made a rude, sarcastic comment out loud, saying, "I'll just pour sauce all over the entire thing." That response was completely inappropriate and unnecessary, especially when we were respectful and simply asked for our food to be remade. Mistakes happen--that's understandable. What is not acceptable is making customers feel mocked or disrespected for bringing a legitimate food-quality issue to an employee's attention. Summer's attitude came across as extremely unprofessional and showed a lack of basic customer service. I hope management addresses this because customers should be treated with respect, especially when they are being polite about an issue with their food. Very poor experience and definitely not the kind of service I expected!
