At my apartment complex, we have an Amazon hub, but there have been many times they would deliver the item to your door instead. Due to me not being home often, I decided to just have them picked up from this location. Glad I get that option! The customer service here is always pleasant and friendly. This is a great alternative for your Amazon packages if you're not going to be home the day of your delivery.

CS chatbot could do absolutely nothing and couldn't even provide me with the capability to detail what the actual problem was. Call Whole Foods and actually got a f@!#ing human. She had the balls to tell me that I had to find out from Amazon what the problem was. I totally lost my cool, and she hung up on me. If there were any God d@#$ alternatives, I'd use them, but there aren't. We have been getting almost weekly Whole Foods deliveries from amazon.com since the beginning of Covid, so, what, 2019?!
