Legitimately the rudest staff I've experienced in awhile. Add to that, the food was greasy and cold.

It was okay. Lots of hype. They don't even sell an old fashion Donut. When I asked for it they where gonna give me a Plain donut. I was like that's not an old fashion. The filled donuts where weak. Not much filling. On a positive note I like sweet iced coffee and they nailed it there. 11/7/16 Coffee was not as sweet as the first time but it was still good. It tasted fresh to me. I was there at about 12:15 and tried the double chocolate donut, sour dough, donut of the month which was a candy cane one. Still no "old fashion" donut. However the donuts this time around did taste fresh. Very soft not like slightly stale bread like the first time. The sour dough donut did taste a little burnt even tho it didn't looked burnt around the crust. The candy cane donut was good but AGAIN weak filled :/ if the donut is fresh I would hands down recommend the double chocolate. 11/19/16 Donuts have improved significantly in my opinion. Except for the filled donuts. Maybe I'm just too picky. Today I tried a chocolate filled. It was a little dry. I remembered to bring my plastic Dunkin' Donuts cup this time. Most places (Starbucks) give you a cup discount for brining in your own branded cup. Unfortunately Dunkin doesn't offer a discount when I brought in my Dunkin' Donuts tumbler. Keeping my review at 3. Me and My Partner Frequent this Dunkin Donuts especially Before Early Work Days and On days Off. And To Mention we don't live Exactly Close to it but it's Worth the Small Travel Distance. First off we Love it! The Staff is Always so Friendly and Amazing and Fast they always Understand our Order and remember the Extra Things like Hot Sauce and Napkins haha the Prices and Deals on Food And Coffee are so Great Definitely Better than most Well Known Coffee Establishments. She was rude when I called her out and even gave me a "thumbs up" when I said I was calling corporate which was her kind was of saying F you. Won't ever be going back! Love Dunkin ! Their iced lattes are amazing !!! 100 times better than Starbucks!! The reward system is also amazing 5 points for every $1 and they give you a FREE drink every 200 points. The free drink can be any size any kind of drink. I'm so glad we have a Dunkin in the valley! read more

Wanted to try Dunkin for so long as we don't have one anywhere near. The service was AWFUL. When we tried to order food off of the menu they told us they don't have that or anything like it (while it was in front of our face on the board). The coffee was the worst we tasted. They almost forgot to give us our food and when they did it was one bite and in the trash. It smelt horrible and old. Sad to say I will no longer be able to go to another Dunkin knowing we paid $30 for it all to go in the trash. read more

Listen to the reviews. Don't bother. As a huge DD fan from the east coast I would have been a loyal customer but oh my god the wait. Twice I waited half hour or so minutes with only two cars ahead of me. Figure about 10-15 minutes per car to make it through. Third time I saw a line and didn't even bother getting in it cuz I new it would take hours. This place needs some one to step up fast or it won't be around long. Disappointed to say the least. I'm originally from New England and was a big DD fan. I was stoked when I found out a DD would be coming to Indio. Sadly, this DD isn't living up to the hype. The coffee is too inconsistent and never tastes like they do in New England. (Their iced coffee tastes better than their hot coffee, but once again there's no consistency) Another fallback...they recently reduced their hours of operation. Why? Probably because of their bad service and lack of a quality product. The sign on the speaker says their hours recently changed from 4a to midnight to 430a to 11p. I showed up this morning at 445a and was told via the loud speaker "we are closed, we open at 5...uh 530 today" I'm hoping things here change, it's not yet too late... read more

What can be said about Drunkin Donots? They've been the same for decades. Used to be donuts shops were few and far between. Over the years donut shops have branched out to small mom and pop shops were the donuts are bigger and fresher. Not that DD is a bad thing, it just doesn't blow my hair back. So Hubz and I stopped in after his dental appointment for a quick breakfast before we headed to out next destination. I had a blueberry donut and a Bavarian creme. The blueberry donut was the cake type. From the distance I was looking at it, I thought it was a yeast raised confection with a nice smooth blueberry jelly inside. I should have asked. I'm not a fan of cake donuts, but wth, it's only a donut, yes. The raised donut was much better AND they have not changed in flavor in what, 45+ years. I guess they've used a tried and true recipe for all that time. There are no DD's close enough to us to drive out for JUST a donut. In all fairness, we hsve Krispy Kreme within walking distance of my abode, but they are way over rated and EXPENSIVE! I'll stick with Swiss Doughnuts. read more

LOL NO. There are so many fantastic "Chinese mom & pop" donut shops around here, seriously, what's the point of putting up this mediocre east coast nonsense out here? So to be fair, I gave it a shot. The donuts were fresh, and light, but they had the artificial taste of preservatives and chemicals and who knows what else a corporate chain is going to add to their mix. You can certainly do better getting donuts from Stater Bros or Ralphs or wherever. And the coffee? No thanks. Same criticism as above. So many better independent choices, why bother with this stuff? I'm no fan of Krispy Kreme, but even KK is much better than DD. Go back to Boston or NYC or wherever it is people are so donut-poor they love places like this. read more

Terrible customer service. The people that work here need proper training. The coffee is so inconsistent and the donuts are stale.

Don't bother ordering ahead on their app, they don't begin with your order until you are there. And if it's during a busy time, good luck getting some sort of acknowledgement. Oh, and if they have the ingredients for your order and they get your order right, it's a once in a lifetime event. Terrible all around!!! A 1 star rating is very generous. read more

Excellent customer service! We just had our own Dunkin Bartender; we Sampled an iced mocha with creamer. it was actually really good. I will get that next time I go.... The Donuts are delicious: we got the strawberry filled donut and double chocolate, it was soft and just perfect. Great place! I have to say I'm not a big fan of their coolatta (I believe that's how you spell it). Definitely coming back and going to try all their donuts and coffee flavors! read more

I go to Dunkin' Donuts pretty much every day, first timer at this one. I will say the food and drinks were consistent with every other dunkin. The personality of the girl at the resister is what sets this one apart. She had a great personality and really seemed to enjoy her job. This place was a nice spot to rest and get a good cup of coffee.. I surely enjoyed the caramel machiatto and the fam enjoyed the caramel latte. What can i say the donuts are good but do not find them not as fluffy / soft as a traditional donut shop. However, I would defenetly come again. The place was clean with very friendly staff. After camping in the desert for 3 days it was SO refreshing to stop by this particular Dunkin' Donuts before hitting the road to go home. The cleanliness was top notch. When I ordered my food the friendly cashier offered me cold water as a nice gesture. There was a slight mishap with one of our drinks, but the baristas acknowledged their mistake and were apologetic. When I pulled up to the order the young lady taking my order was laughing along with co-workers in the back constantly getting my order wrong ! Top if off they where out of almost everything! Excellent customer service. Cashier wanted to make sure when I ordered the largest coffee they had, then added caramel, I wouldn't get it too sweet. Had it made with less sugar and gotta say, she was right on! Great cup of coffee! Had a Caramel Apple Coissant/Doughnut. Very happy with my choice. Super good, will for sure order again.
