I wish I could give this place a better review. I think some days have a better manager in the store, but overall my experience with this Dunkin' has been poor. My mom orders pick up and when we get there the order isn't even ready - she even told them to start making it before I left thinking maybe this time if we told them to start it earlier then it'd be ready by the time we got there - Nope! Finally they get my drinks and I bring them home, only to find out that my mom ordered an iced coffee, and they gave me a hot one. The gentleman at the front didn't know much. He seemed new which is fine but he was left to figure it out in his own. There wasn't anyone else inside but us but I'm assuming there was a few in line in the drive thru because the lady seemed focused on that. He made my coffee awful it had so much milk it didn't taste like coffee so I mentioned it and he asked the girl for help and she had an attitude and poured it out in the sink and made another not even saying anything when passing it to me across the counter. My husband waited for his drink that she seemed upset at making and slid it across to me as well when finished not saying a word. Not only was the coffee made nasty but the customer service was horrible. With nobody in the store and one person in the drive thru the response was completely unnecessary! And I know it was only one bwcuase the gentleman took over and filled their order and nobody was left in the drive thru and no one else was in the store read more

Crew member Narely took my order. While I was speaking in the intercom I was very abruptly interrupted and told to wait. 1 min later another member answered and took the rest of my order. As I drove up to the window she asked me to pay and I asked her about a promotion I thought I saw. And she very rudely responded that I was mistaken and they didn't have that. That I "don't understand". Then she proceeded to say "huh" "what" like if she couldn't hear me or couldn't understand me. And I have a pretty loud voice. I was missing a part of my order. And when I asked if they had received it when I gave my order the first time she said no. I never leave reviews, but they need to fix some of the staff ASAP. So disorganized and rude . I've been a couple of times to this location, and I've had a couple of bad staff members and a handful of good ones. This experience definitely is going to make me never return. read more

The worst I have been in. Very understaffed. Orders are not correct too. 25min to get one egg. Not even kidding you. After the ridiculous amount of time, I still got to watch a guy cut like 20 pieces of bread before he would hand me the egg. I asked for two eggs but at this point I would rather just leave hungry. I come here almost everyday. I am a bit of an addict to Dunkin coffee so I will do my best to be impartial. The Staff: A++ ! They are generally very friendly, knowledgeable, professional but also very genuine. They always greet me and it honestly brightens my day when they recognize me. They are quick to fix mistakes (which are rare might I add, maybe twice in the 5 months I've been coming here regularly,) and I cannot rave about them enough. Great location, right by the freeway so super easy to access right before my morning commute. They always have fun deals happening and I am generally just excited anytime I know it's time for my daily brew. read more

Will never go there again. They deserve a negative rating! Went on a Sunday morning. Very limited supply of donuts and bagels. We ordered egg breakfast sandwiches. Waited about 25 mins while the manager sat at the next table having a meeting. I had to interrupt her to request some service. The order was mixed up and not worth going into their incompetence. This place unfortunately is gone downhill. Service is slow and employees have no sense of care for being there. Restrooms are a mess and there have been sighting of rodents in and around the store according to colleges of mine I have. Management should really get there act together. read more

This is the third time I go to Dunkin late at night and I get old donuts I ask at the drive thru everytime before ordering if donuts are fresh they say yes but I get old donuts. I thought I would get fresh donuts when going to a place where they claim to be making fresh donuts all day but I'm so disappointed everytime I open my box I won't be going back! Sorry to say, this was not a good experience. We are extremely familiar with Dunkin Donuts & this visit was very bad. The one star is for the employees who were all pleasant. Both items that we wanted were not available so we opted for a plain cake donut, glazed donut holes & whole wheat bagel (they didn't have any plain bagels) Unfortunately, both donuts were dry & stale. The Boston Creme had no cream inside them, and when I called to complain, Sandra (who was supposedly the manager) said they were in such a hurry that they forgot.....seriously???? Every time I come here, they never have any of the items I ask for; offered on the menu. They are always out of everything. I've come several times...thinking it might be different, but they never have what I ask for. I've also tried going at different times, but they are always out of what ever I ask for. And it's not just one item, I usually go down the list. To be honest the donuts aren't all that anyway. The Jelly Donut on Hwy 111 is 100 times better. read more

Growing up near Chicago DD was my favorite donut place, so was excited to see a DD in Indio during my Dec. '16 visit. Just happen to drive by. So one morning around 4:30 am I decided to stop by DD figuring they must be open and in the process of making fresh donuts, and I had a taste for a DD. Do to the time we were one of the few customers. Other DD employees were coming in that is how early I was. I was amazed that their donut selection area was very limited compared to what I remember. I had to walk the width of the store to see if I there was another counter area for donuts. Nope! Just like the picture on yelp.com shows their selection area is 6 x 6 (36 selections). They did not even have old fashion donuts nor strawberry, blueberry, or raspberry filled donuts. I asked if they will have some and the lady replied that they do not make those. What? So I had a hard time deciding on what to get and ended up only with a half dozen do to the limited selection. And bought a ham, egg, and cheese on English muffin. Thank goodness I only bought a half dozen because I was very disappointed in the taste. Being there around 4:30 am shortly after they opened at 4 am the donuts did not even taste as if they were made that morning. The ham, egg, and cheese on English muffin was not any better. In fact if you are stopping here for an ham, egg, and cheese on English muffin I suggest you keep driving to look for a Starbucks. By the way, I do not drink coffee. I now see this Indio DD has a yelp 2.5 star rating from 39 reviews, which supports my experience. Unlike The Best Little Donut House in Town in Concord, which has a yelp 4 star rating from 94 reviews. Which I know is accurate for everytime I have been there the donuts are consistently fresh and good. Although their selection is smaller than Indio DD, they always have what I like. They do go quick in the morning. The couple that is always there (maybe the owners) are always friendly and do not rush you to make a decision. They have even thrown in several donut holes, or even a donut they saw me debating about. I have even seen them making the donuts, unlike DD in Indio. read more

Coming from Manila where Dunkin Doughnuts were everywhere i was excited to see this branch open here in SoCal. I was a bit disappointed on how different the products here are compared to Manila. The doughnuts in Manila were more fluffy and fresh compared to here (you know from the first bite the doughnuts are frozen) the sandwiches are really bad the cheese looks old..the meat are frozen and the bread looks like its been in storage for weeks. I can get better coffee somewhere. As for the services, the people were messing up the orders. I had to wait a good ten minutes just to order a regular coffee. I went today at 8am. I decided to drive thru it...even though there were about 7 cars ahead of me. I saw the line inside looked pretty long too. I was going to be patient because I drove 30 minutes because of DD. The drive thru gal took my order and was very lively. I waited for about 10 minutes to pay at the window. The girl there greeted me and immediately said "I apologize for the wait and inconvenience." That was a very nice gesture even though I didn't care. I was too excited for my breakfast treats! Overall...I had a great experience and it took about 15 minutes through the drive thru. The food was great and I'm not going to lie... Im going back tomorrow! read more

First time ever at Dunkin', and I wasn't disappointed. I've always complained that Tim Hortons never made its way down to California, but this shop can definitely fill that void for me. Horrible first time going to the Indio location. Went thru the drive thru window. Asked for a dozen donuts. And must have gotten all the left overs. 4 of them were the same old ugly ones out of the dozen maybe 3 were ok. Spent 15 bucks on 2 teas and a dozen worthless donuts.
