The SLOWEST Dunkin' EVER!! You will wait 10 mins just for a simple coffee. If you want to add food, forget about it!

Pulled up at the drive-thru at 1100am on a Saturday morning. One car was already at the window. We were asked to wait to make our order, no worries. Well, we sat there for 10 minutes, the car in front of us at the window still did not have their order. We finally ordered, two coffees and one donut. The car in front of us still had not received their order. As we pull up the car in front of us received a small sack of food and they drive off. If I could give this location zero stars, I would. We have visited this location multiple times and leave unsatisfied each time. We've been in the early morning, mid afternoon and evening just to be sure it was not the time of day. On the occasion I went in the early morning I ordered a breakfast sandwich, an iced coffee, and a maple donut. I was given the wrong sandwich and the donut was stale. However the coffee was okay. When my boyfriend and I went in the evening we ordered three maple donuts, one vanilla donut, a grilled cheese and two coffee's. The maple donuts were almost like cardboard. Imagine biting into something that isn't supposed to break, that's supposed to be squishy like frosting, and it breaking like a sheet of ice scattering hard maple pieces all over the table. I'd never eating a donut more stale in my life. The grilled cheese was overly greasy, to an unnecessary level of grease. The coffee took quite long to receive, probably around five minutes. Today took the cake, or should I say donut. We popped in to the drive through to get some coffees. We pulled up and the woman on the intercom said "give me a second". Okay, perfect well just look at the menu. So we chose what we wanted and ordered when she told us she was ready which was about a minute. Then we pulled forward behind the car in front of us. We waited behind that car for roughly four to five minutes. The window never opened for this car. All the sudden we watched the car angrily drive away. Rightfully so might I add. We then pulled up and contemplated driving away immediately and decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. Waited three more minutes and decided to drive away. The girls in the shop looked out the window at us a few times during these three minutes making no effort to take our money, no effort to open the window and acknowledge us, no effort to tell us that it would be a few more minutes and that they're sorry. Long story short, we won't be returning. We gave it a couple chances but I think we'll stick with Starbucks. In conclusion, what a garbage facility. read more

This location is absolutely awful. I have been coming here for years as it is near my work but over the last year the staff and service is absolutely awful for just selling coffee and donuts. The lady at the drive thru was extremely rude and argues with me about what flavor I wanted in my coffee. She had a terrible attitude. The donuts were stale, this happened several times now and they charge a ridiculous 1.20 per stale donut. Do not come here!! read more

A little inconsistent with how iced coffees are made and dependent on who makes them, but usually pretty good and cashiers are friendly.

While eating dinner at Noodles and co, my kids begged me to go to get donuts for breakfast. We ordered a dozen and they said they had "buy one dozen get one free". I said that it sounded great, and brought a dozen to my nieces for their breakfast. Apparently they offer that when they only have 2 dozen stale donuts. I've ordered donuts at night before and didn't have this issue. These were horrible and the kids didn't even eat them. Threw the rest out. These tasted like stale dinner rolls with frosting. read more

There's never a manager there. Workers are usually teens and they're left unattended by themselves which in itself is not allowed with labor laws. Donuts usually are stale and old but the coffee is pretty good. Only come if I'm really craving a vanilla bean frap bc it's cheaper than Starbucks read more

I used to enjoy the perks of this location until recently. The staff appear careless and unenthused. Iced Coffee has been nothing but creamy water. (I order large with 1-2 cream vs the 4 that is standard, can't imagine what that would taste like). This is also my first ever review of any company/store. Not one to be picky, but it definitely is a damper to start a Monday morning with tasteless, watery, coffee and grumpy workers. Needless to say, they have lost my business. read more

So I go to this Dunkin EVERY morning before work. And EVERY time I get a medium mocha iced coffee with cream. And EVERY single time It taste different. Does no one know how to use a measuring system? Sometimes it's just straight coffee other times it taste like chocolate milk. Can we PLEASE get our shit together Dunkin. read more

We are currently sitting in the drive thru line. We have sat here for about 15 minutes at this point. And still have not even had the chance to place our order. There were only 3 cars ahead of us. A month or so ago this was the best Dunkin' Donuts. Super funny friendly staff quick, it cetera but in the last few weeks, there is always a long wait my orders seem to have a lot of errors, not sure let's change that the services declined so much so quickly. read more

I'm sorry, but this isn't Dunkin Donuts like I know it. Here, they have two racks of donuts, mostly bare; and a 3rd one they don't put anything on. They hide the bagels in the back, and keep a minimal selection of both. There's only ever 1 person working the front, one in the back, one drive-thru, and one who'll make sandwiches. The last 3 times I went, people walked out because it was taking forever. 3rd time was not the charm...it just isn't worth going back until they start operating like a real DD establishment. It's not the employees' fault, I'd say whoever runs it just doesn't get it, or doesn't care. read more

I used to go here for donuts for church and I really liked the fact that they had a card that they punched for each dozen you purchased. When the card was full you got a free dozen . I saved my rewards cards and I had filled 2 so I was eligible for 2 free dozen. When I went to get my donuts they said they no longer accepted the rewards cards. I was shocked since there was no expiration date on the cards. So I will never go back because that was really bad business!!!! read more
