Dunkin' - Double chocolate cake donut - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Indianapolis, Indiana

Obviously, it's Dunkin' Donuts and their food and coffee is excellent. However, this particular location is not very welcoming or friendly. I ordered a couple donuts and a cup of coffee and at the window they didn't say a single word to me, I handed in my credit card, and they handed me my food, I said thank you and they closed the window. But it is Dunkin and you know what you're gonna get at any Dunkin. This location is pretty new and clean so I will probably come back, but if I can choose another one, I will go there instead. read more

The service was very helpful. Ambiance is Duncin D. The coffee plain black. Was fine. I had a pumpkin muffin. Very dry, no flavor, and small. Compared to years before. read more

Being that I am gluten intolerant, this is probably a funny place for me to review. Especially since I also don't like coffee. I do enjoy the strawberry refreshers here. My family also enjoys the coffee. I used the drive through this time, and received good service. I have gone inside for service in the past, and also received good service. read more

I verified with the guy at the counter and twice that the longjohns were cream filled. They are not. My daughter wanted a certain drink the most Dunkin' Donuts have, but they do not have it here read more

NASTY! Trash all over the floor. Mop bucket next to the floor level OPEN ice bin. Imagine all the nasty bathroom germs splashing all over the ice they make your drink with. Waited forever for the girl to acknowledge we were in the store. Donuts are a Saturday staple...especially when you having a visiting little one! The clerk was super helpful and cheery which got her some smiles and joy from our group. We got two of their donuts and the delight with which they were eaten was precious. I was told the jelly one tasted like medicine...so probably not really homemade jam. But it made our Saturday morning! read more

Dunkin' - Jelly filled donut - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Indianapolis, Indiana

A very average Dunkin- was in the area running errands. The line is pretty inconvenient as there is a side drive to get to the other businesses. The drinks and donuts can be hit or miss here. This time around it was a hit! I got a iced Carmel macchiato which was tasty and helped my energy level. read more

Used to think Dunkin' Donuts were the best and they may still be. The last donuts I got there certainly were not the best. I bought my two favorites- Jelly and White Creme Filled. Neither of them were what I would call filled. Both types, I was able to eat 3/4 of the donut and not hit any filling - jelly or Creme. Not so bad if the donut itself was good - it wasn't. I know they're made fresh daily - they just didn't taste/feel that fresh. Basically I was happy to have donuts - since all donuts even mediocre ones satisfy my need for something sweet. read more

I love Dunkin and have for years. I just purchased a house not far from this location and have been here now three times only using the drive thru. I will say that this location has a very slow drive thru, I waited 23 minutes for two hot coffees. If they could pick up the pace a little, I'm sure this location would be perfect! read more

Great service and great people! Always fast and always get my order right. I will keep coming here everyday!

Avoid this place if you're in a hurry! I haven't waited less than 15 minutes in this line in the 30 times I've been here. When it was open inside they took forever too. ): Coffee is good though! read more

I hold my donut shops to rather high standards and his Dunkin just doesn't cut it. The Decent: the donuts themselves are usually fine. Tasty and not too old or dry. The dont holes I've had recently have been much more grim however, being dry enough that my mouth immediately demanded I try refreshing it with a swing of my Dunkin coffee. Which brings us to... The Ugly: Coffee should not taste underwhelming or burnt and my most recent was both. There was no sugar or sweetness included with the flavor shot I requested and there was no mention from the staff that the latte would be otherwise sugarless. Over the years this shop has varied in reliability and quality - here's hoping for an upswing. read more

Breakfast taco is awful! Soft taco shell is hard on edges, completely cold. Iced coffee tasted like bottom of pot. Was suppose to have 2 shots of hazelnut flavoring. Ordered a small and could not taste any hazelnut. Cashier added 2 more shots and still could barely taste it. Won't be going here for breakfast anymore. read more

avocado toast is always hit or miss compared to other locations. had an issue with an order and asked the man in the window if the store was corporate or franchised and he told me "i cannot tell you that" with a smile on his face. went to another location and they answered the question no problem (and it was a franchise). only a handful of times have i gotten the correct amount of crème and sugar, and after being a barista i KNOW when something has a certain amount of sugar in it, it was literally my job. overall don't recommend this location, go elsewhere. read more

In line for forty minutes. Their drive thru system is broken, so there's a girl taking orders. The woman in front of me spent extra time yelling at her to get her vanilla latte just right. Had to repeat my order three times even though it was a mobile order. Dry donut and watered down coffee. Don't waste your time. read more

I am a huge Dunkin' Donuts fan. In general, I love their coffee. This Dunkin' in specific has just been consistently average. Their drive way does move pretty quickly and that is always convenient. The staff is not overly friendly; they are not very enthusiastic. As this is a fast-food chain, this seems fine because I am only coming for the coffee fix and not the service. My biggest complaint is that they often mess up coffee orders. This can be a really big deal when you order almond milk and get cream or milk (you pay extra for almond milk). I would just suggest being clear in your order and when they give you your coffee, reconfirm what it is. Overall, an average Dunkin' Donuts, but I will always keep drinking coffee from here! read more

Dunkin' - terrible service. just found a bug in my coffee. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Indianapolis, Indiana

I had my first Dunkin' donuts experience and it wasn't the best. Firstly, the drinks they feature on commercials aren't actually sold/made in store? Didn't make any sense. I tried one of the frozen chocolates and it was okay. Not worth the money and pretty sure it didn't have any caffeine. Won't be returning. read more

Had the frozen coffee & a pumpkin donut. The frozen coffee was very good. Better texture than McD or SB. But a little weak in flavor. Think I'll ask them to bump up the coffee flavor if I order again. The pumpkin donuts are just to my liking. A bit heavy for some people, but just what I like in a cake type donut. BTW, the medium frozen coffee is huge. read more

I did love this location, but the watered down coffee, burnt espresso, wrong orders, and rude behavior seems to be pretty consistent for the past few months. I would not recommend, at all. read more

The consistancy of this location is ridiculous the after lunch crew dont know how to give good customer service. They can't stir together your drink so you have to try and do it yourself and get coffee all over your lap and car. When you ask them to mix it up they look at you like it's not their job and are annoyed. Be more professional please. read more

Their espresso machine is always down and the wait times are ridiculous. It's frustrating to wait in line for 15 minutes and when you pull up to order they tell you their espresso machine is down. They seriously need a sign hanging outside to indicate if it's working or not; it's broken that often. Get a new machine! The staff are generally pretty nice. read more

I often visit this location and love the friendly staff, and they make my drinks just as they should be. I especially love the vanilla chai with it's sweetness, spices and vanilla. Delicious. If you're like me and you prefer your lattes, and such, on the sweet side, and tasting more like what they say they are (such as the seasonal drinks; pumpkin latte, etc) then you want to try Dunkin Donuts. I especially love the seasonal drinks and look forward to them every year. read more

So I pick up my daughter from school, since it was snowing I was in the 4x4 asked her if she wanted to do some donuts. She screams "yeah donuts" and that's how we got here. Half dozen for $5.99, sour cream great everything else "meh", 4 in the afternoon donuts not fresh but not stale either. For a buck a donut, I'm not too excited. I like DD and have been here before this time didn't make the cut, should have gone to Longs. read more

Ordered three donuts. Pulled away and decided to just look at them before I delivered them. They were all clearly stale (dry crispy edges) and the lemon filled one was super thin and smashed. And they did not provide any napkins. A donut is a luxury food, it better be darn good to justify the calories. These were not worth the money or the calories. read more

It was a super early morning for the kiddos and I, and I was craving their coffee. I literally searched frantically for the nearest location and carried my daughter in piggy-back. Each of the kids were overwhelmed by their options but the staff was very patient and friendly. I discovered Dunkin carried a variety of coffees!! Their donuts are delicious, if you can decide which one(s) to purchase! The prices are acceptable. You could call this location average C at the very very best and that's pushing it. This is pretty bad location. Super slow (average of like 3-4 minutes a car just at the drive thru window) consistently rude employees, the regular hit or miss coffee, etc. I get it they're humans but you can just tell there is no effort even remotely involved at all I've been frequenting it for about a month as my daily go to trying to give them a chance, the crew I know by face, but they just don't seem to want it or deserve it. The franchise owner should care more that's on them. Get people that wouldnt mind working there and pay them adequately, and it could go smoother. The drive thru is such a shit show. Old donuts, lackluster coffee. Worst breakfast sandwiches ever, even the 'new one' sucks- received stale white bread instead of sourdough 2 times in a row. Much better locations out there if you're a Dunkin' fiend. read more

Worst experience I have ever had a Dunkin Donuts ever. I had decided to purchase three dozen donuts for my sales team and figured I'd stop by this location bc it was on my way to work. I walked into the store as the ONLY customer inside and stood at the counter for nearly a minute without one person acknowledging my presence. I can understand being busy bc of the drive-thru, but I cannot understand looking a customer in the eyes and not greeting them in any way or apologizing for the wait. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a place of business in my life. I decided I wasn't about to give my money to a company that "valued" their customers like that and left. Truly disappointing and I wish I could leave no stars read more

Ordered two drinks, one came back incorrect. I called the location and Kim, the manager, offered to let me come back tomorrow for two coffees on the house. I asked if it was cool if I just swung by and got a remade coffee, I didn't need the other stuff. She said sure, so she met me in the parking lot and had remade the coffee (perfect, according to my boss) and also have us a dozen donuts. This location was dealing with a huge rush and was also training new hires. I'm incredibly impressed by how quickly and professionally this was handled. Super shoutout to Kim for being able to juggle the madhouse. Thanks for a great experience- you've got a return customer. read more
