Obviously, it's Dunkin' Donuts and their food and coffee is excellent. However, this particular location is not very welcoming or friendly. I ordered a couple donuts and a cup of coffee and at the window they didn't say a single word to me, I handed in my credit card, and they handed me my food, I said thank you and they closed the window. But it is Dunkin and you know what you're gonna get at any Dunkin. This location is pretty new and clean so I will probably come back, but if I can choose another one, I will go there instead. read more

Used to think Dunkin' Donuts were the best and they may still be. The last donuts I got there certainly were not the best. I bought my two favorites- Jelly and White Creme Filled. Neither of them were what I would call filled. Both types, I was able to eat 3/4 of the donut and not hit any filling - jelly or Creme. Not so bad if the donut itself was good - it wasn't. I love Dunkin and have for years. I just purchased a house not far from this location and have been here now three times only using the drive thru. I will say that this location has a very slow drive thru, I waited 23 minutes for two hot coffees. If they could pick up the pace a little, I'm sure this location would be perfect! read more

I hold my donut shops to rather high standards and his Dunkin just doesn't cut it. The Decent: the donuts themselves are usually fine. Tasty and not too old or dry. The dont holes I've had recently have been much more grim however, being dry enough that my mouth immediately demanded I try refreshing it with a swing of my Dunkin coffee. Which brings us to... The Ugly: Coffee should not taste underwhelming or burnt and my most recent was both. There was no sugar or sweetness included with the flavor shot I requested and there was no mention from the staff that the latte would be otherwise sugarless. I am a huge Dunkin' Donuts fan. In general, I love their coffee. This Dunkin' in specific has just been consistently average. Their drive way does move pretty quickly and that is always convenient. The staff is not overly friendly; they are not very enthusiastic. As this is a fast-food chain, this seems fine because I am only coming for the coffee fix and not the service. My biggest complaint is that they often mess up coffee orders. This can be a really big deal when you order almond milk and get cream or milk (you pay extra for almond milk). I would just suggest being clear in your order and when they give you your coffee, reconfirm what it is. I often visit this location and love the friendly staff, and they make my drinks just as they should be. I especially love the vanilla chai with it's sweetness, spices and vanilla. Delicious. You could call this location average C at the very very best and that's pushing it. This is pretty bad location. Super slow (average of like 3-4 minutes a car just at the drive thru window) consistently rude employees, the regular hit or miss coffee, etc. I get it they're humans but you can just tell there is no effort even remotely involved at all I've been frequenting it for about a month as my daily go to trying to give them a chance, the crew I know by face, but they just don't seem to want it or deserve it. Worst experience I have ever had a Dunkin Donuts ever. I had decided to purchase three dozen donuts for my sales team and figured I'd stop by this location bc it was on my way to work. I walked into the store as the ONLY customer inside and stood at the counter for nearly a minute without one person acknowledging my presence. I can understand being busy bc of the drive-thru, but I cannot understand looking a customer in the eyes and not greeting them in any way or apologizing for the wait. Ordered two drinks, one came back incorrect. I called the location and Kim, the manager, offered to let me come back tomorrow for two coffees on the house. I asked if it was cool if I just swung by and got a remade coffee, I didn't need the other stuff. She said sure, so she met me in the parking lot and had remade the coffee (perfect, according to my boss) and also have us a dozen donuts.
