I had a wonderful experience today. The food was sublime and the restaurant was very tidy. However, the highlight of my experience was Mackenzie. She was more than helpful and went out of her way to assist me through every step of the ordering process. I could not have been more delighted. And after ordering, she was there to hand me my order, and she did so with such warmth and kindness that I have never seen before in restaurants. I don't normally leave reviews, in fact I have never left one before, but Mackenzie's top-tier service really left a mark on me and I will be sure to return very soon. read more

This is absolutely the worst dunkin' donuts I've ever went to. They never get my coffee right and today I was charged almost $20 for three coffees. When I asked to be given my change the young man at the window got very smart and swore that he had given me my change as well as my receipt which was never given to me. So I wasn't going to write a review but today is the day. I have been going to Dunkin for years and never have I had a problem with any others aside from this Dunkin and the one in Campbell and to my understanding the same person owns both chains. I always get the same drink everyday that I have been doing for years a refresher with green tea no ice pretty simple drink now I have to get less ice because no one can make it without I think that stupid when this is a coffee shop and can say how you want your drink made and it's pretty simple but whatever no big deal but how do you mistake lemonade for green tea one started with a L the other a G like I said wasn't going to post however this keeps happening. read more

Gave me the wrong order, then refused a refund. I called and called and emailed and emailed and spoke to every f**king manager working there, but was refused a refund. They told me to come back to the store to talk to a manager, despite my telling them 400 times I don't live in Ohio. They're on an interstate, which means thousands of truckers and out of state customers each week. Common sense does not prevail at this location. Congrats Hubbard, Ohio Dunkin! You ripped me off $5. You lost me as a customer and I hope you enjoy your reviews. Do the math. You should have just refunded my money. read more

I have been getting iced coffee everyday from Hubbard, OH Dunkin donuts for several months. Something has changed in the last several weeks. The coffee is extremely BITTER. I can no longer drink it. Where to begin? Where to begin... It was the weekend after the fiasco that was the Ohio State vs Michigan game. Don't judge me, they admitted it themselves, the officiating was terrible. ANYWAY, Hubs and I were making are way back to the Great Lakes region. However, DD is DD wherever. I am no hater. If I get good service in that state below, I'll own it and even tell the world about it. Unfortunately, that is NOT what happened. Now, I'm GF so I can't even eat anything in the place, but that didn't stop my husband and I watched the entire interaction just so I'd have something good to say. We got there sometime around 10PM on the weekend right after Thanksgiving. When my husband asked for different VERY common doughnut variations (glazed, old fashioned) he was met with not only terrible customer service, but hardly any doughnuts. When we asked them what they did have they didn't have an answer, and so we found ourselves going into the store and met with the same apathetic, no-good-answer for-any-question nonsense. I don't even want to mention the fact that there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, but hey, might as well warn the good people of YELP land what might be in store if they enter this place. *sigh* read more

Can't believe I'm writing a review for a fast-food chain...but here goes: I have been here about 10x's a year for 3 years - on my way to NY, on my way back to Ohio. Let's face it - I need good coffee and a clean bathroom. This place is SO good that we pace our needs based on how far away from this Dunkin' Donuts we are. We call it "our Dunkin' Donuts" or "our spot" when discussing where/when we'll be stopping. The bathrooms are always clean. The staff are always friendly. The orders are always correct. On my 2nd to to last visit (to NY), Ashley took care of us at about 6am - she was totally on point! Great service! On my last trip (back to Ohio) - same experience, saw the manager and told her how fabulous her staff is. She said they work really hard to train their staff on customer service - it shows! This is my primary DD, i go through the drive thru at least 2/3 times a day. Today i tried the cinnamon sugar coffee that's seasonal, it's gross don't recommend it. But overall i love the staff, they are quick in the drive thru and always friendly. read more

Being busy does not excuse bad service and no health and sanitation standards. I would go pretty often as I live in town and can get my coffee and get on the freeway for work. I always noticed that the staff either had masks pulled down at chin or below nose. I get it no one wants to where it all day but you are serving food and should be wearing it correctly during these covid times. I over looked that until one day. I noticed the car in front of me open a bag, look thru it and return it to the window. It was not her order. I saw the lady at the window just set it off to the side after retrieving the bag. I pulled up and watched the lady grab the same bag and give it to me. I questioned her saying I saw the lady in front of me just give it back to her. She said oh no that bag was set off to the side and that is my donut. Right set off to the side and given to me. Not wanting to argue and needing to get on the road I paid and left. After driving away I noticed the seal on the bag was ripped and half the bag at the top was ripped open. It was certainly the same bag that someone else rummaged thru. Needless to say when I got to work I threw away the food. This makes me wonder if there are any good sanitation practices going on here. What does the kitchen look like? If they are passing out food that should have been tossed right in front of everyone what else is going on???? I have not been back and I will not be going back.
