The place is clean, almost to the point of being sterile. They have a mega selection of donuts, with full shelves at 4 o'clock in the afternoon that's a pretty good sign. I personally ate a glazed nut doughnut. That was very good but a little frustrating because big chunks of the glaze and nut fell off so it was pretty messy. Still really good. Then later on I had a chocolate glazed, which was moist and also very good. And then even later I had a powdered sugar chocolate cream filled. Located close to the location of a large meeting I was part of, I was easily able to pick up 2 dozen donuts on the morning of my meeting. The extremely nice woman behind the counter hooked me up with two boxes of assorted heaven. As an avid donut eater and a bit of a connoisseur of mans most delightful creation, DDandC nailed it. Fresh, good ingredients and a lot to choose from. The two dozen doughnuts that I brought in to my meeting were essentially demolished. As I was not local, the people who were local were extremely interested in knowing where I picked them up and I happily told them. A few had even mentioned being there before and some even planning to go. would I go back? 100%. Whenever possible, I bring a box or two of doughnuts to customers. When I do, I make it count and the people notice. When they see that I've actually searched out for a really good local doughnut shop, they appreciate that and take note. I'm not bringing in your fast-food donut places garbage "donuts" either. I'd rather bring nothing at all if I can't get the goods. And I will travel early in the morning, just to get high quality doughnuts. Got get some of these right now!

By far, my favorite item was the hot pretzel. It had just a touch of sweetness to it along with the traditional salty flavor. The texture of the dough was perfect. It had the right amount of moisture, chew, and flavor. It was hot and absolutely delicious. The chicken bacon ranch roll was not balanced. It was served hot and wrapped in foil, but it was missing something, like a yummy sauce or veggie crunch. I think there was too much chicken in it, relative to the amount of other ingredients. So it felt like I was just eating a roll stuffed with chicken. While the chicken tasted good, it needed something else to balance it. The strawberry cake was just okay. I think regular strawberry cassata cake is better though. And the maple pecan cake was just meh. I'll be back to try some other items soon!
