The variety comes from the variety of unique flavors of ice cream; I tried to get a picture of the flavors board, but the video screen was in the sun and was very hard to read. Service was nice, I got a sample of the Cornbread and Sorghum, which was unusual and very sweet. I ordered a dish with 3 scoops, which was a generous portion. All the ice creams were creamy, not too rich with good flavor, also the ice cream was served just at a great temperature, firm, but not solid so that the flavors really hit the palate. The Key Lime Pie was Key Lime ice cream with graham cracker and marshmallow creme, nice and balanced if not as tart as real key lime pie, but still tasty. The Kong, banana ice cream with graham crackers and mini buckeyes was great, the banana flavor was as good as I have had in an ice cream, not artificial at all. My favorite was the Andromeda, chocolate ice cream with brownie pieces and chocolate chips. The chocolate ice cream was the real star here, rich and chocolaty and not too sweet, this is what you want if you are a real chocoholic.
