Great spot to frequent during their open season!…read more The Soft Pretzel Sticks are something I get almost every time I visit. They are always perfectly cooked and unbelievably hot when you receive them. The pretzels are like a cloud on the inside, but the outside is perfectly crispy. Their nacho cheese is also insane, I don't know what brand it is, but it's probably my #1! Bill's Frozen Lemonade was amazing! Bill, I don't know who you are, but you know what you're doing when it comes to lemonade. This tasted like one from the fair except frozen (obviously). It was just the right amount of sweet and tangy! Waffle Nachos were a hit. Got the fudge brownie soft serve with brownie pieces, crushed nuts, & Reese's crumbles. It was very rich and the last time I went I swapped out the Reese's for peanut butter sauce. So good & such a big serving, phew! I'm so glad I stumbled upon Bacconi's years ago & will continue to support them in the summer months despite my 35 minute trip.

We patiently waited because we had planned a family dinner here, meeting two other family members and their families who live in different cities. This is a middle location for all of us to meet. There was 8 of us total. After waiting approximately 20 minutes, plus a few additional minutes at the window while an ice cream order was being finished, we were told they could not take our dinner order because food service stopped at 7 p.m. When we explained that we had arrived and been waiting in line since 6:39, the employee told us she did not care, that she drives 30 minutes to work, and that food stops at 7 and ice cream stops at 8. I understand that restaurants have set hours, but telling customers you do not care after they patiently waited in line before the cutoff is incredibly rude and inappropriate. A heads up to those waiting would have saved our families the time and frustration. The way this was handled was unacceptable and ruined our family dinner and dessert plans.
