Truly ignorant drive thru worker was astounded that I would ask if there were any muffins or donuts. Terrible customer service.

Having been to many Dunkin's, I stopped by this location for some breakfast before attending a wedding later on in the day. Overall, the service was fine. The drive-through line was extremely long, so I went inside to order. I had a large hot coffee, which was made quickly. The coffee was nice and hot and tasted great. I also ordered a maple sugar bacon sandwich, which took a bit to come out, but that's probably because they were so busy. I did enjoy this sandwich, however. Overall, there are no issues from me, and it's an average review from me for a Dunkin. read more

This is my local dunkin that i always go to, usually it's great with such great workers, recently they hired a very rude and un personable girl. Have had her twice recently and both times is extremely rude and has horrible customer service. Strongly disappointed in the hiring group. read more

The first time I came here it was for one of those boxes of coffee for a party. It was 6:30 PM and the place look closed. The sign and the lights were off and the window shades were drawn. Stuck my head in as they were open and the young lady said till 10. While I was waiting six or seven people came in and said the same thing. I don't know maybe it's on a timer. This time Christmas Eve 7:45 AM the drive-through line was wrapped around the building, but I did not have to wait long at all so kudos to the staff. read more

I went to Dunkin' Donuts today in egg harbor township Nj and the older lady's customer service was TERRIBLE RUDE and MEAN. I place my orders online so i dont have to wait in the drive thru and My order was not ready nor right and when I asked if they could remake both my drinks because they weren't made the right way she started to yell at me saying they were made right. I will not be going back to that Dunkin' Donuts location. Nor will I ever recommend it to anyone. If they are unhappy they shouldn't be working with the public. Where to begin, we'll lets sun up and say that I was intrigued with how I was treated and delt with by this store. To begin I pulled up in the drive through and I was presented with a sweet lady on the microphone and she told me things that I was understanding about like out of expresso shots and they only had decaf. Which is something out her control. Then I ordered my food and which the price seemed to be high for just two sandwiches and apparently my hash browns, but I let that go because I concluded it was tax added.. at least that's what I think. I pulled up to the window, and I was handed my food 7min later. It look really long to get my food. And not only that my order was wrong. They apparently did not hear me say I wanted a order of hash browns either so I didn't even get them. So i asked for ketchup and they also told me they ran out of it so I had no questions asked. When I sent my food back it again too really long to get back so I pulled over and went inside. I went in and the guy on food asked me what I was waiting for and I had my wrong food. And he said oh okay. Then continues to say "his oven is broke." And I replied if your "oven was broke then you wouldn't be open" and I meant selling food. As I walked in and I saw the ketch box and it was a full box in the back of the store as well. So I was immediately unimpressed and felt disrespected. Besides the fact I never got my hash browns and I drove through the drive through because I needed quick service because Im busy today. I had no problem with waiting for my food for even a couple minutes. But then there was more.. While I waited for my food the employees seemed to be struggling. It seemed they needed training or assistance. I finally got my food back and they messed it up again for a second time. So at that time I was frustrated to the point that I wanted my money back. So they got the manger which should've helped me after the first problem. She also gave me a problem after she counted my money, I didn't receive my total amount back, and she said they and tried to argue with me saying she isn't going to give me any more money. She even said she didn't have my receipt and I was never given one, I heard someone say that they don't have paper for their receipt which in unsure why that was that. I thought it was so wrong as her position to act such and way. Thus, it makes sense why her employees acted the same too. I left after 25-30 minutes of all this down spiral of events with no sandwich, incorrect refund and the fact that I have to buy my hash browns after they forgot to put them on my order to begin with. I'm hoping this email can make a change at the store because I really don't want another customer to go through something like that. I am a kind person and I don't take things to deep until things start to get truly out of hand. I really like Dunkin and it's the reason why Americans run on it.. but today I felt I walked on Dunkin and it hurts me to say that because your company is truly a great business. There was a lot kept out of this email and this is due to appropriate purposes, and to not hold you up with reading a long email that everyone dreads. Let alone a complaint email. I hope something can be done to that store because it is a new model store and it is beautiful on the outside but on the inside it's ugly. *I did send this to corporate.* read more

2 in 5 trips incorrect items. 1st trio ordered a dozen... lol they gave 10 5th trip ordered 1/2 glazed and 2 bagels w/cc. They gave chocolate donuts and CC on half of bagel. This was the last straw for me at that store. Mr Steve was as nice as he could be offered to correct order and make up for the problem. I returned waited in line 10 minutes (packed) he came and offered to fix the order and make up for the trouble . I opted for a refund . So he refunded me $7.00. Uh guess I lost my tax spent. Wtf seriously . So bottom line check the items, don't expect them to count or read. No more trips to that store. read more

We waited far too long for 4 breakfast items and they handed us a bag with only three. We went into the building to get the missing item and received no "sorry about that", nothing. Accidents happen but the attitude makes it all the worse. read more

Another dunkin with poor management and worse employees. The laziness is in full force other than the guy mopping floors and setting up signs. Linda seemed very pleasant to the person in front of me taking his order. As linda was working on the order for the person the other employees stood there talking to each other, because there was nothing else to do apparently. Don't expect much from this place. Starbucks doesn't seem to have these issues. read more

It's a hit or miss with this location. They always seem to be forgetting something with my order, or giving me someone else's order. I had this happen on multiple occasions, I will drive all the way to work just to find out it was not what I ordered. Had to drive all the way back, the manager will accommodate you but it was still so inconvenient. I go to this one because it's on my way to work, but I still choose the Mayslanding location over this one. read more

Went in for a coffee this morning because drive thru was ridiculously long (per usual) walked in, was not greeted overheard cashier with glasses and braids say (I'm not doing nothing) stood there for a few minutes before she decided to take my order. She's was incredibly miserable and rude. Everyone worker nearby was absolutely miserable and unfriendly. There was no change in the drawer, I waited a few more minutes to see if anyone was going to assist in getting this girl change for her drawer so I could be on my way. Long story short, keep the change and the coffee. I will never go back here. Very sad that you hire people like this to work in your establishment and there wasn't any type of manager or supervisor around to help the situation of long line of customers. Brand new store!!! Great employees and management!

I was really excited to see a DD open up near home! It's located inside the Lukoil gas station mart, but it's a full service Dunkin. Maybe I caught them at a bad time (11:00 am on Saturday morning), but service was really, really slow. The lady in front of me bought 2 drinks, and it took 10 minutes. My 2 lattes and hot chocolate ended up taking about 5 minutes. I wasn't in a rush, so it wasn't a dealbreaker, but 15 minutes for 2 normal orders is a bit long. read more

Went to opening day at the new DD in English Creek shopping center, got my normal coffee. I don't know what they are doing but it was terrible. I had to toss it. Hopefully they will get better. read more

Abdul haded us coffee after overhearing that they are out of "brown sugar" and still dished out a half-a** coffee (knowingly it was made wrong). Then as we were standing patiently, he refused to look at us because he knew he was wrong and did not want to acknowledge us. Finally, after getting this lovely tall women's assistance (she was a sweetheart), we were able to make the adjustments needed. A simple job such as looking at the computer screen and following directions is too much work for some employees. (Or if you run out of something, why don't you ASK to see if WE the CUSTOMERS would like something else?) If you think Dunkin is finally going to serve you correct drinks because it is "brand new," you're wrong! (Same Vibes, Same Employees) Thanks, Abdul, since you can't apologize on your end for intentionally handing out an incorrect drink then refusing to acknowledge us to fix YOUR mistake. Mightest well pack your sh*t and leave to Starbucks where the employees will recognize any mistakes on THEIR end and will gladly fix it without any huss or fuss. read more
