I ordered (2) Breakfast for the Group boxes for a group of 50 through www.ezcater.com. VERY Easy to set up catered orders for delivery through this site! Breakfast for the group included: 13 assorted bagels, cheese Danish, muffins, butter, and your choice of 2 tubs of cream cheese. Served with a bowl of fruit salad, a box of orange juice, and a box of coffee. So goooood! Wish they were nearby by actual area! read more

This is a great place for a breakfast Bagel sandwich. Potato cakes are a little small, so I always get 2

If I could give a 0 I would I'm here as a dasher to pick up an order the order is supposed to be picked up at 7:04. I arrived at quarter of and they were just coming in the building so I'll go inside to ask the gentleman if the order will be ready on time Indian gentleman I suppose he stands there and stares at me. I ask him again will the order be ready on time? He gives me this nasty disposition then says you have to wait I said sir I am waiting. I'm just asking you will order to be ready. I see you just got in the door if it's gonna be late. I want to notify the customer. He proceeds to argue with me and then finally says that the order will be ready. Well is 702 and the order isn't ready yet so we'll see what happens. Don't come to this place guys this guy has a very nasty attitude towards people in general. He should be more kind if he is the business owner that's all I have to say. Have a great day go to Manhattan bagels on English Creek if you can. read more

I enjoy a latte and a bagel from this place. Having moved here from New York City 8 months ago, I miss the bagels. However today I came in and an older man maybe Indian or Middle Eastern took my order. When I said I would like a latte with no foam, he simply starred at me in a rude manner. I had to repeat myself several times but clearly he was in a bad mood or something. My point is that a normal conversation could have occurred but instead he acted like a misogynistic rude jerk. Frankly you would think if it's his own business he could be nicer. I'm disgusted by his demeanor and will definitely not be coming back here!! read more

Came in before my family went to the beach. I get the same thing every time at Manhattan Bagel: A garlic bagel with cream cheese, avocado, sunny side up egg, and Swiss cheese. I've gone here for years and I've never gotten a different order. I told the cashier my order and I had to correct her not once, not twice, but three times. Each of which she asked the same questions that I already answered. We spent 40 dollars, waited 20 minutes, and we left! When I opened my bagel, no cream cheese. I walked in and asked for a side of cream cheese because I asked for it 3 times and the manager/owner started arguing with me. I told him I asked for cream cheese and the girl kept messing up my order, 3 times! He argued with me for a couple minutes then asked me for 80 cents for the cream cheese. I said no and walked out. My father went back in and argued with him, we got our 80 cent cream cheese! Btw.. totally not worth it. The food was extremely mid. read more

Chicken salad on a croissant is delicious. Service is great. Cute little coffee shop.

Quick and easy! Staff was friendly, they Quickly took my order and gave me my food. The food was good, reminds me of a Panera bread or Einstein bagels. They had tables in front of the bagels to keep distance, overall the place was pretty clean. read more

Staff is so nice. They have little bagel dog treats! I once had an issue ordering with Grubhub as the driver never picked up the order and the manager reached out to me and said I can pick it up if I'd like he would get it ready for me whenever I was ready so it would be hot. Love it here, closest thing to my beloved north jersey and New York bagel shops. read more

I found a piece of paper in my wrap. This is disgusting. I threw up the wrap that I ate because I'm unsure what else was in the wrap. Never giving this business my money again. read more

Love Manhattan Bagel! They always offer a great deal when you buy bagels. Exp: Buy 6 get 6 etc. Bagels are ALWAYS fresh, soft & yummy. Staff also is helpful & friendly as soon as you walk in the door!! read more

They have a great variety of bagels that are fresh and soft! Staff is very helpful, attentive, and friendly!

No real issues that others have posted about. I don't think it's the company as much as it is the staff they have or had that caused issues. Bagel was fresh and appreciated. As far as the staff on my visit- they were friendly greeted me with a smile and executed my order quickly. Place was clean and came after what seemed like a pretty mad morning rush on a Saturday. Would come back if in the same area again. read more

The hash brown was good, but my add on ingredients wasn't worth a $13.00 bagel. It didn't taste good & was very small, definitely wasn't worth it imo read more

On point. Food was good and order was exact! Bagel and croissants were delicious and fresh.Fresh orange juice was also good and not too sweet. We waited a little while for the food but it was worth it. In their defense it got packed that Sunday morning. I would recommend this place and will be visiting often. read more

New management needed or your doors will soon close. Everyone in the place had wrong orders. Cashier rude. Coffee cold. Waited 15 mins for bagels to drive 10 mins and have no cream cheese. Epic fail read more

Wow, take an order much? I ordered an everything bagel with plain cream cheese and received a plain bagel. How smart do you have to be to take a bagel order? There were only 3 customers in the whole place and no one in front of us so there was no excuse for the mess up. The person who took my order is Abdelmajid, and no this is not a typo. First time and last time at this establishment. Pathetic. read more

Over priced..they NEVER get take out orders right.. Don't tell them you eant 2 of anything. Youll never get it. Its insanely packed on Sunday mornings. Domone needs local breakfast place in that center. Also ususlly can't understand what they are saying. Coffee is good here. read more

The food is actually pretty good the drinks are way too expensive. My main problem with the place is that 1/5 times they will mess up my order and usually put something on there that I didn't want. Usually egg or cheese, or they will forget something. If not for getting my orders wrong (and it also takes a very very long time for them to make my food). I would go here far more often. But most because of those 2 reasons I can head here before work and even when I do go here I have to constantly worry about getting the wrong sandwich. read more

Located in a busy shopping plaza in Mays Landing the food is here is good if I'm running errands and craving a mid-day breakfast meal and don't feel like riding out to Somers Point for Hot Bagel. To the credit of the staff here I can say they are nice the food just isn't good enough to justify the price. read more

I paid extra for EXTRA turkey bacon. My total came out to somewhere around $9.40 with the addition of the soggy hashbrown. My extra turkey bacon is 1 1/2 pieces cut in half and towered on the bagel. Such a rip off and never coming here again. Save your money and go somewhere else read more

I tried the bagels after a long time. I called in my order to be able to pick it up. I ordered the half dozen value pack. I told the person on the phone 3 onion and 3 sesame. I told him we would be there in about an hour. When we got there, my husband went in to get the order. It took a long time for him to come back. When he got back to the car, it was not my order. When we got home later, I found it was a variety pack--only 1 onion and no sesame. When I ate one, it tasted stale. I won't go back again! read more

Great seasonal bagel flavored.... Cranberry bagels and pumpkin bagels. Yummy - highly recommend.

Best bagels in the area. The service is always friendly and quick.

I've never had a fantastic or horrible experience here. Food is average and over-priced. Staff is OK, but they are understaffed for their lunch rush. Coffee is decent. Not some place I would recommend that people go, but I wouldn't throw a fit if my friends wanted to go there for lunch sometime. read more

I've been there about 3 time in the past week because my small children have taken turns getting sick and I have been home with them. So we have had breakfast there and every time we have been well taken care of! Nice & Polite service and they even wrapped things up for us we didn't finish there to go! Super nice and courteous staff! I don't see what some of these bad reviews have been describing but it seems as they way some people are expressing themselves calling people stupid, they may not have been very nice customers... you get what you give! be respectful and that's what you will get in return! read more

Very friendly atmosphere. Definitely a top notch Manhattan Bagel. The coffee is always good no matter what time of day you go. They get the job done! Just a little expensive. read more

Very disappointed! I got there 6:05pm after checking my phone to see if they were open. It said they were open till 10pm. I was excited as I was hankering for a roast beef bagel. Walked in and there were three young guys in there who told me they were closed and I told them it said it was open till 10 PM online... they just said sorry we closed at six. Apparently they weren't busy and wanted to close early so they could go out. You wonder why businesses end up closing. Customer service is basically nonexistent anymore. read more

Hours say they open at 7am. I arrived on the 5th of Ocgtober and got there at 0710, lights were off, door was open. I walked in and the man behind the counter said that the bagels weren't delivered yet and I could get a cup of coffee. Heres the thing, I am the most laid back person that doesn't let this stuff get to me but I feel that over the past few years customer service has been going to the wayside. If you don't start cracking these businesses in the back they will continue the downslide. If the bagels can't get delivered until after 7am, heres some advice....open after 7am when you know they will be delivered. Heres another thing, you business owners need to know that you aren't doing us a favor as the consumer. WE are doing you a favor by patronizing your business. My wife owns a business, works late, and I know how these situations are supposed to be handled. Needless to say, I should have gone with my gut and gone to hot bagels in Northfield, which I ended up doing. read more

Let me begin by saying that this place is ridiculously overpriced. We bought 4 breakfast sandwiches (no sides) & 3 drinks (small bottle of OJ, medium coffee & a water bottle) & spent a little under $40. Ridiculous! Aside from the prices, the service is subpar at best. We don't come here that often, so after we ordered, we naturally went to the next register to pay. Once there, we were RUDELY told that we would have to wait for our sandwiches to be ready before we could pay. Since we were in a bit of a rush, we asked to pay ahead of time anyway to save us some time. The worker rudely said we could pay for the drinks only, but would have to wait to pay for the sandwiches & then he just walked away. 10 minutes later, we got the sandwiches & paid for them. All in all, they were well made and good. While looking at the receipt (still in disbelief of the high price tag for what we got), my fiancé realized we were charged for an "open food" item in the amount of about $2.50. My fiancé went up to the register to see what that charge was for. The worker accused us of having 4 drinks (we didn't because it was just the 2 of us & we were bringing the 2 other sandwiches home) & when my fiancé told him that we only got 3, he said, "Are you sure you didn't get 4 drinks?" After going back & forth with him, he finally refunded us that extra charge. Needless to say, we will never go here again. I would highly suggest that you stay away too. read more
