So I'm not really a bagel aficionado but I was impressed with their bagels. Kids loved them too. I'm curious to try some of their other items on there menu and see if they are just as good. Place is nice and clean. I left a star off for service. While not rude just not friendly. I could easily spend my money at one of the many chain stores in the area. I prefer to spend my money (especially now) at mom and pop stores. Think they'd be appreciative.. Anyway, definitely will return. read more

The sandwiches are INCREDIBLE. My father's coworker recommended this place years ago and since then, my family has driven hours out of our way on numerous occasions to get these sandwiches. Quick service and decent breakfast sandwiches. I like the pork roll, egg and cheese on a bagel. I'm a fan of the lunch sandwiches too, but overall, the reason for the three stars is the bagels. Like an idiot, I called this place on a Sunday morning because I was looking for a certain product that Boar's Head makes, and Ralph's is the only Boar's Head deli in the area. Sunday morning, about 11am. I called and some woman answered. I said hello and asked if they have the particular item by Boar's Head. She hung up. I called back and it went to the answering machine after several rings. I drove down there and it was closed. Noon on a Sunday, a breakfast place closed. I should have known better - this place is run by complete morons. Always has been, always will be. They can repave the parking lot all they want, it won't hide the fact that you, Ralph, don't give a crizzap about your customers and don't know how to run a business. Bagels were pretty good, but they were EXPENSIVE! No prices listed anywhere, so when I got my $3 bagel, it was a total surprise.

The bagels are so small I would hardly define it as a bagel. I had the lox cream cheese and they were so stingy with amount they gave you. My friend had the veggie cream cheese that had no flavor and hardly any vegetables. On top of not enjoying our meals the staff wasn't very pleasant. Take the drive and go to Hot Bagels. read more

I went into Ralph's to get lunch meat with a $20 gift certificate. Not a price in sight. Ralph asked me what I wanted, so I ordered a pound of ham, he cut it and asked me what else. I asked how much I could get with 20 bucks and ordered a pound of Pastrami. He cut it and told me it was $10 a pound and took my gift certificate. I noticed he didn't weigh any of it. When I got home I weighed it, the ham weighed 13.10oz, Pastrami was 10.14oz. I might be mistaken, but I always thought a pound was 16oz. He ripped me off!! Stopped for breakfast with kids. Picky kids. They have much more than bagels. But we did get breakfast sandwiches and more. All good. They even made my kids pancakes and surprised them with big Mickey Mouse pancakes. They were excited. Menu is good. Pancakes, French toast, omelettes, and of course bagels. Certainly will be back. The BEST hoagies in South Jersey. Reminds me of the deli's in South Philly. Try the "Muffelata" on the sesame roll. If you like olives its delicious. Ralph makes your hoagie as you order it. Any way you like it! The hot bagels are always fresh and the various cream cheeses are great. I have had numerous catered lunches that always are the "hit" of the event. Ralph and his family are always so gracious and generous. We are fortunate to have such a great deli in our Upper Twp area. I lived in New Orleans years ago, and loved muffaletta sandwiches. Ralph's has it nailed! I actually like his muffaletta better than those you find in New Orleans because the seeded Italian roll is long instead of round, and you end up with a higher meat to bread ratio. He has the Italian olive salad perfect. My absolute favorite place to eat a breakfast in the area. Anyone can make eggs and bacon/ham, but NO ONE has potatoes like Ralph's! NO ONE. and I love that they have chocolate chip bagels. prices ARE comparable and NOT expensive. I get a whole meal for $6. At other places, I get something of equal amount, but not nearly tasting as good, and I have to pay more. I go every weekend, sometimes Saturday AND Sunday, and he is there. read more
