Awesome breakfast bagel
Brett R.

Stopped in on my way to catch the ferry. Amazing bagels and muffins. Wish this was next to my place in North Carolina. Really good food. Cool shop with lots of goodies. Service was on point.

In what world is this a tuna club sandwich worth $16?!?!?
Kim K.

I ordered a tuna club online. The wait said 40 minutes. There was no communication or updating once I placed the order. I get to the place early and it's already ready. Great news - but jeez, glad I didn't wait 40 minutes. Also, take a look at my picture. In what world is this a tuna club sandwich and why the hell was I charged almost $16 for this?!? Ridiculous.

This place is good old faithful and honestly so much better now that they have revamped it. I've tried almost everything on the menu since growing up here and it's always, always, always consistently good. Lox bagel and veggie cream cheese are my favorites. Perfect for the beach, a hangover, or even just a lazy day. *The everything bagels are seasoned on both sides... love this.

Turkey bacon, egg, cheese on super everything bagel
Erin R.

Stopped here on my way out of Ocean City and so far it is the best bagel spot I have tried in this area. Tons of options! All the bagels and muffins looked great, which made it very hard to decide what to get for breakfast. I stuck with a breakfast sandwich (turkey bacon, egg and cheese on a super everything bagel). The bagel was soft, the turkey bacon was nice and crispy, and the eggs were cooked on a stove! I love when bagel shops actually grill up their eggs compared to microwaving them- it makes a HUGE difference. I was very tempted to buy a cookie or muffin (the banana chocolate chip muffin looked amazing!). Hopefully I will be back again to give it a try.

People who work there are very friendly. The soups are fantastic. The bagels can't be beat. So glad we discovered this shop.

Best bagels I've had. I love their breakfast sandwiches and chicken salad slaps. It's a little chaotic in the store sometimes, but worth it.

Best bagels in South Jersey, period! Short of tripping up north, you will not find a better bagel.

THE GOOD ----------------…read more+ Plenty of tables and seats inside. + Our waitress (Sheryl) was on point with her service and very friendly . + Seafood entrees (Jumbo Lump Crap Cake, Windjammer Combo) were very good, but a bit on the salty side. Still worth the extra $$$ spent on them with the amount of food served. + Kids Chicken Parm was huge and easily could feed an adult. + Large private parking lot. THE NOT SO GOOD ---------------------------- - Very crowded on the Thursday prior to Labor Day weekend, but there were still open tables. RANDOM OBSERVATIONS -------------------------------------- = A good alternative to The Crab Trap, which is down the block and can have crazy long wait times.

The chicken rice soup, clams casino, and the kids' chicken parm with linguine were especially salty--made our tongues feel like sandpaper! - The portions were fairly large, so you definitely get your money's worth, but it was hard to enjoy with the saltiness

The casual vibe and scenic view make the place. It was REALLY windy out (no indoor seating), but…read morefortunately we found a spot tucked away that blocked the wind. Servers were friendly and the service was good, although the kitchen was rather slow. Took forever to get our meal and it was not high season. But the portions were generous and my omelette was very good, where the additional mushrooms I requested were plentiful. It's a nice relaxing atmosphere to get together with friends. You certainly can't beat the view. Just make sure to fill up your wallet first. Breakfast for 3 before tip was $79.

We ordered French toast, the breakfast burrito, short rib toast and a grilled chicken wrap. The fresh squeezed orange juice is a must, I would go everyday just for that alone. My waitress recommended the short rib and I loved it. The breakfast burrito was also really good though I wish it had bacon instead of chorizo but that just personal preference. My sister isn't a breakfast person and she liked her grilled chicken wrap. And we all shared the French toast which was good as well. As a girl from Pittsburgh, I also loved that they had Heinz ketchup. The staff was great. It was busy the whole time we were there. We will definitely be going back.

I stopped at the Starbucks kiosk inside the Target in Somers Point expecting it might be a quiet,…read moreconvenient spot on my way to work. The store itself was empty, and I was able to walk right up to the counter and order without any wait. I ordered a double shot of espresso and a hot white chocolate mocha. While my drinks were being made, I noticed the employee preparing my espresso was distracted and chatting with a Target store associate. What concerned me was watching him rinse out a disposable paper cup with water and then pour my espresso into that same cup. When I got my espresso, I took the lid off and could see water droplets all around the inside of the cup, mixing with the espresso. It immediately made the drink feel diluted and, honestly, just not made the way a customer should receive it. The register employee was polite and did a great job taking my order, and I left a small tip. After that, I calmly asked the employee who made the drink (Edwin) why he rinsed out the paper cup with water instead of using a fresh cup. He told me he had accidentally made a triple shot, dumped it, and then made the correct double shot, and he offered to remake it. I appreciated the offer, but I declined and simply said I would have preferred a fresh cup instead of washing one out. I thanked them and started to leave. As I was walking out, after they thought I was out of earshot, I heard Edwin call me a "dickhead." I stopped for a moment because I genuinely couldn't believe I heard that in a customer-facing setting. At that point I chose not to escalate it further and just left. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. Mistakes happen, and I'm not upset that an order needed to be corrected; but rinsing and reusing a disposable cup for a customer's drink isn't what I expect from Starbucks standards, and the disrespect afterward was unprofessional and unnecessary. The cashier handled things well, but based on this visit, I wouldn't go out of my way to come back to this location.
