I have been here atleast 10 times, not a lot, but enough to say that EVERY single time, no joke, EVERY single time i come here my order is forgotten. I am then left standing there waiting for ATLEAST 20 minutes until someone finally asks what Im waiting for. Not only the forgetting but the workers. Today, as I was standing and waiting for my drink, atleast 20 minites, one of the workers continued to stare at me, not even offering to help, and was just mean about it in general. She then proceeded to, what looked like, talk to other works and stare right at me. Once someone finally asked me about my order, I got it. It came woth cold foam and lots of ice. I asked for no cold foam and light ice. I didnt ask for it to be changed because whi knows, I wouldve been there all day!! Overall do NOT go here. Just take the extra time to go somewhere better. Every single time I go here. I either wait 10 to 15 minutes for the most simple of items. Or I watch the workers stands there while my order needs to be made and do nothing. I understand the stress and the overwhelming capacity at which fast food workers must work at. But that does not excuse you standing there not doing the one thing you're paid to do. read more

Ever since they moved to a bigger building (right in front of the original store) it's a lot more spacious and has lounge chairs for comfort. The service was quick and the place was pretty clean. I also love how they have a drive thru now for those fast coffee and donut breaks. read more

Been there about 30 times out of 30×15 times the espresso machines broke. What's the point of selling espresso drinks when your equipment works sometimes does that mean I can pay for my coffee sometimes and not pay. You need to contact Wawa and find out where they got their espresso machine it never breaks down top of the line Will never give Dunkin any more of my money. read more

I walked in this morning to get a cup of coffee. There was women in line who ordered 2 dozen donuts. As she picked these out each one by one, I watched 4 other employees doing nothing as the drive in line had emptied. When I asked if someone could help me I got a blank stare from All 4 individuals as they were assigned to the drive through line. Did I mention the drive in line was empty!! The gentleman helping the woman responded that he would be with me shortly. We'll that was not going to happen as she just could not make up her mind. When he did eventually help at approximately the 10 minute mark, he took my order and then asked me to wait to the side for my cup of what should have been hot coffee, yes they even got this wrong giving me a cup of ice coffee. Stay away from this place. They are so concerned about their on line/ app orders they don't even know how to communicate with customers who walk through the door. Who is managing this place?! This is one of the best stores in the area. Their coffee is always consistent, service is very fast and efficient. The inside of this location is always clean. Parking in the front can be a little tight, really have to be careful when people are turning in. But overall my experience here has always been great. Keep it up! read more
