THE GOOD ----------------…read more+ Plenty of tables and seats inside. + Our waitress (Sheryl) was on point with her service and very friendly . + Seafood entrees (Jumbo Lump Crap Cake, Windjammer Combo) were very good, but a bit on the salty side. Still worth the extra $$$ spent on them with the amount of food served. + Kids Chicken Parm was huge and easily could feed an adult. + Large private parking lot. THE NOT SO GOOD ---------------------------- - Very crowded on the Thursday prior to Labor Day weekend, but there were still open tables. RANDOM OBSERVATIONS -------------------------------------- = A good alternative to The Crab Trap, which is down the block and can have crazy long wait times.

The chicken rice soup, clams casino, and the kids' chicken parm with linguine were especially salty--made our tongues feel like sandpaper! - The portions were fairly large, so you definitely get your money's worth, but it was hard to enjoy with the saltiness

The casual vibe and scenic view make the place. It was REALLY windy out (no indoor seating), but…read morefortunately we found a spot tucked away that blocked the wind. Servers were friendly and the service was good, although the kitchen was rather slow. Took forever to get our meal and it was not high season. But the portions were generous and my omelette was very good, where the additional mushrooms I requested were plentiful. It's a nice relaxing atmosphere to get together with friends. You certainly can't beat the view. Just make sure to fill up your wallet first. Breakfast for 3 before tip was $79.

I was invited to check out Dockside Kitchen. It is right on the bay so it has a great view. We ordered French toast, the breakfast burrito, short rib toast and a grilled chicken wrap. The fresh squeezed orange juice is a must, I would go everyday just for that alone. My waitress recommended the short rib and I loved it. The breakfast burrito was also really good though I wish it had bacon instead of chorizo but that just personal preference. My sister isn't a breakfast person and she liked her grilled chicken wrap. And we all shared the French toast which was good as well. As a girl from Pittsburgh, I also loved that they had Heinz ketchup. The staff was great. It was busy the whole time we were there. We will definitely be going back.
