All I can tell you is this is by far the best baguette I have ever had in America or Europe: wonderful sourdough, perfectly texture crust covered with lightly toasted sesame seeds, and a moist soft chewy interior that is pure bliss. I appreciate that the flavors of their goods were original (like the sour cherry pistachio croissant or the white chocolate rhubarb scone -- this one was actually fantastic!) but it could use some work. Also disappointing was that the person helping me kept throwing everything in little bags. Have some pride in presentation and throw everything in a nice box.
