Iced s'mores latte and iced snickerdoodle latte
Shelby S.

I have driven past this place so many times and regret that it took me until two weeks ago to stop by and try it. It's very cute inside with some tables and counter type areas at the window. The people working there were very friendly and helpful both times we had gone so far. We got some scones which were huge and all unbelievably delicious. We tried 5 different types and devoured all of them. Frankly, we couldn't decide which one was our favorite. Also, we are huge coffee people and their seasonal specials were amazing. One time we had an iced s'mores latte and a snickerdoodle latte and the next time we both got peppermint mocha iced lattes. So good!!! Definitely stop by and give this place a try!

Get coffee from here, seriously! The best coffee I tried in the Atlantic City area. There was a long line, but was worth it. My husband got coffee with coconut milk - which is usually not great but they made it amazing. Their pastries looked good also. Especially the baked bread they had on display. I am gluten free but was tempted! The place was busy!

This is one of the pop-up businesses welcomed by V7311.

https://www.facebook.com/1013989668/posts/10224483286482386/?d=n My Golden milk with coconut was delicious. Thank you for the breakdown where whole milk was typically the creamier option. But the flavors of the coconut in the combo of ashwganda (?), Tumeric and ginger etc were on point. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. The baked goods looked wonderful as well. And from the super long line, extremely well received by their adoring AM first day of the year brunch fans! I look forward to returning. Enjoying more time within and savoring the various gluten free options on hand. Happy 2022!

This place is excellent. Great coffee and even better baked goods. Be prepared to wait in line but it will be worth it.

Chai Latte and Chocolate Banana Bread

Really excited to try this coffee shop. It came highly recommended by a couple of friends. We had high expectations because when we got there there was a line down the block. They have a variety of bake good options like banana break, mini pie, tart, cookies, and cupcakes. They also have vegan and dairy free options. Same for their drinks, they offer a lot of options for dairy substitutes and alternatives. I got the ice chai latte with regular milk and their chocolate banana bread. The chai tasted like diluted tazo chai latte (not my favorite). The banana bread was yummy.

Our last 2 visits were very disappointing. I used to love getting lattes here and sometimes would get 2 because they were just that good. They used to be delicious with amazing latte art. Now it's not the same. No more latte art and the taste is all wrong. I guess it's a combination of bad beans and unskilled baristas. I gave it 3 stars because cupcakes were still good. Bad review is just for latte and not baked goods.

I've never had such a contrasting visit within a single weekend before, so had to update my review…read morefrom 5 stars to this :( This place was excellent on a weekday but was terrible on a Sunday morning. We had such a great experience on Thursday in the early afternoon. Drinks were quickly made, tasty flavors, loved the decor, staff were friendly. We came today and they were pretty busy but didn't look like anything too overwhelming. However, I ordered a single drink (iced matcha latte) and it literally took them 25 minutes to have it ready! And that was only because I went up at 20 minutes to ask how much longer, which likely made them hurry it up a bit. My friend was behind me in line and they just temporarily stopped taking orders after mine so they could catch up, but that left my friend standing there for over 15 minutes just waiting to be helped. I saw at least 6-8 people leave because the wait was taking too long. The line kept getting longer and they just kept getting slower. Seemed like they were getting slammed with Door Dash orders and those there taking priority. However, if you are as busy on a weekend as this place gets, maybe you should prioritize the customers who are there in-person and take a break from the Door Dash orders. I bet most of the people who left (or stuck out the terrible service) will not be returning which is sad because I've seen how amazing this place can be at non-peak hours. Not only was the service much worse, but the drink I got was as well--the matcha tasted very different than the one I had a few days ago and was way less sweet. I'm sure they missed some things as they rushed to make it. In the future, I wouldn't take the risk on coming back here since you don't know which experience you'll be getting.

The food is great The wait was terribly long girls run out…read moreof salmon, bagels, paper for receipts.... Everything looks like the are not meant for high demand on Saturday s at all

I can't say that I'm overwhelmed or impressed with this addition to Ventnor. I was initially…read moreexcited to try a new bagel offering as the options on the island are limited to constantly busy "Hot Bagels". But Hot Bagels is obviously busy for a reason- they deliver quality AND quantity! For starters, I ordered an iced vanilla oat-milk latte. How they managed to mess this up, I'll never know but the first two attempts, they gave me nothing more than iced oatmilk with vanilla flavor. No coffee-TWICE! They were kind enough to give me an additional coffee on the house once it was clarified and corrected but as I was solo and walking- I couldn't really take it along conveniently. The coffee that they did make correctly was pleasant in flavor though. As far as bagels, the variety was very limited. That was my first thought when I reviewed the selection. I don't think this was due to high volume sales either as there weren't empty baskets. The selection was limited to maybe 6 types which is pretty weak I must say. Regardless, I tried a jalapeño cheese bagel and grabbed a cinnamon raisin to take home for my mom. I ordered mine with veggie schmear and sat at an outside table. Only thing I really liked about the bagel was that it was warm. So it was obviously fresh and I did see them in action churning out the bagels. But the pros stop there. The bagel was fairly small which I wouldn't necessarily find fault with if the price matched. Literally, same price point as hot bagels and the size is nearly reduced by half. Also, the amount of cream cheese they provided was a joke! While the flavor of the veggie cream cheese was nice, it was practically non existent. A proper bagel boasts a heavy schmear unless noted otherwise. Lastly, the texture of the bagel was off base. Very soft on the outside- similar to just regular bread. No crusty exterior. I can't see myself coming back. I'll continue to brave the line and parking chaos at hot bagels. They offer size and quality across the board whereas kismet fell way short.

Price for a dozen bagels is highway robber and they are just okay. I'm at the Jersey shore and Hot…read moreBagels & More is a better option.
