I got a slice of strawberry banana cheesecake. It was a very large piece but I tasted hardly any strawberry flavor and no banana.

Cupcakes are so BOMB!!…read more Now the reason for 3 stars is because customer service was awful. The cupcakes have no name on them at the display so when I proceeded to ask the worker which ones were which, she directed me to the menu above and told me to read it. A menu with no pictures, just wording and the cupcakes below did not appear to follow the wording. For instance, root beer float infused cupcakes looked like a rainbow cupcake with a cherry on top. How am I supposed to know that's a root beer float? Common courtesy goes a long way. I did not receive that here and the worker was very annoyed by my questions. I kept it simple not to bother her and just got 4 cupcakes. I'll be back for sure because the cupcakes were so darn good but I hope I get better service next time.

Coconut macaroon was delish. We decided to grab some more goodies before we left, cheesecake delicious, strawberries and cream couldn't try because the strawberry on top went bad after only a few days of having purchased it. Red velvet is delicious, love the cream cheese frosting that tastes like cream cheese more than other bake shops make it. I would definitely come bake to this shop, cupcakes were moist, they just need to lessen the sugar on the frosting a bit.

Very limited parking in the area. By the time we parked and knocked on the door, they were closed. However, (not sure if it was the owner), someone motioned to the side door and let us in. It's a small spot with no seating. But, lots of different sweets. Chocolate covered pretzels, cakes, cookies, homemade snowballs. We got an assortment of items and were on our way. Everything was great. Check them out!

The service was great! There was a sweet lady at the register and we asked about the various cakes that were in the refrigerated case, to which she replied that she baked them. We chose the lemon and vanilla coconut slices. The coconut cake was covered toasted coconut and the layers contained a pineapple filling. The layers were moist and the cake amazing! The lemon cake was not a slice, but a two layer round with lemon cake and filling topped with a lemon mousse. That was amazing as well. They had an assortment of other cakes, cookies, other pastries and bread items. All in all a great place to stop by for a sweet treat while in Atlantic City.

Caesars Atlantic City felt deserted, and Tazza Cafe was the last light left burning. It sits in the lobby like an airport quick service stand that learned a few big words and decided it was sophisticated. The desserts and sandwiches on display looked wonderful, the kind of food you might photograph before reality sets in. The glass case promised a feast for the eyes and a famine for the soul. I ordered a meatball sandwich on toasted ciabatta, a small bag of chips, and a soda. The total was just shy of thirty dollars, which made me nostalgic for a time when that kind of money could buy you hope. The meatballs were dense and flavorless, like someone had wrung all the joy out of them. The sauce was red and nothing more. The bread was there, technically, but it felt like a prop. Each bite filled me up while emptying something else inside me. The two employees behind the counter seemed deeply committed to doing as little as possible. Taking my order was an inconvenience. Serving it was a punishment. They moved with the urgency of people who had already decided that nothing really matters, and perhaps they were right. Tazza Cafe might be fine for a coffee or a pastry. The coffee smelled decent, even at 6 PM. The cakes and pastries looked lovely and harmless. But for anything more substantial, for anything meant to feel like dinner, it is a place best remembered as the only option when there are no options left.

My sister ordered the cookie jar milkshake (cookies & cream ice cream blended with Oreo crumbles, caramel, and chocolate in a swirled mug topped with whipped cream, chocolate chips, and Oreos) and WOW, it did not disappoint. It was creamy, perfectly blended, and not overly sweet. I kept it simple with "The Classic" (vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate scoops with whipped cream, sprinkles, chocolate sauce, and a gummy cherry), and I had zero complaints, it hit the spot. But after viewing everyone else's desserts, it's clear this is the kind of place where you go big or go home. Everything we tried was beautifully presented, full of flavor, and the portions were HUGE, we definitely had to take some to go. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We sat at the bar with 90's R&B playing, what a vibe. The decor is super fun too, bright, vibrant, and just a whole experience. I've been to Sugar Factory before for their food and those famous over the top goblet drinks, but this was my first time really diving into the desserts and they did NOT disappoint. Definitely will experiment more next time after seeing my man's s'mores and her man's strawberry cheesecake shakes. If you're in Atlantic City and craving something sweet late at night, this spot is 100% worth it.

The moment you step inside, the charm envelops you. Our waiter (Tim) was the best we've had in years: attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate. The kitchen elevates classics with creative flair--shaved cilantro mignonette to enhance the pristine oysters and seafood tower, house-made sauces adding depth to the steak. The fresh seafood shone, but the crab cake stole the show: an exorbitant bounty of sweet lump crab, barely bound, golden and flawless. Save room for dessert. The crème brûlée indulges with a crispy peanut tuile, and the berries with cream are far more thrilling than its name suggests. A notch above--history, heart, and exceptional plates. They have a nice selection of steaks and seafood on their menu. Their happy hour usually consists less surf and more turf dishes, compared to their sister restaurants. Their happy hour deals are usually for the food, but we still like the enjoy a few cocktails with our meal. I've had a bees knee and an old fashion and they were very enjoyable. We've been there for dinner and I love their Lobster Thermidor. It's so delicious, creamy and so unique. A little pricy but a must try. The restaurant gives off a romantic dining experience. They have a decent amount seating, however, spacing and seats are very limited for happy hour. It's available only by the bar and it doesn't hold a lot of people. I also recommend getting there a little early to line up for the happy hour. It can fill up fast. They used to allow people to sit on the high top tables, but they may have stopped that. The staff have always been friendly. They have a parking lot available for patrons. Definitely check this place out!
