Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes the other day while the worker only took one car order at a time and had us sit unhelped at the speaker for 10 minutes. Got to the window and the worker forgot to put ice in my ICED drink, only to proceed with asking me if i wanted ice in it and then dumping the excess liquid out the drive window next to my car. He then continuted making my drink on the counter of the drive thru window and asked me if I was allergic to cinnamon after sprinkling the wrong topping on my drink. So unsanitary and unprofessional. Ended up driving away disappointed and with no drinks, left feeling uncomfortable with the service. ​ read more

The staff seems to always be changing and to be inexperienced the wait can be long in the drive thru on the occasion.

It just took us 25 minutes to get two cups of coffee and one donut. They told us the coffee was brewing after we paid so we couldn't go to Tim Hortons or McDonald's. Horrible experience. read more

There is literally one worker that works here that knows what she's doing and is also polite & considerate to the customers. I inhabit this place of business almost every morning on my way to work, hoping the service and time it takes to serve a coffee will improve, but it never does. The drive thru speaker has not worked for 3 months, and each driver has to drive to the window they pay at, to actually give their order. I am not one to leave poor reviews for a place, but I'm very fed up with it taking 25 minutes to get coffee & a donut every morning. read more

Super slow service.... There are currently 4 people working behind the counter. One is taking and fulfilling orders from customers who walked into the store. One is taking and fulfilling the drive through orders. The other two workers look like they are working but doesn't seem to be contributing to helping the continuously growing line inside the store... Priorities, man...priorities... read more

Horrible customer service, waited 30 min just to place my order, when I did order they said they were out if glazed. Strawberry, no longer sell maple frosted, no longer make coffee kulata, they have Frozen coffee which isn't the same, also the lady in drive threw was rude, they wouldn't take a 100 or a 50, American currency is American currency, it's illegal not to take currency, they had a issue with the card reader so my card wouldn't go threw, these people really make McDonald's in great bend look good, sad to say they also advertise the frozen coffee with whipped cream on it, well they charge you. 50 cents for that, scumbags can kiss my ass read more

Stopped at Dunkin for my morning coffee and ordered an everything bagel with vegetable cream cheese. After ordering I pulled up to the window where the girl working the window was either a mute or just decided she didn't want to talk to me. I said hello and then we did the awkward do I take my drink first or hand you my card first shuffle - not a word. Then she handed me my card back and I said "thank you' - not a word. Then she handed me my order - again I thanked her - not a word. I drove off and got back on the highway. I was about 5 miles away when I reached into the bag and pulled out what I thought was my bagel with cream cheese. It was a breakfast sandwich. It wasn't a big deal and was actually an "upgrade" from what I had ordered. But I apologize to whoever got my order instead of your breakfast sandwich!!! The service is very slow. The employees are rude. They are always out of donuts (or they just don't make them) early in the morning. They don't always have the advertised drinks or food. Very disappointing for a small town. I contacted the manager to let her know about all the issues and she was very rude and in nicer words called me a liar. Spend your money somewhere else and don't let these people ruin your day! :) read more

This Dunkin' Donuts made me fall in love with Pennsylvania. I'm from Canada and visited on a school trip and I LOVED this place. The staff were really helpful with helping me decide what to get (as I had no idea, I'd never been to the USA before) and what I ordered was delicious. Very friendly people here as well. read more
