Was given the wrong donuts this morning. Never had an issue at the store before when I called to speak to a manager. I asked her name and she did not want to give me her name. Holy. Like holy. These employees are absolutely terrible-I have never had worse experiences at a Dunkin before in my life. One girl didn't even know what "Cold Brew" was at Dunkin and just gave me iced coffee. No matter how many times I request light cream in coffee or light milk in an iced latte they pour the drink so it is 10% coffee and 90% milk/cream. You can barely even taste the coffee in any of their drinks. read more

It's dark out and all the signs and outside lights are off, it's 6pm, but according to googles hours they are open so I go in anyways since I'm needing to get some gift cards for my kiddos teachers. Well apparently they have a max of $25 gift card purchases TOTAL. You can't get 3 $10 gift cards because that's more than $25. Using your own CASH. Absolute joke. It sounded like she just didn't want to take the time to serve her customer. So we took our business elsewhere and they were more than happy to activate 3 $10 gift cards for me. Trying to support your business but have been by 3 different times in the last couple of months to get a hot decaf and all three times was told by employee "we just threw the decaf out". All three times it was 10 to 20 mins before closing. It's very frustrating because you're still open and there's cars in the drive through. Tonight when she told me that I told her you always through it out before closing time and when we got to the window she was NASTY. I asked to speak to a manger but she said there wasn't a manager - then she said we can't always have everything. I was meeting a friend at DD and accidentally went to the wrong one and placed an order. I took my order with me to the correct DD. When I got there, I realized my order was incorrect. This DD corrected the order and don't charge me anything. They did it with a smile. Not my usual experience with DD. I'll definitely be back to this one. Please tell me that I'm not the only one whose order is ALWAYS wrong! I really don't know why I keep giving them my business besides the manager is super sweet. I've addressed her after my order was wrong twice and she was extremely apologetic and compensated my next order that so happened to end up incorrect as well. I went inside to get munchkins and a coffee, ordered 12 munchkins the employee said they come in 5, 10. Or 25 count. I said I would get 15, she then repeated that they only come in 5, 10, or 25. I said If I did the 10 and 5 that would make 15 right. She looked very confused. I had also said I wanted 5 chocolate, 5 glazed, and 5 powdered. She put of every kind in the box and some on the bag. Then I waited on my coffee while the other girl took pictures of her. Then they complained about how tired they were and they had been up 32 hours. Anyway the coffee was old and tasted like it had sat all day. Very disappointed. I go there every week, but I will have to find a different place. read more

Service here is always average. The employees are always moody. One in particular, the blonde with short hair that wears glasses. They never smile or seem to be happy. I stop here a few times a week to grab some coffee before work. I also never get a receipt, which might be good otherwise I would leave negative comments on the survey. read more

I get no one wants to work on thanksgiving. I don't either but on the way to work I went to get a $2 latte and not only was I charged $4, I was laughed at in my face when I asked why I wasn't given the deal....then had the window shut on my face after handed my drink.
