Really disappointed in the experience here. I placed on online order for a drink, two donuts and a hot item. When I arrived I was told that they were out of donuts. Not just the donuts I ordered but all donuts. It was later in the day, but that was both surprising that they had none to offer and also that the online ordering app allowed me to order them instead of knowing that they were out. They did try to offer a few of their only remaining donut holes but I declined. They then told me that there was nothing they could do to refund and that I would have to work through the app or Dunkin' Donuts corporate to process it. Everyone seemed really blasé about providing any help. Ultimately I did so a quick chat in the app and they also couldn't refund but credited some points to my account that will probably go unused on my end. I did get my coffee and my hot item. The coffee was fine. The hot item was disappointing as it was a loaded tots that were soggy and mushy and only filled about half of the cup. I don't expect a great or exceptional experience at any DD but this one ranks pretty low compared to others. read more

This morning I went to this location & ordered 1 vanilla sprinkled donut & 1 BB muffin. I get my order and see that I got 1 strawberry plain donut & 1 glazed donut. Nothing that ordered!! I asked the worker about my order and she proceeds to tell me she didn't make it so she does not know. She also says they don't have any bb muffins. So i actually did not buy anything that I actually asked for. I have been here a few times and service has been poor. Poor service multiple times for me, means I will no longer go to this Dunkin' location. read more

We were on our way to go grocery shopping and decided we needed something to eat. We decided to try DD. We got an egg, ham and cheese crossiant and an egg, ham and cheese on sourdough bread. It was ok. May be better if we visit during their breakfast hour it was lunch time. We will probably be back some time and plan to try their coffee. read more

Dunkin' Donut ads on TV state that their doughnuts are supposed to be priced at 1.00 except for specialty ones which are 1.25 At this facility, they charge 1.25 for all regular donuts and more for the speciality ones! And the employees are all oblivious to this. Additionally the staff is consistently rude to people and they are completely untrained. The few times I tried to get some doughnuts here (at their inflated prices), the staff could not even understand which doughnut was which (there are LABELS for each!) and they consistently take an insane amount of time to do anything. Twice was enough - I will not be going back!! read more

We had just left the Y and wanted to pick up some grocery's so we decided to try DD. We ordered an egg ham and cheese croissant and an egg ham cheese in sourdough. It was ok. May be better at breakfast time but was better than an old hamburger. We'll try it again sometime. read more

A little sad about dunkin today. I had a coupon for a free donut that said it expired the next day. The clerk rang it 2x and said it was expired. I was told the coupons expire on the date on the coupon. This one should have worked. Their donuts are so good but are getting pricey like everything else. The clerk was wearing a mask and she came off as a little bit rude. No hello or thank you. They weren't even that busy. Then my mobile order didn't get put on the mobile order area, by my receipt, but in the drive thru queue! I had to ask for it. read more

Check menu prices at this location- they were not up-to-date when I last went here and I was charged more than the drive-thru menu had listed. For some reason my kids like Dunkin'- likely because of the social media craze. They usually order an iced coffee with vanilla or caramel and almond milk, which is good. But I can make it at home just as good. Every time we have ordered the more expensive iced or blended specialty drinks they have been absolutely awful. We ordered a blended caramel drink previously and it was so sweet (an awful fake sweet taste) that we couldn't drink it. They must use different syrups in the special drinks than in a regular flavored iced coffee. This is the first time that I have *ever* met Pumpkin Spice that I didn't like! The new Pumpkin Spice Iced Latte was so disgusting that I had to dump it. I couldn't even drink it! Everyone in my party agreed. Money wasted. I will not be ordering their drinks anymore. Too many strikes out at our visits to 3 locations in the Twin Cities, which proves it is the company's recipes/ingredients and not a barista's error. Their donuts are OK, but not as good as Krispy Kreme was and not much better than donuts freshly baked from local gas stations and grocery stores. Disappointed given all of the hype. I will say the apple cider donut out now was tasty. I usually get them from the apple orchard this time of year, but you get a quick fix at Dunkin' until you go to the orchard's bakery. read more

I love their breakfast beagle sandwiches. I stop for breakfast twice a week. There was a mistake in my order today. I think it was my mystake. They corrected my order for free! I offered to pay for the sandwich but was told no they would take care of it. All with a smile and a thank you. They are such great people working there. We were in the area just the other day, when we just happened upon the place. Since it was lunch it was a satisfying choice. When we walked in it only took a few minutes to wait to order and also only like 6 or 7 minutes to get our food. I mean having a grilled cheese sandwich with some fresh donuts and some coconut juice really hit the spot. I think coming back here again would definitely be worth it. Especially since the sandwich tasted fresh from the grill, and the cheese really was melted all over. Now usually when I think of this place I don't think of sandwiches or even the variety of healthy juices, but that is exact reason why I will come back here again sometime. read more

Ordered 2 medium iced drinks, was given smalls. When I pointed it out I was told they would be remade. I then watched the female employee pour the small drinks into medium cups and fill the drinks the rest of the way with ice. She then handed them back out the window without saying a word nor making eye contact and closed the drive through window before I had a chance to say anything. What is with the dining room in this place and why is it not open? Seriously the pandemic is over and if you have to hire more people to fit the need as a business then you should probably do that. That also goes for ensuring that you have enough product to at least get through half a day. I don't understand how a place that only serves donuts could run out of donuts so easily. If you can't fit the needs of consumers then you should probably just close your doors until you can. My family and I love Dunkin' and frequent there at least 2-3X per week. We want to love this location so much because it's so convenient for us but the service just gets worse and worse by the day. There's a couple managers who're decent and maybe 2 or 3 (at the most) competent employees. Other than that the rest should all be fired. Horrible customer service skills, incompetent at the registers, confusion or maybe just pure laziness on which employee standing around doing nothing is going to actually help you, friends come in and the rest of the customers basically become invisible, employees kids running around like it's a daycare, and don't try ordering a sandwich before your donuts because that really throws them off. It's all happened multiple times. If you order a drink on tap, be sure you watch what they pour you. I know having two teas next to each other can be very confusing, but considering one is Green and one is dark Brown, it shouldn't be that difficult. As I said, we really want to love it at this newer location but it seems to be getting worse and worse instead of better. I hope the GM gets on bored or this location may not survive. Over the weekend Dunkin' got brought up by family and they were just as disappointed as we've been. The only difference is they've already stopped going there. We're very close. I have been here a few times, I had horrible service with rude cashiers and twice now I have gone at 8:15 PM and the doors are locked. Just tried ordering a dozen donuts from this location thru Door Dash at 11am. Our order shows up promptly with not one donut that we ordered. The DD driver informed us that they didn't have part of our order so they sent us whatever they decided. So we called the location where we were again told they were out of what we wanted and sent only chocolate (which neither of us like). The female manager offered us a free dozen the next time we came into the store. We told that wasn't good enough, sent the driver back and told her to sent what we ordered. She called back not 5min later wanting to know what we wanted. She told us it would take 1-2hrs to unthaw everything and we at least got 2 out of the 12 that we ordered. The only thing they had left in the store that wasn't chocolate was curlers, glazed and munchkins. She offered to refund our order but we ordered thru DD so the refund goes to them, which she tried to argue with us about.
