As far as Crumbl goes this store is pretty on point! We've ordered at the counter, online for pick up and also for delivery and each time the order has been right and ready in a short amount of time. I also like that they always have the flavors, some of the other locations will be out from time to time and it's super frustrating. Staff tend to be friendly and helpful if you have any questions. The only downside for me is the parking lot. It is a total mess and I hate having to go pick it up, but delivery is more than I would like to spend. I wish they had a pick up parking spot in the front for quick in and out people. Other than that I don't have any issues and we will continue to go back. You have a almost up close view of the cookies being made. There is no question they are made fresh. We ordered the milk chocolate chip, raspberry lemonade, pink velvet cake, pink doughnut, cake batter blondie and classic pink sugar. Omg they are incredible! I have never been disappointed. You walk in, go to one of the ordering tablets, get all the cookies and milk your heart desires and wait in anticipation for no more than 2 minutes for your cookies to be brought out in a cute little pink box all warm and gooey. They are so flavorful, so moist and soft, so fresh. I honestly could go on and on. They rotate their flavors with some being constant - chocolate chip and their sugar cookie. It's fun to get a big pink box of big fat cookies, but I just don't think the cookies are that great. I've had Crumbl twice now - so tried 8 cookies. It's fun to try the variety of rotating flavors. This time I had the sugar cookie, chocolate chip, lemon crinkle, and Green Mint ft Andes. The lemon crinkle was my favorite of the bunch. It had a subtle lemon flavor, chewy middle, and a nice dusting of powdered sugar. I love Andes mints so was looking forward to that cookie but did not like it. It had way too much overly minty frosting which reminded me of the texture and flavor of toothpaste. The chocolate cookie underneath could have done without all of that. My husband like the chocolate chip but it was too thick and dry for my taste. The sugar cookie - was just meh. I came in at dinner time on a Weds. it wasn't too busy, just a few people ordering or waiting. Ordering was easy but impersonal on the iPads. Picking up an order my daughter placed which is impossible as the app lets them know you are there, but since she was not with me the app could not do that, which caused a lot of confusion. She was very nice, but after assuring me my cookies would be "right up" I waited and waited...until she saw me still waiting, then talking to one of the 1,000 people working to do something related to my order, and then at least 10 more minutes passed before I got them - some 20 minutes after arriving and 30 minutes after they said they would be ready on the app. The cookies are fine, but for all that? This place has some of the best cookies I have ever had! They are of big sizes, and are well priced. The interior is very clean, modern, and smells very sweet. No indoor dining available - only takeout is available, but that's fine. I do wish there was a public washroom available here, but that's also not a big deal. A big reason for the five stars is how quick the service is. The moment you place your order is literally when your order will be ready. That's amazing. I'm not a fan of any of their peanut butter varieties as I feel they have way too much peanut butter. I use the app and it is very easy to use and the cookies are ready very quickly. FYI their large boxes (for 12 cookies) are super flimsy and you must carry them with two hands or you'll lose them.
