Not a very welcoming place. I was asking about the blueberry cookie and the girl right in front of me kept asking what I said and a guy from the back heard me and told me the cookie was only available no weekly or something, so my thanks goes to him. Maybe don't have the person who can't hear or doesn't know anything in the front. I didn't know they rotated cookies out. I wish some would stay every week. I drove an hour for that dang cookie lol. First time at this location. The staff were working extra hard and had lines out the door that included a few grumpy customers. The store could use some love...there were bugs all over ceiling, messy work stations, and very dirty floors. However, the cookies were delicious and were presented nicely. The only other hiccup was that my mobile order couldn't be found in the system, so I waited an extra 20min past my pickup time. Grand opening day! So happy a new location open near home! Love their cookies! There's a shared parking lot in the business strip mall they are located in. Greeted with smiles from the staff. I placed my order and got them within minutes. Will be back to try other flavors soon! read more

I just picked up the wafer cookie, and there was barely any chocolate on top. It covered less than 1/4 of the cookie. Super disappointing.

I like desserts. I like trends. I have teenagers. My other social media accounts are mostly about following teenagers and bakeries. So yep, checking out the flavors of the week is a thing for me, and I read the buzz. I would not wait in a long line for Crumbl (at least not often) but that hasn't been the case at the Minnesota locations...yet. Some of the cookies are AMAZING, but some are just fine. Some really benefit from the temperature they are supposed to be. This week I had a warm cookie with hot creamy melty peanut butter on top. SO GOOD. The leftover cookie at home at room temperature? Just ok. We've had a few cookies served cold as well. I liked the citrus flavors cool better than room temp. Cookies served at room temp that were great? We really liked Pink Velvet. Is that even a flavor? IDK TBH. How long will Crumbl last? IDK TBH. I suspect it will fade away like frozen yogurt, not bc it isn't good but bc trends do that. Some of the basics are underwhelming for the price point. Plain peanut butter was good when warm, but very basic. The chocolate chip is a meh for us no matter what. This week M&M is a flavor of the week which is kinda of basic but we did like it! The unusual flavors are definitely the reason to do to Crumbl. If you dont have a house full of cookie lovers, the size of the cookies may be awkward. Catering = almost impossible. Why are all the weekends booked out so far in advance? You can order a minimum of 50 mini flavors of the week, but you have to order 100 if you get the not flavors of the week. So if you book ahead of time, you're committing to a bigger order and not the more fun flavors? And every location has completely different standard catering flavors? Maybe if you talked to the teens working they could help with catering? But although the teens are nice, bc of the iPad ordering systems it seems like they are actively discouraged from talking to customers. Also some of the stuff I've read on other socials suggests the management is a little whack. read more

Crumbl in Eden prairie has great parking (parking lot is shared with other businesses) along with friendly staff and awesome cookies! There was no wait and I was able to order quickly and had my box of cookies within 5 minutes. I've also order using the app to this location and I was out of the store within 3-5min. My favorite cookie is the heavenly pink sugar cookie and I'm heartbroken it will no longer be a staple. Crumbl is such a fun experience (you are able to see where all the magic cookie making happens when you walk in the door) and it is great for families and people of all ages. read more

Only complaint is limiting the number of people in the store. Omaha has this now, but honestly the lines are tending to be hours long and I don't have the patience for that - so I gave it a shot when I was checking out Minneapolis. My first thought - so impersonal - you order and pay on your own and then wait for them to call your name and present your cookies. The cookies are sweet but expensive. It got the four pact and honestly while they were good - there was only one that I am still truly craving and I really don't believe that the cookies were worth what the charges are. We went and got a 4 pack of cookies and they were so raw we could not eat them. They were so raw that not even the outside was crunchy, they were just mushy. Very disappointed in the service....our cookies were delivered and literally left outside on the sidewalk...I provided our suite number and all information for delivery and they do not even have the professional dedicate to bring inside a building!! Called the EP store right away and spoke to an employee Hibaq, she was friendly but it took her 31 mins to process my refund while I sat on the phone because they "got busy" and she literally forgot about me. Our company uses Crumbl all the time but will reconsider following this experience. The cookies at this location are always a little disappointing. Other locations are good, but for some reason this one isn't as good.

I don't know how this place can be open. It is sooooo filthy and disgusting. Went to place my order on the computers they have and the counter was full of dead gnats....not just a few but a good handful of gnats! Only one girl working today. The last time we went all the girls were wearing Birkenstocks sandals!!! Open toe shoes! ‍ The place is so dusty from top to bottom and I'm not sure anyone knows how to properly clean in an environment where FOOD is being prepared. I went to crumbl today with my girlfriend to redeem a free cookie that was advertised at the Minnesota Twins game last night. We stood at the register for several minutes when we walked in without being helped, despite several workers being a few feet away. Finally, the manager addressed us and asked if we were picking up an order. We then brought up the twins promotion and showed the manager the box score of the game, which was required to redeem the promotion. He then rudely said that he was not going to honor the promotion and told us to leave. We left empty handed and felt very mistreated. Unacceptable service. This place is absolutely disgusting. Pictures were taken around 9:50 am. The open kitchen concept is great if you keep your store clean however it can also show why you should not eat there. Watching flies land on where they are making dough, the flithy floors and equally dirty containers the ingredients are kept are something you should know about this place. read more

Placed an order several days ago for 5 dozens for a wedding tonight. Confirmed order and even called before driving to pick up order. When I got there they informed me that they could only do 3 dozen because it was considered a catering order. Why was I not called? Why did they confirm my order when I called? The worst was they blamed me by saying if I had done a catering order this would not be an issue, so they blame the customer!!!!! Do not go here.
