While driving through very early in the morning and needing some coffee, we stopped in here. We saw a banner in the driveway advertising their new egg & cheese wraps and decided to try those as well. 3rd time in a few weeks I have gotten coffee in the AM where the cup was warped and the lid unsecured causing a spill all over my clothes. At issue are the youngsters employed here at opening time who are not trained or do not care to make sure hot coffee is not provided in compromised cups, Not going back here every again, too painful. read more

Ordered breakfast for my team last night on their app. Easy to download, average difficulty once on the site. Scheduled it for the next morning @730am. Arrived a 1/2 hour early and was told they could not expedite my order and I would have to wait the 30 minutes outside. I got donuts and coffee. I had an absolutely terrible experience at this dunkin. I went in on 2/17/25 and there was this one guy with short curly hair and glasses who was extremely slow taking my order even though there was no one else in the store. Even though he took forever my order still came out wrong. When I pointed it out he still looked confused. I am a regular and have seen this guy a couple times to know he isn't new. he should be properly trained by now. The other two workers were clearly busy with other tasks but still seemed more efficient and helpful than him. They were serving face too. This is a somewhat newer Dunkins. I'm glad they opened this location as it is so much easier to get to when getting on/off 95 than the Plank Road location. This alone adds stars to the rating. Everything was clean, the staff was cheerful when I interacted with them, and the ice tea was fresh. I tried one of the power sandwiches they have on their menu. Filling, made very quickly (under 4 minutes although it was late morning on a Saturday so they may be busier during the week), and well made. They do have one table outside for outside seating. Hopefully they add some more as they have a large cement patio area that could accommodate more. Lots of seating inside and a TV which usually has the news on. Give them a try. It is a Dunkins so you know what you're getting for food and drinks but again, the location is everything! read more

Where to even begin.... I am an extremely loyal Dunkin' drinker, I go at a MINIMUM three times a week in my home state. We are actually using them for mini donuts as my wedding favor next month. I am visiting Fredericksburg for work, so of course needed to stop at Dunkin' to make it through my day. On our route...we pass two. This was the location we stopped at. My coworker and I both placed separate orders....mine was simple - an iced coffee, a hot coffee, and avocado toast. We get to the window and they told us to hold on a second cause their machine was messing up....ok cool. Time passed, 10-15 minutes and they were still having trouble. They said they got a new machine and didn't know how to operate it...my thought was shouldn't you be trained before implementing? They literally had to CALL someone to get help - all while we SAT THERE. Anyways, my coworker FINALLY got his order and they go your food has been comped. I asked where my stuff was and they go you never ordered. I said I had, and literally went back and forth 3 times before they said "Oh yah you were the double car order." They told me my amount and my response was "Why didn't mine get comped too? We've been sitting here for awhile." They said we messed up and comped his so he won't be charged, but you will be. Ok cool, at that point I was already annoyed they forgot my order AND had us wait for awhile trying to their system. AS WE WERE LEAVING, not even out of ear shot you heard them BASHING us....and our complaining. Like I was so upset that they had the audacity to talk about us the way they did...after making us wait AND forgetting my order. That is NOT customer service... Tomorrow, we won't be going to their location. We will tell our class of 40 people to also not go to their location. There is another Dunkin' a few miles down the street, go there. Literally the best Dunkin I've ever been to. This location has always had the best food, customer service, cleanliness and overall quality. So much so that I started coming here about 10 years ago when I started college and have been coming almost everyday since. This place is a well-oiled machine that is fast and efficient whether it's a slow day or swamped with an absolute mob of people. They obviously have a plethora of regular customers (including myself and my family members) and always remember their orders and are super friendly. A big shout out to Zara especially for her thoughtfulness and kindness - she always saves my mom's favorite donut so that they don't run out! This level of customer service is incredibly rare nowadays. Amazing place, amazing food, amazing people. I'd give 10 stars if I could! On a side note, I once saw one of their employees run across a busy highway to return a credit card to a drive through customer that had left it behind. Incredible! read more

I'm really surprised this place on had 3 stars. I stopped for a pit stop otw to Baltimore and the bathroom was really clean. When I went to the counter I was greeted twice before someone cane over. They didn't have jelly donut holes so I got 5 chocolate and a single jelly donut. While waiting for my large iced coffee, I was impressed how clean it was. The espresso machine sparkled, the cutting boards in the back where they make sandwiches were clear with no visible spots or debris and the counters and areas in the front and drive through were sparkling clean. Our order was ready in the drive thru and the young woman at the window was very friendly! The older lady at the counter is the most unfriendly counter person I've ever dealt with, never hello, never how can I help you, nothing. She just stood there not even looking at me. There is finally another Dunkin' Donuts in the Fredericksburg area other than the other horribly-located DD on Rte 3! This Rte 17 location is ideal- conveniently right off I-95. Brand new location- built from the ground up. Large drive thru. And most importantly, good coffee! My first cup was perfect. The right temperature, not burnt, strong. No military discount here. Asked for a black coffee, and a breakfast sandwich with no cheese. They gave me a coffee with French vanilla creamer in it, and cheese on my sandwich. Had to go back in and ask for a new breakfast and got laughed at and given back the same sandwich with cheese scraped off (still cheese on it) and same coffee. Wife came into this location yesterday and the lady working there was handling food with bare hands. Wife ordered hash browns and lady using her bare hands put the hash browns into the order bag. Wife asked for a new order because of this and received one even though she got some guff. Also ordered a large iced coffee and got a medium and had to tell the gentleman that made the coffee that it was the wrong size, so they had to make a new one. This is by far the worst customer service ever. First their drive through takes far longer than it should. Secondly, if for instance you order an item that cost $2.75 and you give them $3.00, they think they should keep the change. The sign on I95 indicates very clearly this is a 24 hour DD, but at 2 am, tired and hungry, we lost 10 min on our trip to find this DD closed. The store hours indicate closed at 11 pm.
