The manager came out with this expression on her face like shes so done with her job. She said "what does it say on the app..." we saw that they only offer 3pc with a purchase. My bf ordered a drink but midway wanted to change the drink, so I can understand their frustration. In addition, we were asking whats the specialty coffee, she was giving the same face and said "what...so you want cookies and cream..? What flavor do you want? If you look here, it's on the menu..." Putting all frustrations to the side - I also work in the hospitality industry, and you should not show your frustration to the customer. This manager, the entire time - had the worse aura ever...you could sense that she was not happy with us. We were being very polite; it's a Sunday and it's my birthday, I have no reason to be upset :) That manager was just so rude and had the worse attitude ever...if she speaks to all of her customers like this, please go find a new job because customer service is not for you. The donuts are always delicious, so I'm happy at the end of the day :) The manager had short-red-straight hair with glasses.

Since it's brand new, the location is very clean. I noticed that even though it looks pretty much like a traditional DD, they're going for a Starbucks feel with a couple of armchairs around tables to encourage you to hang out. The cashier was very nice and accommodating. I enjoyed my vanilla chai. They only offer it in a medium but at $2.99 it's comparable with other chain tea drinks. I also ordered a pumpkin cake donut that tasted very little of pumpkin and mainly like sugary glaze. Can't really complain though because it's DD- wasn't expecting a naturally sweetened, locally grown pumpkin donut! However, the bf hated his iced coffee. He said it was watery and the flavor was just bad.

It is also a high chance that if you had a certain donut flavor in mind you might need to be more flexible because it's a roll of the dice if it's even available. We have given up on the store and just decided that if we want donuts it's probably best to just stop at any other place close by.
