We love stopping here for bundtlets -- they're the perfect size, super cute, and always hit the sweet spot. My daughter stuck with her favorite (cookies & cream), and I tried the seasonal banana pudding flavor. It did not disappoint. It had vanilla wafers at the bottom and even one on top, which was such a nice touch. The banana flavor was there -- not exactly like traditional banana pudding, but still really good. Orders are always ready when we arrive, which makes pickup easy and quick. Only small notes: the front door situation seems to always be an issue -- usually only one door is working -- and this time the brown bag our order came in felt a little damp, which was odd. Disappointing experience. We absolutely loved this place but now, we will not be returning. The lady who is there a lot, possibly the owner or manager, was very passive aggressive and seemed annoyed by me. I ordered my cakes weeks ago and had to reschedule my order twice because they were for a high school event that was postponed due to all the snow days this year. I have plenty of notice each time this happened, thinking they would be accommodating considering I had already paid $135 for them. When I went to pick them up today, they were not ready and I had to wait 20 minutes for them and then the lady did not even apologize for the wait. Next time, I'll just drive to Quince Orchard to pick up my cakes from them because they are so much friendlier!!! read more

Normally, on Frida and Saturday nights, we either order out or go out for dinner. We ordered in this week, and my usual dining companion decided we needed dessert. Well, I mean, she twisted my arm, but I did eventually say yes. (The conversation pre-arm twisting started with "we," and at that point, I said yes. It was intense arm twisting. To be fair, she actually just asked if I wanted dessert. The arm-twisting part seemed a more poignant story to tell. We decided to try Nothing Bundt Cakes (okay, we had Pho, so they don't have dessert). 1. my grandmother 2. my mother 3. My mother-in-law All had bundt cake pans. We still have one. I'll be honest. When I heard the name, I was nervous. Bundt cakes are okay, but not a go-to. That was before I had the mini-carrot cake Bundt. Wow, that was the most amazing Carrot Cake. I've been to the Frederick location at least 15 times since they've opened. The young gals that work there are always very pleasant. So why three stars? Two reasons: 1. I know that they're known for cream cheese frosting (and I strongly disagree with the review that states they did not use enough--they use ample) but I think that it's time for the company to expand their collective palates and introduce something other than plain ol cream cheese. Start small and just add chocolate. Then vanilla and then peanut butter. But just cream cheese gets exceedingly old. 2. The REAL reason behind three stars--they have a new rewards program that, apparently, is ONLY available via an app. Not everyone has a smart phone. I do but not everyone has space on their phone, either. My phone runs typically at 98% full and I don't want to have to upgrade my phone just to add one app onto it. Other businesses--MANY of them--have the option to either use the app OR to set up an online account just via the store's URL. I could list at least five other businesses where I have full benefits and am in their rewards program because I have an online account. When I mentioned this on Saturday. April 19th, the woman who appeared to be in charge did nothing but reiterate to the point of annoying that if I want to be a part of their rewards program, I'll find a way to download the app--despite the fact that I told her THREE times that my phone doesn't have space. I realize that she personally is not in charge of their program but her incredibly dismissive, patronizing and condescending tone did absolutely nothing to endear her--or the business--to me. Considering I had purchased one of the cakes for an Easter gathering and purchased a bundlet and was spending about $40 just this time, you'd think she would actually LISTEN to concerns rather than just treat me like I was an imbecile. This experience made me rethink how badly I want any more bundt cakes from this location. That's a pity. read more

Not a reflection on cake taste. Because I love the cakes, however I had a super strange encounter with the older white cashier. I visited this week (October 7th) to order the special toffee cake after receiving the email. When I asked for four, the first thing the cashier said was that they cost $7 each. I hadn't even inquired about the price, especially since there was a large orange sticker on the counter displaying the cakes with the price listed. It felt like a scene straight out of a movie...Pretty Woman to be exact. I decided to stick around to see if the cashier would mention the price to the next customer, who was also white, when she ordered multiple items, and of course, she didn't. It's time to educate your staff that Black customers can afford $28 too. This was just unbelievable! read more

You can tell that the manager leads by example, as it shows in her team's outstanding customer service. Everyone was kind, professional, and quick to help serve me and the met all my needs. Their positive attitudes made a lasting impression. But this is nothing new for them, as I have made a trip to this Nothing Bundt cakes plenty of times (coming all the way from Largo MD) just for the experience and every time, it's a good time when I stop in for cake. read more

We are so excited for Nothing bundt Cakes! This location was very clean and the people were very friendly. Because this is still part of the Grand Opening we were greeted with a warn welcome and a free confetti Bundt cake. the line moved very fast and things were available in the case. There was a-lot of signage about what is offered and even cards and gift ideas. I got the lemon and raspberry cake and my husband got the double chocolate. Both were moist and tasted amazing. I can see my self control will be put to the test. I hope this is a on going this way so that this place stays open. read more

Went in the day after receiving an email for buy one get one free that was good for another 5 days. After scanning the code the lady said that the coupon was redeemed even though I just received it on my email and there was nothing they could do. Essentially they send emails just to get you into the store to buy at full price. The lady would not do anything so I left. They have many system issues here and do nothing to fix them. Head to any other place for a better experience!!! read more

The service was great and quick. I went in on a Sunday morning. However, I was disappointed in the frosting on the bundtlets. It was lacking and seemed like it was used sparingly. This location does not put the frosting on like other locations that I have been too. In my opinion it's the frosting that makes it so good. read more

The cakes were delicious, but the lady that helped me was rude and aggressive. After spending almost $100 for 2 large bundts and 2 mini bundts, I was treated like a thief when trying to pick up my order. All because I didn't receive a texted receipt that she said she sent to me. I reminded her she and I had spoken when I called to place the order and what we had spoken about when on the phone. She requested my license, wrote my information on the back of the receipt, but still didn't want to really release my order to me. It was a mess and I'll never shop there again. Horrible service!!!! Never again will I go to this location. The cashier and manger was very unprofessional. I came in on Monday evening and wanted to order the Bundtinis for my daughter 2nd birthday. The cashier barely greeted us and acted bothered when I ask how many comes in a order of Bundtinis. She stated 12, then I ask if it's possible for her to split 6 in one box and the other in another box. She stated that wouldn't be possible. Confused. I asked if I could just purchase a second box so I could do it myself. She then stated that the boxes were not for sale. I asked for a manager she went to back, came back out and stated her manger said no they could not do that. Still confused, I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. After leaving I decided to call and speak with the manger for an explanation. I spoke to someone name Alexis and she confirmed everything the cashier stated.
