you walk into this store and the employees turn away and won't look at you or take your order. They had to install a self service ordering machine. some of the people are lovely but there was a new male at the drive through who was being rude and suggestive to me. like I want to deal with harassment while getting my morning coffee. food and coffee are okay, but they obviously have low customer service standards. theres a new Starbucks immediately across the street whose employees are always friendly and welcome me by name when I walk in. after going to this Dunkin for years, what I won't deal with is sexually inappropriate behaviour so I will not be returning. read more

My teenage daughter, Helga Prudence Bertha Normas had been begging me for ages to get the Charlie D'Amelio drink after she saw the viral Tiktok videos. When we finally got around to it one faithful Monday afternoon, she was absolutely ecstatic! I went up to order her drink while she was doing the renegade in the parking lot of the establishment. She was hit by one of the employees while they where driving to work and when I noticed I ran outside and handed her the drink to see if that would help. It did not. She hated it and went into a depressive episode while visiting the hospital for her injuries. It's safe to say that she will never do the renegade again. My legal team MIGHT be in contact if I can pay them after my terrible divorce with my ex husband John William James David Samuel Michael Smith. Definitely recommend this establishment! Placed a mobile order for a Boston creme donut and a regular hot coffee. It was 1:00 in the afternoon. Got to the window and was told they were out of Boston Cremes. I didn't really want another kind and I wasn't able to get a refund. Opted for a double chocolate instead. Coffee was good, replacement donut had a decent taste. Customer service was just ok. So I just want to say I worked here and didn't get a break and when I was on break I was constantly interrupted and told I had to help out me being the only employee working and all. I was in a bad mood most of the time I'll admit that but it wasn't the customers and I think I speak for every employee when I say this but management is one of the worst I've ever had. I was constantly berated and degraded and couldn't call off when I was sick to the point of almost passing out. Yes they know who I am and I don't care. I just want everyone to know the employees are treated like trash 24/7 and the managers are talking, laughing, and on their phones... 24/7. If I asked for help or "has this order been done yet" I would get absolutely no response and that led to a lot of failures coming from me. This is probably why your order is always wrong. The employees work their absolute asses off guys. The management not so much. The owner is awesome and tried their best to work with me and my disabilities, and very kind, but her nieces and I guess daughters aren't. They had no patience for me and when I had to take a mental health week they called me and when I hung up on them they threatened to come to my "knock on my door" to get me. Not only that but they kept calling me back saying they needed me to come in and this wasn't just my mental health week OR my vacation week but also on every day I had off which was once or MAYBE twice a week if I was lucky. Customers have gone off on them for their treatment of me and I ended up getting in trouble. Not only that but I can't get a job because even though they refused to fire me because of my disabilities and they didn't want to look bad, I had to quit. Meaning no unemployment. And a few years down the road I'm still looking for my first job after Dunkin because even though they kept me over a year and mistreated me to great extents, they still call me unrehirable. Which is sad. I did and would work my damn ass off every day I go in for my job but I will never sacrifice my health as much as I did for this place. Landed me in the hospital a couple times this job. Why did I stay here? I needed a house and the program I was in forced me to always have a job and I was constantly told I wouldn't find one if I left from management. So please. It's not the employees. I've met the nicest people here. It's the management. Have a nice week. Edit: OH and let me say this. When I was in the hospital they kept calling the hospital asking when I was coming back. I've been holding off writing a review for this location because of Covid and trying to be understanding but after my experience today, I can't anymore. Every single time I go, somethings wrong with the order and they simply don't care, they only care about drive through speed. Today I ordered a black cold brew and an unsweet iced tea. When the cold brew is the same color as the tea you know something is off. I kindly asked if it was cold brew the girl said it was i said it looked extremely light for cold brew and she responded it is and under her breath says "maybe" i said it's regular iced coffee i would like cold brew like i ordered (cold brew is 4 dollars, iced coffee is 1) she rolls her eyes takes it back goes and gets a cold brew that is correct and is dark like it should be. I asked if she noticed a difference she said "just go" Do I think my review will make a difference? No, I know it won't because it's been the same since it opened and it is in a prime location but this needs to be said. Rarely go to this location, but decided to drive through while my husband was having his medical treatment since I can no longer accompany him into the doctors office. The line seemed to move quick enough, and I had no trouble placing my order. But, when I got to the window, the employee had his mask down beneath his nose. I canceled my order and drove off. So I've been trying to go to this Dunkins ever since it opened, I'm just up the road about seven minutes away. The one on Rosemont is probably more like 12 to 15 minutes away. Sadly just about 1/2 the The time I go, they're are out of selection of items. The convenience of going through a drive-through it's fine for me to pay a little bit extra, cause I can get the same basic items that I want from them from giant or Safeway... but it's not convenient if half the time you take the time to go through the drive-through, and then they're out of what you need. I have not experienced any issues with the people running the windows and once I went inside and didn't have any issues. But I wonder if the manager being fairly new at this location doesn't get that you shouldn't go play golf, you got to get your system up and working first... and I can go in the morning or even at two in the afternoon and they'll be out of for instance glaze donuts or chocolate donuts or glazed donut holes or chocolate donut holes... so today I went to Safeway and found glazed donut holes all packaged up and for a much better price then they sell for... and I picked up some donuts to to boot. so I'll make an effort for now on when I'm near Rosemont to try and pick up the donuts from there maybe they're better with their inventory, or I'll just go to the Safeway or the giant... but in the last two months they've lost at least six sales from me because they don't have inventory half the time... I will go back in a couple months and give them a chance, hopefully the manager gets that the basic business model requires inventory, it's not like they have that much inventory and choices are smaller at a smaller store anyways, but at the very least they shouldnt be running out of the small number of items they carry anyways so often. I won't be surprised if this closes at some point and opens under new management you see that when franchises have management that just isn't keeping up with things like inventory. When I am able to get the donuts they're fresh and good, but that's only half the time. 4 or 5 stars for the food when available. 1 star for being out of it so often. So I wanted to give 2 stars, but being a little new will give them 3... hopefully mgr gets on top of inventory. read more

I went there looking really forward to a cup of coffee for my boyfriend and I. The line was long in the drive through so I went in and ordered a very straight forward order with one hot and one iced coffee one with caramel and one with sugar free toasted almond both with cream and 3 Splenda. I could tell right away they screwed up because there was caramel in the wrong coffee. I said to them I think that you switched these and got my order wrong to two different employees. They just looked at me and then shoved another smaller hot coffee at me. I said what is this, is this mine? I got no response. I asked her to make them again but they were still wrong and she got an attitude with me and my boyfriend when We said this. Mine was loaded with sugar and caramel neither of which was supposed to be in it. I didn't ask for sugar I said Splenda in both! I have diabetes I can't have that much sugar I get sick. I tried calling the store several times and no one answered. I ended up throwing away the coffee instead of going back and having a fight, and going to Starbucks where the staff was way nicer and more accommodating. It's pretty sad they charged me for something and then got an attitude when they were the ones wrong. Not to mention this Dunkin is more expensive than others and not worth the price. read more

Went at 7:45 pm for a latte and some hot chocolates for the kids after a Halloween adventure. I was told (bluntly) they weren't making lattes...no explanation. I asked why, assuming the espresso machine was broken, and was told it was because they were about to close and they had to clean the machine. I figured that I must've missed the hours on the door, so I'm asked what time they closed...9:00. The other employee jumped in and said the machine took a long time to clean so they don't like to use it after 8:00; then realized the time and corrected to 7:30 :). I get that they want to get out of there, but an hour and 15 minutes BEFORE closing seems a bit crazy to be refusing service. No smile, no emotion, no sorry...just bland indifference from the woman at the counter. Me and mother stopped there for a quick meal for breakfast since we just finished shopping and got hungry, my mother order just a regular black coffee, while I ordered a chocolate donut with sprinkles. When we came we sat there for a good 3 minutes or 4 waiting for someone to answer, my mother kept saying "hello" to try to get someone's attention, then finally someone answered, yet there was no welcome. "It was more like what do you want" we ordered and the person was kinda rude, no smile or greeting or nothing. We got our stuff and left, yet as soon as I bit into my donut it tasted as if it was several days old, and it had a horrible taste.
