They tend to rush you when you're ordering. That can get a little annoying however place is very clean. I have been inside and have been served through the drive-through. My only issue is being rushed to make a decision and being constantly asked anything else after every item you order. It's super annoying.

In addition, we were asking whats the specialty coffee, she was giving the same face and said "what...so you want cookies and cream..? What flavor do you want? If you look here, it's on the menu..." Putting all frustrations to the side - I also work in the hospitality industry, and you should not show your frustration to the customer. This manager, the entire time - had the worse aura ever...you could sense that she was not happy with us. We were being very polite; it's a Sunday and it's my birthday, I have no reason to be upset :) That manager was just so rude and had the worse attitude ever...if she speaks to all of her customers like this, please go find a new job because customer service is not for you.
