This is by far the worst Dunkin' Donuts location I have ever been to. If I could give it -1 star, I would. The employees are rude, careless, and unprofessional. There is a man with glasses who hands out orders and touches donuts with his bare hands, without gloves or paper. That is disgusting and shows zero concern for food safety. The food quality is terrible. I bought two Chocolate Frosted Donuts and they were stale and hard like a rock. When I returned to complain, the employee was extremely rude, refused to listen, and tried to force another donut on me instead of giving me a refund. I only wanted my money back -- it was $4 -- but the lack of respect and customer service was unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this location completely until they change management or staff. This place is simply awful. read more

I wish I could really express my disgust here but you'll have to understand this is really bad! So besides the service just being down right awful...... they put returns back on the shelf. They gave us the wrong donut, when we went in to get the correct one I pulled the donut out of the bag with my hand and showed the guy. He took it from me and put it on the shelf. I'm no food service expert but I think that's slightly illegal and seriously disgusting/unhealthy! Right off 31 around where the Autozone is, drive-thru window! Nothing spectacular, but nothing wrong with it either. Employees were fine and when I asked for my bagel to be cut in half after it was finished they actually did it, I know this sounds crazy but a lot of the time when I ask, they never do it. This is probably the worst DD I've been to. The customer service was sub-par. You're supposed to get your food fast with no fuss. When I went in I waited to be serviced and when I did get my food the muffins were stale. I also ordered a bagel and rather than toasting it, they threw it in a microwave and juiced it. Anyone that know bagels knows that when they are microwaved they become chewy. I didn't want my bagel chewy. Overall I probably won't ever come back to this place as I was driving cross country but I wouldn't come back to this place if I lived locally either. read more

Over charged at the drive-through for a burnt coffee Latte. Since I drove away I did not know until later to look up the actual cost and taste the coffee. What happened Dunkin? I wouldn't have thought it possible for a DD to earn any less than 4 stars but I've seen a lot of 3 star and under reviews and it's disappointing. But now I get it. I stopped into 2 local DD's this past week and both experiences were 1 star experiences because of poor service and poor quality product. I visited this location before 10am and did wonder, before arriving, what the selection would be like after the morning rush and if anything would be fresh. At this location several employees behind the counter were laughing and having a great time chatting with each other in some non-English language. Glad everybody was having so much fun. Too bad only 1 emoyee was working the front register & Customers weren't being promptly serviced. The selection was meh. I ordered 3 donuts (chocolate, blueberry, old fashioned) & a coffee. I got to my vehicle and tasted a donut. The first thing I noticed was it was wet. The other 2 were also wet. I brought them back for a refund. The Manager said that's the way they were supposed to be. LOL. No. It's not. When I left the store and drove away, I tried the coffee. Very disappointing. I should have tried that before I left the store and returned that for a refund as well. The donuts here were so awful... boxed generic grocery store donuts taste better! At first this Dunkin Donuts was half way decent. Unfortunately about two years ago it went seriously downhill. I've had lattes at many places including a lot of Dunkin Donuts but this one is the absolute worst I've ever had. The coffee is very bitter complete with coffee grinds. My husband just went there against my advice but it was on his way home and the lattes were not only undrinkable but also half full. Do not waste your money. Terrible coffee. read more

Worst dunkin I've ever been to. Stopped with 3 friends and 4 out of 4 orders were messed up. 2 of us got the wrong donuts. One friend ordered a s'mores frozen coffee. They gave him pumpkin. Consistently either burnt tasting expresso in my lattes, or it's American coffee disguised as a latte. No consistency in preparation and appearance of lattes. I think staff does not know the difference between a latte and a cappuccino. Perhaps if it wasn't such a family affair of workers, they would serve better products. I have been to this Dunkin' many times and every time my order is wrong or they mess it up somehow. I always ask for oat milk in my coffee as I'm lactose intolerant and I've noticed that most of the time they'll put regular milk in. They'll always forget to give me things in my order or ring me up for the wrong size coffee and claimed i ordered that size even if the person taking my order repeated it back to me the way i ordered it. This location consistently messes up my orders, especially when it is busy. I felt rushed through the drive thru and then realized my drink was wrong. Line was very long inside so it wasn't worth waiting for another corrected drink. I left. They didn't even give me a receipt for my order so I can't go on the DD website to review it. If I can give this place zero stars I would. I first came in very politely but the female manager who was with a cane was rude and abrupt with me today on 12/20/21 at 12:20pm. I asked if they have the signature white chocolate iced latte which they clearly had in their menu and advertised in the store location. Then the woman barked and said they did not have it. Then when I asked for two peppermint mocha signature latte with almond milk she said two regular lattes when I clearly stated peppermint mocha signature lattes. Then when I asked for half dozen doughnuts she would angrily pick them out which is rude and unprofessional. Furthermore the peppermint mocha does not look like in the advertised pictures at all. There isn't whipped cream or the mocha drizzle. It looks like an average/ subpar latte. Dunkin' Donuts do some re training or hire new management because this manager was rude, unprofessional, and this makes me see the difference in quality and customer service. So we stopped by today not even thinking we would need to check out reviews for a DD, but boy we sure should have! My daughter ordered a Macchiato. When handed to to her she asked if they got the order right as it looked like just a plain iced coffee. The lady confirmed that it was indeed a Macchiato and not an iced coffee but that the person who made it screwed it up. My daughter asked if they could make it the way it is supposed to be made: with the cream on the bottom and coffee on top. The reply....."No." So basically we paid for a macchiato but got an iced coffee instead. Will not return. read more

Here's an old school Flemington reference. This DD is where the All American Hero sandwich shop used to be. I loved that place and can't believe they went out of business. To this day, still one of the better sub shops I've ever been to. Anyway, back to this review. It's your pretty standard DD but they have a drive thru. Much easier than getting out of your car and going inside. And...they actually keep the drive thru moving pretty well which is not the DD standard. I love DD iced coffee and the finished product still tasted great. If I lived in the area, I'd be here a lot more. read more

Most definitely old coffee (maybe espresso, but who can tell when it's sludge?), which is now really bothering my stomach. This Dunkin' Donuts Will rip you off. I ordered a medium and they didn't even fill it up to the top. If I paid for a medium I expect to get a medium. But instead I got a small in a medium. A medium iced vanilla chai, not even half full. If I wasn't in a hurry for work I would have came back and make them redo my order. Alright, tried this place 3 times, and all 3 times were really blah experiences. Coffee always tastes either water down, or old. Donuts each time were stale as well. I've had two transactions there where the employee barely spoke to me. I prefer this Dunkin location in Flemington over the one by the circle because they at least somewhat get my orders right. Better then the one by the circle does at least. I wish that they would put people on the drive thru that spoke better English, there always seems to be a language barrier when ordering, and there IS people that work there who speak perfect English.. It's a chain coffee place so if you stick with that, you should be fine. The two stars is because my debit card that I used had been being charged double for quite sometime. I was ultimately paid back but not without having to file complaints through my bank. Also, some of the people working there have a underlying negative attitude. I don't feel as if I need to be treated like crap because they aren't happy with their career choice. Service is generally pretty slow. Too much arguing among everybody behind the counter. read more

This DD sucks. It's the slowest location I've been to. The customer service people, who ring you up, when you're done paying, later they go prepare your food while YOU HAVE TO WAIT. Extremely disappointed in my service here. I love Dunkin Donuts but my experience at this particular one was not good. My girlfriend and I went through the drive through and ordered one frozen coffee coolada pumpkin flavored with whipped cream and a glazed donut. The person taking our order was not easily heard or understood and had a rude tone and attitude while we ordered. We asked for them to repeat themselves and another employee came over the intercom to assist. Once we got to the window they couldn't process my card which worked just earlier that day and has no problems then they continued to take roughly 10 minutes swiping my card and trying to process it before getting a different card from me to try. They forgot the whipped cream on my frozen coffee, the employee put the whipped cream on and I could see his ungloved finger in my cup touching the whipped cream. The coffee was finally paid for and given to me and wasn't frozen at all it was nearly completely liquified and my girlfriends donut was stale. I will not be going back to this Dunkin' Donuts. read more

The first time I came to this Dunkin, I went through the drive-thru and ordered my meal, went to the window to pay and asked if they could throw out my Dunkin cup from the day before to make room for my cup holder. The lady wouldn't take it and said that there is a garbage inside!!! Like really!! what kind of customer service is that. If coffee is the main reason you go to Duncan Donuts, this is not the place. I cannot explain why but coffee at Duncan Donuts on 202 is much more tasty. Donuts are the same in both places.
