All the food and products are from the Amish people. Everyone is so friendly and the service is fast and efficient. My mom ordered a strawberry milkshake. She said it was one of the best milkshakes she ever had. They put a bunch of fresh strawberries inside and she said it wasn't too sweet but just perfect. My husband ordered a cookies and cream milkshake. He also said it was made really well and was not too sweet. Just a clean creamy cookie flavor. Of course we had to try the doughnuts. I ordered an apple and a chocolate with sprinkles. The apple was really good! It was freshly baked, and the filling was delicious and had a nice cinnamon flavor. The chocolate was also very good! They are big donuts too! 2 for $5. Now to the delicious soft pretzels! They are freshly baked, soft, buttery, and delicious!!! You can also get them in garlic, cinnamon, and sour cream and onion. They have pretzel dogs too. Fresh fudge anyone? They have a large variety of fudge treats. They have fresh meats, jewelry, furniture, and other items for sale as well. I tried the pear salad which came with walnuts and gorgonzola cheese in a balsamic vinaigrette. Both were a good start to the meal. For the main course, my wife ordered the flounder francaise. It was prepared in a lemon chardonnay sauce with capers and artichokes, which she really enjoyed. I decided to go with the scallop and shrimp special which was pan seared and served with sliced asparagus risotto in a saffron chardonnay lemon sauce. Everything was cooked perfectly and very fresh. We made sure to save room for dessert. My wife had the carrot cake special which was a triple layer cake with real cream cheese, sliced walnuts and golden raisins served with vanilla gelato. I gave special instructions for them to cut back on the chia pudding so that they could be sure to fit all of my extra toppings in! The bowl was made according to the instructions, was ready when I arrived and all of the ingredients seemed fresh.
