I chose cauliflower rice, Sriracha honey Brussels sprouts, Buffalo cauliflower, roasted mushrooms instead of a traditional protein, and creamy wasabi sauce. The young woman kindly asked if I was a vegetarian and pointed out that they offered tofu. I declined, partly out of stubbornness and partly because the bowl already looked complete. Everything tasted excellent. The Brussels sprouts were outstanding. The Buffalo cauliflower had just enough kick. The mushrooms brought a satisfying earthiness to the whole affair. If I have one small complaint, the cauliflower rice was a little dry. Fortunately, the creamy wasabi sauce solved the problem immediately. What impressed me most was the service. The young woman who helped me at the counter later came by my table to make sure I was enjoying my meal. That sort of attention is becoming rare enough to qualify as noteworthy.
